We…read moreboth had to adjust our schedule to ensure we could be home for the appointment as our schedule is not normal with day and night shifts involved. A rep called at 1:30 today, less than 24 hours before the appointment we had been waiting for, and asked several questions to verify and confirm, and the says they are booked for tomorrow so can we do Saturday. We both work Saturday so cannot. Several, and I mean many phone calls after we had scheduled already to try and schedule again after we had already scheduled. Every rep verifying our 10 am appointment for tomorrow. We ended up cancelling as this has been frustrating, and if they can't get their communication straight, what is the install and contract going to be like. On top of the fact every phone call was super quick and stressful with reps cutting me off just to say their standard phone call language. Terrible experience.

They did not meet their stated completion date and we had to move in with construction going on for another couple of months! The project start date was delayed two months as well. Some of their work was done well but other things were not, and we requested them to be corrected when significant. When they were nearly finished, they started balking at correcting errors and demanding more money, and that is when we stopped the project with a few tasks left uncompleted. At times they behaved professionally and polite and other times they would act insulted and angry with our requests for corrections or additions ignored.
