I also noted that I struggled with getting return calls when promised and I noted I felt that the owners may have been absent or not directly involved with the business. That part was incorrect. Since I posted the review I heard from Dana and also spoke with their office and shared my feedback. Bottomline I understand that their business is growing and doing well a reflection of the high level of service I noted above. My comments and feedback to the Joy team was simply. Please dont make call back commitments that are unrealistic due to the volume of work you're facing. The fact that they engaged so quickly and gave me a chance to share that feedback personally suggests that I allowed my short term frustration to influence my feedback. When considered the period of years I have done business with Joy they have never failed to provide a high level of service in a timely manner. I am confident that based not he discussions held today the lone weak spot will be corrected through improved communication on both of our parts.

We are going to wait for the estimate from Service Experts and know this won't be cheap. But the service from John couldn't have been better. We had a technician come to check a AC unit that was not working. The Freon level was read and…read moredetermined that there would need to be extensive search to determine where there was a leak. It was recommended to replace the unit as it would cost less. The salesperson asked if we would get more quotes we said yes. Glad we did as it was fixed in 30 minutes, instead of replaced for 11,000.00. The second HVAC professional also informed us that the price quoted was extremely high to replace that unit. (Seconded by a 3rd HVAC company.) There were also questions on the Freon reading as the settings did not match the size unit we needed to work on. This was determined by the subsequent HVAC company who looked at our service report, he said none of it made any sense. When I called and requested my 99.00 back as the whole conclusion of the visit by them was erroneous I received a bit of a run around asking for more details. I sent an email with an explanation as to why this was a visit that was a waste and should be complimentary as it was erroneous but no reply.
