Excellent service from conversation over the phone to the service they provided! I called and had same day service which was extremely impressive for the amount of work I needed. I needed to have all new locks and deadbolts installed in my house and these guys really know what their doing. They had replaced my old hardware with new top of the line hardware and even installed deadbolts from scratch for me. The best part was the fair and honest pricing of all the work they did! The problem is as another reviewer noted. They charged us $300 in advance to drive here from the adjacent town when we were locked out and unable to gain access due to a power outage. Power was restored before they arrived, and we notified them of it, but they keep the $300 for doing literally nothing. read more

This company did not disclose that they charged a $225 fee for just coming to the house. I was SHOCKED when after a 5 minute fix on a lock, I was charged $275 . When I asked why so much, I was told about the $225 fee just to show up. Very wrong way to run a business. Not fair to the unknowing customer. read more

The problem is pricing. Even if they're close to your home or business, there's a $250 fee just for coming over. That doesn't include any time spent there. If the visit is 1 hour, the fee is $400 not counting the cost of equipment, lock etc. Even with a shorter visit, it doesn't take much for the charge to possibly hit $500-$1000. I'm not going to argue whether or not it's warranted. I just urge you to get a clear, definite estimate from 2 or 3 locksmiths. You may very well be glad you did. read more

Excellent service, very professional, and arrived within a few hours of my initial call. I would definitely use this company again. I had originally hired a carpenter to replace my locks, but it turned out that the handle set I purchased for the job was inconsistent with the holes that were currently in my old door, and we weren't able to find a mortise that fit the door (this would have enabled us to keep the original look and feel of the door). But Nate to the rescue -- he did some retrofitting to fix the problem and it looks quite lovely! read more
