Elijah is the owner, he installed the heat pump and wanted to run to pipes inside the walls. He neglected to tighten all the connection. So when he started it up there was an immediate problem. He then stated that my husband must have driven nailes into the pipe when finishing the kitchen walls. We assured him we didn't. We then had to cut a hole for Elijah to check the unit pipes behind the wall. He then found he did not complete tightening the pipes to the unit. We are now having leaking problems and he will not respond to calls and message! Do not hire him or use this busines. I have already reported him to efficiency Maine! Sandra R, Salem TWP ME

I called Ben for a drainage issue, and he was able to come out the same day, which I appreciated. During the visit, he checked the cleanouts and plunged every drain in my house and garage. He did not run a sewer snake or inspect the plumbing vent, yet after about 30 minutes he told me everything looked okay and charged $150. The very next day I messaged him because the problem had not improved. My toilet was still gurgling to the point that water would burp back up and splash onto the floor. He told me it was probably a venting issue, despite never inspecting the vent during his visit (I have video footage of the inspection). Since the issue persisted, I contacted the town the following week to inspect the sewer connection. They found a significant blockage at the connection between my sewer line and the town's main (photo attached). I'm glad I sought a second opinion, because the actual problem was never identified during the initial visit. I also never received any follow-up after reporting that the issue remained unresolved. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber for diagnosing sewer or drainage problems.

Also dont be fooled by the response below. Like I said they are trying to make themselves look good and cover it up. They say they did there job by saying they diagnosed the issue and provided a solution to fix the issue. Well its not hard to diagnose an issue when it is clearly snapped off in front of you. The solution they offered, "sry we cant fix this, please call and schedule an appointment, we wont be able to come back until the end of july, or you can hire someone else to replace the whole T-set if you need water sooner." Pine state had my water back in 10 minutes! Needless to say they are very unprofessional and rude. Heres my story below. Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an emergency plumbing issue and called this company after my T-joint broke. They arrived and spent about 15 minutes attempting to fix it, then stepped outside to take a 20-minute phone call. When they returned, they said they needed a tool that had been left in another company van back at their office. They came back roughly 40 minutes later, only to tell me they didn't have the correct fitting. The next morning, they returned, spent about five more minutes on the issue, and then told me they couldn't complete the repair because they had another job to get to. I was told I could either schedule an appointment for a month out or find another company to do the work. When I called to express my concerns, the front desk staff refused to offer a partial refund and still charged me $265 for what amounted to almost no service. Shockingly, during the call, the front desk woman made a highly inappropriate and offensive remark related to my son's passing something she must have looked up online. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this company there are plenty of reliable and respectful local alternatives. Not only that but then they had the audacity to respond and assume and accuse me of using my sons death as a means to save money. Also telling someone who lost someone let alone a child that its been 4 years since your loss!!!! Really. What are you saying? To get over it. Honestly this company is under poor management. You guys told me the price and I agreed to it yes, I told you financially I was struggling, asked to see if you had any discounts, and you said no. Most of the time spent was them driving back and forth and on the phone. I asked for partial payment back, not a full refund but couldn't even get that, just the manager telling me she google searched my name and said my son died 4 years ago and its not her problem? All I said was I was going through financial problems and still recovering from the loss of my son, greif is not something you get over in 4 years! There is a clear tattoo on my arm that started the conversation with the techs. Stop lying and trying to cover up the fact that you messed up this time and someone is standing up for themselves. I hope you have a good day!
