We have plans to add a new bathroom to our unfinished basement and he had good advice about that. The humidifier went in without a hitch! The handles on the lavatories were changed without a problem! The new utility sink faucet that was installed was a dream! My lavatory leaks though...these had to be tinkered wIth several times., on several different days. You are thinking, WHY FIVE STARS???? This is why! Our plumber came out several times, in a very timely manner, to make things right. He could have easily told us that this was a worse repair than what it was. He was unfailingly polite, and optimistic and got the leak problem solved. Everyone that I've talked to or dealt with at Mattioni Plumbing has been very profesdional and helpful. Now, they are sending predatory, inflated bills to a completely different address trying to force us to pay for a service that never happened. On top of that, ever since I gave them my contact info, I have been targeted by 10 to 15 spam calls and texts EVERY SINGLE DAY. They clearly sold or leaked my phone number. Absolute scam. Avoid this company.

I will never use them again nor recommend them in local websites. On 8/15, I called and spoke to manager 'B' and asked about the cost for electrician 'R' to install two-(2) garage outside wall lights. 'B' said less than one hour. The first hour is $170 and it would be less than 1 hour for electrician 'R' to install the lights and that he would have some time to do something else. 'B' said nothing about sending an apprentice. On 8/18 'R' showed up however, he brought a apprentice. The apprentice shorted out a GFCI and it took 15 minutes to find the main GFCI. The bill stated: $170 for electrician $135 for trainee. $305 Total I had to pay for 2 people to do a ONE MAN JOB. Basically, I paid for the cost to train the apprentice. No one paid me to go to college. THIS WAS A ONE MAN JOB AND FOR A RESIDENTIAL SERVICE CALL. WHY DID CAMERON's SEND TWO-(2) PEOPLE. While Cameron's deducted $40 from the invoice, however if I did not complain, I would be stuck with full cost. How many residential customers foolishly pay to train Cameron's employees? An old IBEW union electrician's joke; How many electricians does it take to change a light bulb. TWO: ONE to hold the bulb and ONE to turn the ladder. Camerons is ignoring their responsibility of loyalty, openness & honesty to their residential customers.

They never came out, after calls. The receptionist said there was a fire at the R.O. plant, the owner would call, and probably put a new R.O. in at a good price after calling them again to come out. We NEVER got a CALL BACK from the owner or anyone! This is just NOT a responsible or dependable business that I would ever recommend to anyone!

He inadvertently got the address wrong and was 90 minutes away at our scheduled time so we rescheduled for Tuesday. During our Tuesday meeting I explained I needed the project to be completed before the first of November. He said he would be able to complete the project next week. The following week I texted Rick on Wednesday to see when he was planning on starting the project. I received no response. A few hours later I called and he said he will be here on Friday, October 30th to do the resurfacing. On Friday Rick never showed up to do the work. I tried texting several times and received no response. I tried calling and he never answered. I tried leaving a voicemail but his message said his voicemailbox was full. I still have not received any response. Needless to say it was not a good experience and I would not recommend their services.

Last week I needed to have my outside hose pipe replaced, he immediately returned my phone call and came to fix the pipe again doing a great job on a small project that many plumbers would not bother with.
