We picked up our 2023 X1 last weekend from Patrick BMW in Schaumburg, Illinois and our experience from start to finish was EXCELLENT!!!! All thanks to Alan Murad, our sales rep who treated me and my son like family, and made our first car leasing process very memorable. I have already recommended Alan and the team at Patrick BMW to all my coworkers. Lots of love to you Al and keep up the good work. We look forward to continue doing business with you and your dealership. Hina & Hannan Aziz read more

Outstanding experience at Patrick BMW. I was greeted by Salvo and he was prompt in bringing around the vehicle I was interested in. After looking it over we headed inside to work on the numbers. The negotiation was smooth and straightforward. After shaking on it, I was impressed and grateful for Salvo's "go the extra mile" attitude and approach on getting me set up with everything I needed from the tech to ensuring I had all the paperwork and handing me off to sign documents. Great dealership and very welcoming. Follow up post purchase personally from Salvo has been fantastic and authentic, not just that feeling of checking boxes or going through the motions, true gratitude towards the business. I'm very happy with my purchase, experience and highly recommend. read more

Traded in BMW X3 for a new X5. Working with Gary Davis and Enzo Costa was a pleasure. I asked for the best pricing upfront and received the best pricing of dealers. Once at the showroom, they were efficient, accommodative and their genius staff explaining the newer features was extremely helpful. Highly recommend. read more

Gary was a friendly client advisor who was not pushy and made my experience comfortable and easy for the purchase of my used Lexus IS 300 Fsport. Zain the finance person was also ver helpful in helping me understand what protection I can get along the car. He was through and helped me make the decisions I needed for my vehicle read more

Totally terrible service!! I came here at 19:50 (they close at 21:00) but no one greeted me. They just gathered around and ate fried chicken. No one even looked at me even when I stood next to them. I don't understand how they got the authorization from BMW with this kind of service attitude. read more

Made an appointment to have a test drive of the bmw. The lady confirmed but when I came they asked if I'm gonna buy (I said no promises) So they refused the test drive either take a look at the car which is present. Inquired about two X5 Patrick BMW had listed for sale on their website and Autotrader for months. I was told that these were both courtesy vehicles that they could not sell. Why do you have them listed for sale then? At a minimum you should note this in the fine print of the listings so your potential customers don't waste their time. I took my business to Bill Jacobs BMW, they were willing to potentially pull vehicles out of their courtesy fleet if I wanted to buy. I ended up buying a brand new 2024 X5 from Bill Jacobs and they didn't even put a tacky dealer sticker on the back! read more

Awesome place to get BMW. My husband and I went there because of our friend's recommendation. When we got there, we already felt welcome and helped right away. Gary our Sales consultant was welcoming, helpful and not pushy. Farik the General Sales Manager was a great help for giving us a great deal. And Nicole our Finance lady was aWesomely nice, efficient and accommodating. Receptionist (I wished I remembered her name) was awesome and friendly too. Thank you all so much to all staff of Patrick BMW! read more

We have purchased two cars with Izabela and completed our financing through Mike. It has been a fantastic experience working with both of them! In fact everyone at Patrick has been accommodating and patient during the entire purchase process. They have gone above and beyond in making sure all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. They made sure that the cars were detailed beautifully! The Patrick group is family owned, and you will be treated like a member of the family with their care and attentiveness. read more

I bought my dream car from Patrick BMW, 6 months later I took it in for an oil change only to find it they insist on changing the filters every oil change (5000 miles) . The cost for a basic oil change is $100.00, but they tacked on the filters and wanted to add an electrical inspection totally over $600 for a car I just bought 6 months earlier. I agreed to have the oil and filters changed, the representative said he would apply dealership coupons to help with the cost. Plus it would only take 1 1/2 hours. 3 hours later and several interactions with the service staff my car was "sort of" ready they were just washing and drying it. By this time, I was tired and hungry and just wanted to go home. Then the bill came $450.00 for an oil change that included an additional $40 charge for miscellaneous services. I called the representative that night when I finally got home and left him a message. Didn't get any return phone call, called a couple more times but never connected with anyone. Left a complete message telling them my reason for calling. Have never received a call back. Also while waiting for my car I overheard salesmen discussing the purchase of a used car, the manager said offer $5,000, the sales man says screw him how about $500. Very nice. read more

My wife and I worked with Matt K when we purchased our 2022 Mini Clubman. Matt was great to work with, he accommodated our schedule (even came in early one day, and finished the deal on a day off). Matt was very professional and knowledgeable about the Mini lineup. Zain, our finance manager, was also really great to work with. Zain explained the service & maintenance plans in a non-upselling way and was there to help when I had follow up questions. read more

A great customer experience. I bought my car from Sal Sapienza. I told him what I wanted; the deal was efficient and deal was smooth and efficient. I spoke to Michael Rose who explained the intricacies and technology of the car; set up bluetooth and many other first time item. I had some apprehensions when I went to the business office, but Basio was excellent. He explained my options and ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE TO UPSELL. Boy, did I love that. My experience with Patrick BMW was nothing short of utterly disappointing. I had very high expectations for the experience I was anticipating based off of this dealerships reviews on Google. However, do not be deceived by these reviews- out of 15+ years of experience in car dealerships- today was possibly the worst by far. I made a service appointment for my BMW over three weeks ago, I communicated with numerous Patrick BMW Staff members on my current vehicle's maintenance needs and that I am in the market for an upgrade- every ounce of detail I provided the dealership via text, phone call, and email was disregarded. Upon my arrival my assigned salesperson was changed immediately- Nikko, my new advisor showed me two vehicles after being informed on my situation, made note we could test drive them once fueled, and entirely abandoned me there after- keep in mind this same sales advisor watched me sit in the lobby (as he instructed me to) for three hours. I was asked to speak with my service advisor, Blake, and unfortunately this experience took an even worse turn. Blake's customer service was nothing shy of deplorable and absolutely shameful. He approached our conversation with so much hostility that I had to ask for a different employee to handle my remaining service needs as a remedy. There was absolutely zero accountability for his behavior and my sale advisor excused this interaction because the day was "stressful" for those working at the dealership. There is never an excuse for mistreating customers- EVER. I didn't even say a single word to inspire the toxic behavior and had intentionally clarified I was trying to cultivate a positive relationship with this dealership for the foreseeable future- don't worry this will not be happening. All of this to say, the service department managers solution to this devastatingly unacceptable experience was to silence me with a few hundred dollars off my vehicles maintenance and having me taken from the dealership to enterprise for a rental while my vehicle is repaired because it cannot drive without it. Patrick BMW disregarded my business by profiling/assuming my value and utterly disrespected me as a paying customer when it came to my vehicle servicing. Though I considered giving this review one additional star for the minimal efforts made to "make the moment right" I truly believe that would only further enable the deception that comes with the reality of this business and the experience they provide others. There are so many different BMW dealers in the area, which I will be conducting business with moving forward, but please carefully consider this very fact before wasting your time and energy here. Your business and human experience will not be valued. Be warned. read more

This is how car dealers should be- responsive, resourceful and personable. My experience with all the employees I dealt with was stellar. My service advisor, Josh, and sales rep, Gary provided terrific customer service. Emil in the service department greets me by name and makes me feel like they really appreciate me. Great shop. read more

This is a great dealership. They really go the extra mile for their customers to be happy. Angelo worked very hard to find me what I wanted in my new 5 series and even did a dealer trade to get me that car. I can't say enough nice things about him bc he treats you like family and is so patient with you. Enzo, the GM, is also wonderful. I highly recommend Patrick BMW! read more

My wife needed a car in a hurry, which is difficult to accomplish in this chip shortage influenced market. She wasn't even reaching for a BMW. After looking at some Lesser brands ripe with challenges, I reached for my trusted car man Angelo Tramuta. Angelo put the wheels in motion and delivered a beautiful and nicely equipped 2022 X3, in 24 hours at a fantastic price! Angelo and his entire team do an amazing job, make the process easy , efficient, and definitely stand behind their word! First purchase w/ Patrick w/ a very positive experience on a new X3. Most other dealers were presenting us w/ the market premium over list price, but this was a really straightforward deal. Enjoyed working with Angelo, would recommend him to anyone looking for their next BMW, he made things easy and was very communicative. Matched the trade-in value of the big car lots and any other online options. read more

Even though I didn't get my car from Patrick BMW in the end (nothing to do with them, they just didn't have the car in the configuration I was looking for), I was very well taken care of by Brian Appelhans. They are shady. Be careful you get everything in writing and spelled out completely. They sell cheap words and do not do the right thing. They told me I was buying future brake replacement but it was an expiring deal.....so I threw money away. They are poor communicators read more

I recently purchased a BMX X3 from Patrick BWM. My client advisor for the purchase was Syed. During the day of purchase I experienced so many challenges and poor customer service with purchasing the vehicle: -Syed confirmed over the phone the day of pickup that the interest rate would be 1.9% only to arrive and he tells me the interest rate is now 2.9% - I waited 5 hours in the dealership to finally purchase the vehicle though I sent the requested documentation in advance of the appointment  - I later reviewed the final finance paperwork to realize my $1K deposit was never deducted from the cost of the vehicle. So I had to take additional steps with Syed the next day to have the credit card payment refunded. I was told the deposit slip had been lost from my file and that it happens all of the time. - Upon leaving the dealership, the salesman lost the 2nd key to the vehicle. I still do not have a 2nd key. - I never received a walk through of the vehicle with a BMW Genius to learn all of the features.  I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. read more

I recently leased an X5 PHEV-- my second one, and fifth car I lease from Patrick. If you head to Patrick BMW be sure to ask for Mike Urbano. This is my second time leasing from Mike and he is a pleasure to work with. He is very patient and listens to what your needs are. Once he understands what you're looking for he provides recommendations that fit your needs. The thing I like most about Mike is that he does not push a sale on you. He let's you decide at your own pace. In addition, once i started my first lease Mike would follow-up to see how I was liking the car and ensure everything was satisfactory to my needs. Mike is great at customer service and I'd highly recommend asking for and working with him the next time you visit Patrick BMW. read more

Beware! Just tried to make a service appointment for my BMW which I purchased at Patrick BMW. They would not provide a loaner BMW for a half day maintenance. I have not had this issue with any other BMW dealership. read more

Amazing support expertise and caring! Angelo Tramuta answered my questions took the time to understand my wants and needs!

Patrick sent me the wrong title after I purchased my vehicle. After receiving my corrected title we learned that patrick failed to make the changes to the state. Had 25 yr relationships with Patrick and will never do business again with them. read more

We had a wonderful experience at Patrick BMW. We went through the Costco Auto program so there was no haggling. Made an appointment with their online sales rep, Daphne. We showed up for the appointment and was assisted by Michale Wilson. Test drove the car we wanted and got a very competitive offer with the Costco Auto program. Michale was very informative and helped us from the beginning of the process to the end, didn't try to up sale anything, even the finance manager was very upfront and transparent about the additional warranties. We're very happy with the purchase and the overall experience with Patrick BMW. read more

Anna Sidiropoulos and Greg Pikul made my lease return a breeze. I was in and out within a half hour, and the inspection was more than fair. When we realized we forgot our spare key, they bent over backwards to make it easy for us to quickly mail it back to them. They were responsive and followed up with me multiple times. Due to my positive experience, if/when we're in the market for another BMW or MINI I'll definitely be stopping in. read more

The service and professionalism I received in buying a car was exceptional. From the time I walked in the door to the time taken with Angelo to explain what I was looking for, the experience was outstanding. Angelo spent a good amount of time listening to what was important to me and eventually directed me to a car that he thought would make a perfect fit. I had never bought a BMW before and Angelo got it just right. As we went to the lot to look at the car he thought I should consider I immediately knew we would hit it off! Interior was beautiful the ride quiet and most importantly - it's really fun to drive. With all the benefits of Patrick added and the service I experienced - I recommend highly you check out Patrick BMW and experience the professional service they will provide. read more

Would give 10 stars if possible. Go to Keith and Izabela if you're looking for a car. You will leave happy with a smooth process.

Service writer was fine. Got called that the car was ready to go. Now we are at cashier desk and cashier spills coffee all over paper work and key. Doesn't wipe it off just hands it back to us. So I call the service writer and ask him if he can clean the key bc it was dripping in coffee. The key got cleaned and paperwork got replaced. However after getting the car back from the " car spa" it is covered in bugs, dirt all over the outside. The floor mats were taken out and rinsed off and placed back in, soaking wet. There was a puddle on the driver and passenger floor. And water on passenger seat. Called the service writer again and he took the car to get " cleaned" again. Comes back 10 minutes later with only floor mats dried. You would think that after spending 3,000$ they could've maybe washed the car with soap instead of just spraying it with water and bringing it back out. Unreal. read more

See Sal. Seriously. Best vehicle purchasing experience ever. From the minute I walked in I was treated respectfully, and then Sal helped me get exactly the car I wanted. It wasn't about him selling a car, it was about him helping me get into to vehicle that would make me happy. He went above and beyond to the degree that I named my car Sally, after him! I get all my service done here, and even stop by to say 'hello' to the best car salesman I've ever met! Adam, service advisor, is knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I had a great experience at Patrick BMW. We went in looking for a courtesy/demo car but they were able to match the price of the demo car with the price of a brand new X3.
