This visit went very poorly to say the least!…read more For starters, the plumber deliberately overcharged me for travel time. They charged me for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The person who came to the house was here for only 1 hour and 7 minutes (I always time plumbers and electricians to the minute in order to avoid being overcharged). I contacted Chris Donnell's assistant. She said I had erroneously been charged for travel time (as my home is located just a few minutes from their location). They promised to issue me a credit but failed to do so, instead re-billing me for the entire amount months later out of the blue! Also, they failed to perform the work properly, leaving a foul smell of solvent under my cabinet. They did not correct or attempt to mitigate the problem, leaving me with no place to put my pots and pans except in the living room. Also, the plumber who came to the house was very inexperienced (may not have been a plumber at all, but just an apprentice). All in all, very poor quality work and was overcharged for the work on top of that. In summary, I would absolutely avoid Chris Donnell Plumbing and Heating at all costs!
