We also wanted an an estimate for a new humidifier, to change out the lavatory handles that had been installed backwards, replace a utility room faucet, and to do a general inspection of all the plumbing In our house. We have plans to add a new bathroom to our unfinished basement and he had good advice about that. The humidifier went in without a hitch! The handles on the lavatories were changed without a problem! We called them to install a water softner, re-rout piping, install a reverse osmosis in the kitchen, install another outdoor spigot for a hose attachment, etc. The filters on the R.O. must be changed yearly that they said they would do when they came yearly to service our water softner. They never came out, after calls. The receptionist said there was a fire at the R.O. plant, the owner would call, and probably put a new R.O. in at a good price after calling them again to come out. We NEVER got a CALL BACK from the owner or anyone! This is just NOT a responsible or dependable business that I would ever recommend to anyone!
