My kitchen sink had a drip, had to shut the handle just right. After weeks of searching for what I wanted (by the time I got to the store, went completely opposite direction), I happened to be on Facebook and this post pops up for Backwater Plumbing. Something about the post, the logo, the GUT feeling and he was the guy. His communication was on point, they arrived on time and I happened to be here and got to overhear him training a new employee (day 1, poor kid meets Me) and he was so great making sure the younger man understood. Sure it's just a sink but this is my home so the experience is important too. He had to redo all of the piping under the sink (I went from a 2 to 1 bowl), it was so clean under the sink after they left. Nothing left on the floor, the counters, all superb! I will certainly be using Backwater Plumbing again!
