We had two choices: call Campbell Plumbing or bust out the swimtrunks and floaties. Since I like a nice, hot shower and dislike weeks of frustration, I opted for the phone. I called their office to sort it out and spoke to Linda, the woman who took my initial appointment. She was incredibly hostile and explicitly threatened to send me to collections over a measly $65! They even text-blasted a voice recording of my emergency phone call to my phone as a petty bullying tactic to scare me. Trying to extort and harass a homeowner while their house is actively flooding is predatory. These companies should be ashamed of themselves. It is disgusting--all about the money!
