I'll start by saying that I'm a DIY'r and that I've done some amateur plumbing work as part of a bathroom remodel I'm undertaking. I've also interacted with other plumbers on issues that have come up along the way. Tom came out and provided an estimate for addressing a pin-hole leak in a copper pipe I had identified. The pipe normally is inside the wall but I'd exposed it as part of my remodel. It being in a wall though gave me pause with attempting to address it myself. Long story short, the price was incredibly reasonable based on the work that needed to be done. Both Tom and John showed up the day of to address the problem and did so in a professional and courteous manner. Their work was solid and I should emphasize that they actually showed up on time! Amazing. I was impressed by Tom's care in identifying the problem, proposing a solution, and along the way pointing out some other issues that will need to be resolved. From scheduling the estimate to getting the work done, the whole crew is phenomenal. And now I can get back to my bathroom remodel confident that I won't have to tear out all the work I'll be doing to address a leak down the road. They are great, responsive, professional and really nice to deal with. I was selling my parents house this past summer during COVID. They helped with a small gas leak, came back to help with some minor plumbing problems, and then came back again when we found that a 8 inch cast iron plumbing stack between second and third floors was leaking into the basement. They did all of the repairs quickly and at a good prices. I have had great experiences with everyone I dealt with at the company including the owner, scheduler, plumber, estimator and even an apprentice plumber. They were all outstanding! read more

They came out quickly, gave me options for what could be done and they were very fair with costs. I decided to write now because I called them last night with an emergency at her home.
