Now they are trying to force me to pay a $59 travel fee, even though the technician arrived before the scheduled appointment time. Yesterday I had a plumber install a 50 gallon hot water heater for $2100. There was no problem with the wiring. He gave no useful information. In my opinion, he was only there to get the service call fee, he had no intention of providing actual service as it was 4:30p on Friday afternoon. Even though I had no interest in using Creative Comforts for any additional work, I still waited for the office to call with a follow-up from the service visit. I ended up calling them and the office acted like they had no idea who I was at first. I asked to be phoned with repair costs and they sent an email instead. I called another company, Donnelly who waived the diagnostic fee and thoroughly assessed my system for FREE. It was not the igniter...the whole unit is faulty as it is over 30 years old. The safety switch was preventing the unit from running.

Unfortunately, that did not occur, and therefore I stayed up from 2:30am until 7am to call into their office. Brandy stated that she would get someone out as soon as possible when I spoke with her at 7am. A ProWorks professional showed up by 10am. He was professional, friendly and charged a reasonable amount for the services provided. I will always call ProWorks for my HVAC needs.
