My kitchen sink had a drip, had to shut the handle just right. After weeks of searching for what I wanted (by the time I got to the store, went completely opposite direction), I happened to be on Facebook and this post pops up for Backwater Plumbing. Something about the post, the logo, the GUT feeling and he was the guy. I reached out after work on a Saturday, apologizing for attempting to connect on the weekend, with ease he responded, and a few texts later we schedule the appointment. His communication was on point, they arrived on time and I happened to be here and got to overhear him training a new employee (day 1, poor kid meets Me) and he was so great making sure the younger man understood. Sure it's just a sink but this is my home so the experience is important too. He had to redo all of the piping under the sink (I went from a 2 to 1 bowl), it was so clean under the sink after they left. Nothing left on the floor, the counters, all superb! I will certainly be using Backwater Plumbing again!

We had had issues with toilets flushing properly so he snaked toilets and found our older model toilets weren't working properly. He is a true professional, works very quickly and charges reasonable rates for superior work. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. Text rather than call him for quick response.

Eli installed the plumbing and a Samsung mini split system for an ADU I added to my home in 2022…read morewhen I moved my mother out of assisted living to come live with me. The heat and AC from the mini split unit is her sole source of heating and cooling. In June, the unit went down and we used Martel to evaluate the issue. They determined the thermal seal somehow broke, which stopped the unit. They suggested reaching out to Eli to see if he could help us navigate the warrantied part with Samsung. He was unresponsive, then had his office manager send me a dismissive email saying there was nothing they could do. My contractor then contacted him and Eli stated he did not want to help us. We understood we would have to pay for the repair labor but just needed a hand to get the warrantied part. It's disappointing that he doesn't stand behind and support the product he sells. He lost a customer in us and a contractor that will no longer do business with him.

They also come into our house with dirty feet and not cover over their shoes. We don't like that. They need to respect people's house. We ended up looking into someone else who was more Professional and nicer. Plus we did file with the bbb.
