As fine as Mexican food as you can find in most of Utah! I searched a couple of years and the owner, Patricia, keeps her her homestyle meals to high standards. I always leave a large tip as the flavor and the hours to create such rich and fresh flavors with generous servings are well worth it. It was exceptionally fresh and flavored well. The bean dip was also good with the tortilla chips. The owners of this restaurant are TOP-NOTCH and strive to please regardless of your requests. Likely won't come back. Honesty is important to me, and the service timing was very subpar.

Implying that there's many varieties of Mexican food dependent on which part of Mexico it comes from and that Javiers style might be different from what you find tasty but that doesn't matter. food is either good or not good. Geographical location has nothing to do with it.
