Cleanly dressed, confident and polite. Our house model refrigerator had stopped working in our seasonal trailer and he was quick to respond to a call and willing to work with those difficult warranty companies to identify the problem and either repair or recommend its replacement Anthony completely explained the diagnostic he was performing to identify if the refrigerator was repairable. He also went out of his way to confer with the warranty company to have it replaced when the repair would not be cost effective. Thanks Ask Mechanical

I have been a Rinaldi Customer for 3 seasons now and I couldn't be happier with them…read more They deliver #2 Heating Oil and Kerosene. They install, maintain & repair whatever you need to keep you warm or cool depending on the season. Rinaldi Oil has never not shown up when promised. Not once. Dependability should be something you can count on and they have proven their dependability time and again. If they have a price drop, they email you letting you know its a good time to buy. I've never had another oil company do that. How cool is that? I always strive to support local businesses and I was so happy to help Rinaldi with their Toy Drive this year to benefit the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital. They met their goal with the help of others in the community. Giving back locally is another asset I love about them. Everyone at Rinaldi is always pleasant whether its the driver who delivers your oil in the middle of a messy ice/snow storm, or the people on the other end of the phone. You feel as if you're part of a family. Busy schedule? No problem. You can order fuel 24 hrs. a day using their convenient on-line order form and they will call you (at a convenient time you provide) to verify your delivery. You qualify for a discount if you fit any of these categories: military personnel, first responders, and senior citizens. They also offer service 24 hours a day. Their prices are reasonable and they're always professional and pleasant. I could say a lot more about how much I love the people and the services provided but I think you get the idea. You don't have to take my word for it, give them a try for yourself. What do you have to lose? Other than emails telling you of discounted prices, dependable service, friendly staff, on-line ordering 24-7 etc.
