    I recently leased a 2025 BMW i4 M50 from Patrick BMW. Natalie was amazing. She presented me with a great deal on our first exchange; no back and forth like most dealers. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back for my next car purchase.

    Unfortunately one of the worst car buying experiences I have had. From the test drive to the delivery it was nothing short of exhausting. I waited four hours to purchase the vehicle only to come back another day and wait another two hours. Now four months later I still do not have a title or registration. The most frustrating part is no one will call me back, the Client Advisor, Finance Manager, Title Specialist, Client Retention Manager, General Manager. Do yourself a favor and go to Fields or Perillo.

    When the salesman Go over & Beyond to make the shopping experience a memorable one..My salesman Mr. Angelo did just that from picking me up from the train station with this being an out of state purchase to the enjoyable ride & small tour back to the dealership..I'm definitely looking forward to doing business with Patrick BMW in the near future....Thanking the salesperson & finance manager for working out this amazing deal!

    Fake key

    Dealership quoted me "comprehensive warranty" during negotiations, sold me a basic warranty instead. Also claimed to give me "2 keys" and gave me 1 key and a $20 eBay knock off that just looks like a key. Stated they would reimburse me for the key, then complained about the cost of the key and said they would "never reimburse that much" and claimed i over paid for the key because of the service I used. (Which was over $200 cheaper than going through a dealership) This dealership talks a big game and delivers on none of the things they promise. They employ amateurs who dont know how to do basic research before they make stupid statements and treat customers poorly. Avoid like the plague. Take your money and business elsewhere.

    Templated reply asking more of my time to help them improve their customer service as if they aren't going try to get every penny they can.

    They keep calling me about every eight to sixteen months to see if I still own the vehicle, and if I would be interested in trading it for a newer vehicle... even though I have told them that it's none of their business if I still own it; if I were in the market for a newer car, I certainly wouldn't return to any Patrick dealership; and I don't want them to call me ever again. But still they keep harassing me. Note the reply to my previous review; asking me to take more of my personal time to help them resolve their customer service problems. I am just cynical enough that I suspect that they really want to commend that obnoxious sales manager for closing the deal.

    Patrick BMW is the best dealer in the Chicago area! We have purchased 4 BMWs from Patrick over the past ten years. We bought this X3 yesterday from Adam. Adam steered us through the process as efficiently as possible. He treated us with professionalism and got us a fair deal. Greg gave great tech support to teach us how to use the vehicle. Great dealer with great people. Believe thru reputation, it's well earned!

My sales coordinator was Rose, she was a joy to work with, as were Tim & Tim, the 2 gentlemen who assisted with the financing. All 3 of them are very personable, customer oriented & know their stuff. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, everything was thoroughly explained. The monthly payment was a little more than I wanted to pay, but for what I got, it's well worth it. I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. I highly recommend Hertz Schaumburg.

We were there from 9:30am to 2:30pm. While buying a car is a process, it's not a 5 hour process. Esp since there is no haggling involved and we had the car we wanted picked out. By the time we were able to sign our contract we were already in a huge hurry So we had to rush the most important part of the whole thing. We carved out 3 hours, were fine with 4, then started to get annoyed and anxious at 5 We also noticed an interior light wasn't working during our test drive. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They did end up changing it a few days later though We would defiantly go back and recommend to friends. Just make sure to bring lunch haha

Purchased the car and on the way home as it warmed up and I exceeded 40, the transmission begins to bog down. Badly. Serious enough that I had to change to manumatic shifting to get home. The car was clearly, badly, defective. If it was inspected by kia techs and set out for sale, then it was a honeypot, a car set out to deliberately fail, to entice a customer into a new car with the old, "nothing we can do" attitude. The paper they showed my about the Soul being inspected suddenly meant nothing. I WAS FORCED INTO BUYING A NEW CAR FROM THEM. My options were paying thousands to replace a transmission on a car with massive miles or get into another overpriced, possibly knowingly defective, used car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

After waiting longer than they promised, they tried to sell me new tires even though I only have 40k miles (bought vehicle brand new from them in 2023). I'm pretty sure I'll get at least another 15k in them. About 10 minutes later, they came back and told me one of tires has nail in it and can be fixed...for $63. Mind you, psi was 35 (mfg recommended) as I drove to several spots this morning. Coincidence? Possible; however, timing sure is alerting. No way in hell I'll consider them once I need all new tires. Plus, they charge for tire rotations. Tire store chains do it for free. These situations, along with cost, are why people find local mechanics once the original warranty is expired.

Buying a car became a 5-hour ordeal. And then I was told I should visit Wickstrom in Barrington. So I did. Dealing with Wickstrom and Don DiPaulo was unlike any other car experience I had. I wanted a two door Wrangler and BOOM! - there it was. Don didn't try to shove the 4-door down my throat or dance the jig trying to get me to go for the Wagoneer. There was no "add this" or "you really need undercoating - now!" The entire experience was painless - Don DiPaulo was very pleasant and accommodating and (I couldn't believe this part) I didn't want to strangle him and (even more unbelievable) i was out of there in less than 90 minutes. We made the service appointment for the recall repair online and when I dropped off my car I was told that the technician was gone for the day (Friday) and we either had to leave the car over the weekend or come back on Monday. I could not again take extended time away from work on Monday (or otherwise) to come back for another appointment so I left my car and took their loaner. When I returned the car I didn't fill up the couple gallons of gas I used because the only reason I had to use a gas vehicle was because they didn't accurately coordinate that the correct technician would be available to service my car and I didn't have the time for a second extended visit. They told me that they didn't confirm whether the correct technician would be there for the service because we make the appointment online and refused to refund their gas charges. There is nothing noting that I needed to call to make a specific appointment and they made no apologies about the fact that they accepted my appointment without having the correct staff available for it. They could care less that I had to make two trips and were completely unaccountable for their system not scheduling service appropriately AND didn't even fully complete the recall. Won't go back.

Here were the top annoyances: Air Conditioning - Broke completely in the middle of our July trip, the mechanic said it was quite old and missing some screws. It wasn't possible to fix on the road, so we had no AC for 4 days. Sensors - Many of the key sensors were inaccurate. Ex: black tank level, water level. This proved very challenging for first time RVers like us, who didn't have a feel for how often to empty or refill tanks. Door - The screen door was missing a piece of plastic, which created a hole for bugs to come in and the door itself required a VERY hard closure to latch. My kids could rarely do it themselves. Awning - Not functional; directions in troubleshooting book didn't match type of awning on our RV. Generator - Shut off inexplicably a few times. Mattress - VERY old and worn. Electrical panel - Literally kept closed with duct tape and wouldn't stay closed. Easy to accidentally turn things off. Privacy curtain - Held back with duct tape. Easily knocked open.
