The first company was incapable of resolving the problem. I tried DZO. Within a few days two men arrived and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. We discussed a second issue and made a future appointment for resolve as they needed additional materials. Second issue solved. I canceled with my previous company. Today they did a regular bi-annual maintenance call. Some additional cleaning was done, however, I had been told about this at the last visit. We set a date for the fall. The prices are comparable to my prior company. DZO is responsive, professional and competent. I'm glad I gave them a try. Their performance exceeded my expectations!

Luckily I found this place and saw they were open, so decided to call. Service came out within an hour or two and fixed the issue! However our unit is old and a bandaid didn't do the trick. We wound up needed a whole new unit after getting a few opinions/looking at financing options. Throughout this process, Delfera was so understanding and communicative. More than anything they were incredibly patient. They were able to replace the unit only a few days after we told them we were ready which was incredible! The whole process took a day since we had the furnace replaced too. When they were done installing the owner came by to make sure everything was done correctly and brought us chocolate covered pretzels. We were SO pleased with this customer service from start to finish and will absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I have no idea, but the toilet is working fine now. While he was here for the toilet repair I had Mike give me a quote for a water-powered sump-pump backup. I was prepared to pay whatever the cost and have no idea (again) if the $1750 I paid for it was "a good price," but the job is done and the peace of mind I now have is worth the cost of installation. Mike is fast to respond, local, and follows-through on his promises. All the work was done promptly and I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again in the future.

They fixed our problem super quick by jumping the condenser but told us that that it was a temporary fix and they didn't know how long it would last. I asked for a quote for a completely new condenser unit. After some research their price seemed very fair. They responded quickly and were out installing by Monday or Tuesday. Installation, including moving the condenser further away from the house's gas line took less than a day. They even came back later to change out the thermostat to a more modern one. We were trying to get a smart thermostat but we didn't have the C wire which the thermostat needs for constant power. They tried more than one solution and were there for hours. Unfortunately they couldn't make it work. But I was happy with the effort and it showed they cared about the service they were providing.

S&D Mechanical...Such a disappointment. Our a/c was acting up and we called S&D who was referred…read moreto us. He came out and checked out the a/c and advised us what he "thought" was the problem and said it should be okay. Two days later we had to leave him a message to come back as the a/c wasn't working once again. He came back out and replaced a breaker switch in our electric panel in the family room. Yep...again the a/c failed to be fixed. We called him back 4 times and left him messages that went unanswered. He was the one who told us that the was not going to leave us high and dry without a/c and he would be back should we need him. $245.00 later we are still waiting for him to either show up or call us. The phone is growing cobwebs waiting for his return call. We had to hire another a/c repair man who identified the problem as a connector issue and had it fixed within 1 hour of his time. You can best believe we will be using the 2nd guy who did the job right. Someone should report S&D Mechanical to the BBB for poor customer service. Hmmmm. Off I go the the BBB site.
