We just purchased a house with a water system installed by this company only 4 years ago. I had them out twice to fix the clogged system, replace a filter and make two water tests. I have not ever received a test in the form I can use with another laboratory. The filter clogged within two days, they came out again and replaced one too small paper filter with a carbon one. It clogged in a day. The system cost over $4,000 for whole house, they also installed a useless reverse osmosis in the kitchen sink for $1000 which also clogs with a useless paper filter (lots of silt in water here), which told me that the whole house was never working. They charged for one visit, the above, over $400, and used my card without me having any breakdown of charges in my hands, and knowing the system still failed, they did nothing. They charged another $174, to put in a simple toe kick bathtub stopper. So effectively for over $500 I had a drain plug put in. The woman at the desk of "Mr. Crossan's office", since they never answer as a plumbing company, told me essentially that it was understandable that a $5,000 system failed in 4 years and they had no responsibility. No shame, water system is a joke. We had one for the same problem in Washington State for $6,000, it is still cooking along producing wonderful drinkable water 9 years later. Do not let them take advantage of you, like they did the previous owners of this house. Water is still undrinkable. read more
