They even cam eback when I forgot to have them unlock the outdoor torage! They were patient and kind and very down to earth. Had great conversation and they got the job done promptly but didn't feel rushed. I highly recommend them! read more

Have been in touch with them for about a week regarding a door lock we need to repair, the answering lady has been telling us that the owner will call us back for 7 to 9 days now, no calls from the owner, no follow up and communication read more

I had locked myself out of my house. I called no less than 10 locksmiths in my area. My sis takes heart meds at 7 pm and I was getting extremely nervous. I received a text from A&B and he couldn't help me either but I asked for referrals and amongst them was a community service suggestion. I called them and I was in my house in 30 minutes. I've added A&B Locksmith to my contact list. They go out of their way to help you. I recommend them high read more

We moved into a new home that had 6 different doorlocks. We were given one key that fit only fit one of the doors. The house also had a generator with no key provided. A&B locksmith Richard and owner Bill took care of every issue. They provided superb service and were exceptional in their professionalism and customer-oriented attitude. We recommend this firm for all of your security needs. read more

Very professional and showed up on time. They put in a series of key pads and was done very effieciently.

I would highly recommend this locksmith. They are a fast , courteous and professional. I got one other quote on the lock and the other company said it couldn't be done unless I replaced the door but A&B came out and fixed it on the spot. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I meet for their Lock needs. read more

Had such a great experience (except for the locking my keys in the car thing). Locked out on vacation the moment we pulled up to the lake house in Tilton on the morning of July 4th. A&B was the only locksmith that answered the phone. He was there in ten minutes! Thank you fir saving out vacation! read more

Needed to have my locks rekeyed. Called Monday, spoke to Bill asked if they could come Wednesday as that is my day off. Brian was here at 8am, rekeyed locks, lubricated everything and was gone by 8:30am. Got quotes from another locksmith that was 2x as much! Very professional. So happy I went with them! read more

They only got one star because I couldn't give anything less. After a driver from the company cut me off and a truck who ended up passing him, he then slammed on his brakes and drove as if he were wanting to provoke something. He even beeped at the truck who had passed him that was pulled over a ways down the road. It was very odd. I decided to call the company to inform them of the situation and how their worker was representing their company. The woman who answered was great, apologized even though it wasn't her fault, reassured me it would be rectified, I felt relieved and confident the company would do the right thing...that feeling lasted about 5 minutes when the owner called me back, telling me I had mental problems, and that it was him on the road and he in fact didn't cut me off...or act in the manner he did...wow! He was argumentative on the phone, telling me the incident didn't happen, talking over me, name calling and clearly beyond unprofessional all around!! Regardless of any review, I would not ever use a company who's owner represents themselves and behaves in the manner this company did! Hands down worst experience ever!! read more

As a condo association president, I was tasked with finding a reputable locksmith here in the seacoast. I was referred to Brian at A&B by our property management company, True North Property Management. We needed a keyless entry installed on our main entryway door in addition to a new, more secure cylinder lock. I was VERY impressed with Brian's punctuality in returning my emails and calls as well as with his broad knowledge of his trade. A&B Locksmith was extremely easy to work with and provided us a top-notch service that has left our tenants/owners being happy customers. I recommend working with A&B if you are in search of a locksmith here in the seacoast that can tackle any job. Great work Brian! read more

I found A&B Locksmiths while I was in my car on a phone search, trying to find someone to make some keys for me. The A&B listing gave a business street address and even mapped the location out for me. I drove to A&B and noticed it looked like a residence, so I called the business number instead of knocking on the door. When I told the A&B representative I was in his driveway and asked if he could make some keys for me he said, "No. This is my home. You're not supposed to be here." And then he hung up on me. Really, if you don't want people driving to your business, you shouldn't provide a street address and then map it for them. Also, the tiniest bit of professionalism, courtesy and kindness in explaining the non-home based service policy would have been appreciated. I ended up going to Bob's Lock & Key in Laconia. The price was right, and the service was fast, friendly and exceedingly professional. I would definitely recommend Bob's Lock & Key instead of A&B. read more

I called this business based on a recommendation because I unfortunately locked myself out of my home. The two gentlemen I talked with on the phone were very cordial. They also called a couple of times to keep me updated on when they would arrive, which I appreciated. The gentleman came to Wolfeboro from New Durham quickly. He was very nice. I would definitely call this business again and I would highly recommend them. read more
