    When entering a vehicle dealer, you prepare yourself. Be psychologically prepared for the approaching "pushy salesman." Instead, you encounter friendly employees who avoid attempting to "push" anything on you. They listen to what you need and what you want. They are understanding. That was how I encountered Kevin Thepsavanh. The service was fantastic at the Biggers Mitsubishi! Especially thanks to Kevin-Thepsavanh C. He took care of our cars and provided 5-star service at every step! I walked out happy and appreciated the excellent customer service. Ask for him and your service will be outstanding.

    2/2022 5* Needed to stop in without an appointment for a noise, etc. coming from my wheels. We have always used Schaumburg Mitsubishi until they recently closed. Need a new place to service our 2 Mitsubishi cars. Michael G. helped me out right away. No service, no charge, needed he said. Showed me some snow stuck in the wheels and what that was doing. Took care of me in 15 minutes. In and out quickly. Michael G.'s friendliness and helpfulness has earned my business for sure! Thank you Michael G. And with 2 children having Mitsubishi's also, this will go a long ways to earn their business too! Thanks for all the assistance. We will see you next time for sure!

The salesperson was completely disengaged, offered no guidance, and had zero personality or sense of urgency. It honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Even more concerning, no one from management ever stepped in, acknowledged us, or attempted to assist at any point. Also worth mentioning, the vehicle we test drove hadn't even been properly detailed. The interior was disgustingly dirty, to the point it was embarrassing. If it hadn't been cleaned yet, that should have been communicated upfront instead of presenting it that way. It really summed up the entire experience. The highlight (if you can call it that) was a $2,000 trade-in offer on a well-running vehicle with a brand new engine. When we questioned it, we were casually told we'd be better off selling it ourselves. No explanation, no attempt to earn our business, and no manager stepped in to address it. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this place operates. We didn't come in expecting anything unrealistic, just a fair conversation and basic professionalism. Instead, we got dismissive attitudes, low effort, and an offer that was frankly insulting. We left, and not because we couldn't make a deal but because there was clearly no one there interested in making one. Plenty of dealerships out there that actually want your business. This is not one of them. The experience matched the offer... low effort and even lower value.

By the way asking so much less than my same car is for sale on cars.com the gave me a price of 900 & wouldn't pull the car up I was looking at to make sure all the warnings lights were off until they showed me the low ball I was offered. The poor salesman winced before saying it! So F&I guy is a crook & DONT know if this was Brian B who wants repeat business. Maybe because I'm a single woman or maybe because I'm from out of state they wanted to fraud me not sure but DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Follow up F&I guy called me still no name & I gave him an ear full of unbusiness like conduct that I received! He was a nice guy - and we got to test driving almost right away. Additionally, the price was very fair (the lowest end of KBB), and they negotiated some perks (remote start, which I had on my other vehicle). I did a trade-in, and I expected a low-ball on that, unfortunately. The only aggravating part was the "salesman" show that they put on during negotiations. Dave went back and forth with his "boss," and even once coached me to loudly say, "And I want the remote start!" when he picked up the phone. C'mon guys!!! *eyeroll* I might be a female, but I'm not completely dense. Cut the theatrics and be straight. The remote start, to their dismay, apparently cost them more than they had wanted to spend. I'm not sure how they didn't figure in that they'd need a bypass on a manual trans?? I was aggravated that I dropped the vehicle off for them to do the remote start and they were also supposed to reset the oil change indicator, as well as fix a loose dome light housing. Neither was done when I picked up the vehicle, so they hurriedly fixed the latter. Luckily there was ONE mechanic left at that time! Overall, it was a fine experience, and we both got what we wanted out of the deal.

I encountered a rude reception that didn't understand basic communications and started arguing with me on why I need to keep my plate. Maybe try and inform your employees what is correct and not be confrontational. I asked for basic help and they refused. Try St. Charles...they were like night and day and welcomed me in immediately and had everything done in less than 30 minutes.
