After much searching, another reputable service provider recommended that I call Integrity Comfort and added that they service Viessmann boilers. I called them, they answered and sent a very knowledgeable technician out to my home and resolved the issue(s) in a timely manner. They called me when the work was complete, and left with my boiler working again. What a relief they were so dependable as I am currently in Florida while the broken boiler is in Maine.
