Great Service ! I…read morecalled several locksmiths and just didn't feel that they wanted to do my installation-all I wanted was a combination dead bolt and a new lever door handle both in brass. I've used him at home, he's done a good job in two places where I've worked. I'll give him two stars because he used to be a competent locksmith. But for some reason, he's totally lost it. He's lost his interest, he's forgetful, and he's hard to reach. He's now a 1-star locksmith. My company wanted to buy one of those fancy, expensive combination locks with the buttons. Harold told us we could use one we already had. He had moved that lock from one office to another in the past, so we said okay. It took a month to get the lock off the old door. It took another month to put it on the new door. And yesterday one of his guys (after drilling new holes in the door) tells us that the lock won't fit the door. And their fix to the door with the new unnecessary holes is the most unprofessional job I've ever seen. I think he owes the company a new door. Harold, thanks for the good service over the years.
