I know...it makes no sense. Which is why the convenience of having dependable local businesses is so highly celebrated here in NH. And that's where Vitalii comes in. So, Vitalii is actually a man. One guy, that I know of...who has claimed a business here on Yelp in his own namesake. Turns out, he is Ukrainian, which is a bonus for those of us who want to show our support for Ukraine. Whilst English may not be his first language, that doesn't stop him from performing his tasks to the utmost professional level. You see, I have a gas dryer which I am in the process of replacing at the time of writing this review. Only problem is...the gas line running to the dryer must be disconnected before anyone can haul it away. Since a lot of places won't touch a gas line with a 40 foot pole without proper licensing and/or the temerity to license their own employees to do so, I had to once again scour the four corners of Yelp to locate someone that could. 10 minutes later (just as advertised), Vitalii responded to my query with a quickness that exceeds even that of The Flash's bombing at the box office (too soon?). His task was to disconnect the gas line from my broken-ass dryer and cap the open lines thereafter. He completed all of this within the same amount of time that it took to answer my query. AND....he was able to arrive on the same day of said request. It's worth mentioning that I had originally been given a much longer ETA (of about 2 weeks) from a competing company I normally do business with; hence my hasty search. Not to mention the 75 bucks I just saved going through a smaller repair shop. That's it! Job well done, in and out, just the way it should be. I have zero complaints about this guy. And I am giving Vitalii 5 very relieved households about to receive a brand new electric dryer out of 5!

After quickly assessing the damage, he presented me with two options: rebuild and reseal the current trap or outright replace it. Since the former was the cheaper option and had a pretty good chance of ameliorating the leak, I opted for the rebuild and reseal. Total price for the job: $140. All things considered, this business is very affordable and prompt. Their response time is ultimately what led me to elect them for my plumbing repairs. Best of all, they send updates via text to confirm your appointment date and how far out they are before arrival. I also appreciate the fact they're a NH based business. See? As my heart sank to my nether regions, I feared the worst. Upon reaching the basement, my greatest anxieties were quickly realized as I witnessed what can only be described as a literal geyser erupting from my now dilapidated excuse of a water heater. In short, ladies and gentlemen, this thing was toast. With my basement partially flooded and my family potentially facing frigid showers, there was only one thing to do: contact the heating company who would quickest solve this dilemma for us. After scouring the four corners of Yelp for a little under an hour, A.J. LeBlanc was the first to respond. Due to it being incredibly snowy and dangerous out there (not mention having 3 other jobs earlier that same day), it took them a while to arrive. Once they did though, they were extremely accommodating, professional, and precise with their installation. After working out the quote and payment details, they were able to arrive with the necessary parts THE VERY SAME DAY! I don't think I need to tell you how important this point was for us, considering not all companies in the area can necessarily pull this off on such short notice. I won't tell you how much we spent that day. But let's just say it was just shy of a king's ransom. Nevertheless, it was quite worth every penny. They say you can't buy peace of mind, but Leblanc's prompt service comes damn close. What impressed me the most was not only the superb install job (which you can clearly see in the photos I posted); but also their brief yet thorough instruction on how everything works on the brand spanking new heater. It's worth noting that they made a big deal about making sure everything was done strictly to code. And we are eternally grateful, especially after learning the former water heater (which I *think* was around 8 years old) was severely outdated. I mean, the thing didn't even have a drain pan. Imagine having just a water heater sitting on the ground with nothing to catch any leaks. *sigh* Anyway.. The new water heater comes with a 6 year warranty. So, should anything unexpected happen before 2029, we'll know who to call. These guys probably saved our lives that day. Because I know I certainly didn't feel like catching hypothermia via shower due to an out-of-date, busted ass water heater from 2015. As such, I'm giving A.J.
