I figured I would just take care of the leak myself under the toilet. I had to replace a valve under my kitchen sink so I sent my son into the crawlspace when he got down there. We had 4 inches of water all over the crawlspace, water from my washing machine, my dishwasher and kitchen sink all over the crawlspace. I called back up and told the situation they came out put a fan in front of the crawl opening and tried to charge me another 165 dollars because I was "such a good customer " would not take responsibility for anything and wasn't planning to fix the hole because my "son did a good job patching it".
