Dr Rasania provided me with the results of my Echo Cardiogram, and was very straightforward with an apparent diagnosis. I'll still need 2 more invasive tests before he can go ahead with my surgery. Unfortunately for me, these tests cannot be done until Jan, 2026. This is frustrating, and a bit alarming for me. I'm not feeling well, get short winded easily and at 80, I'd like to be able to enjoying my life for as long as I have! It getting back to Dr Rasania, I'm completely satisfied with him and am happy to say he provided me with time, answered questions, and looked me in the face as we talked this time. I felt he was really engaged.

It's difficult to get an appointment that isn't…read morescheduled far out, and on a few occasions I've received calls asking to reschedule my appointment because the doctor won't be in or most recently, I received a call about three hours beforehand asking if I could come in earlier because the sonographer needed to leave early. It can be difficult for patients to change appointment days or times on short notice, especially when we have to request time off from our employers in advance. Being asked to adjust appointments last minute can be inconvenient and stressful. Once I arrived, the appointment felt somewhat rushed, which left me hoping the echocardiogram was still completed thoroughly. As I was leaving, the front desk staff and receptionist were both on their cell phones and didn't even look up to acknowledge me as I walked out. I understand that schedules can change, but I would suggest improving the scheduling process and maintaining a more professional presence at the front desk so patients feel valued and respected.

I went to check with the rude red hair receptionist and asked what was taking so long? That everyone that had come after me already was called in. She checked her system and said "oh your appointment it's until 3pm". I let her know the reminder card they gave me had the time of 2pm scheduled. She said oh no it's at 3p sorry, they put in on wrong. Wow seriously?! So I've been here for 45min checked in but they still cant call my name to be seen even though it's not my fault that the rep who scheduled my appointment put it incorrectly? Dr Chan actually worked at many hospitals in the country teaching other doctors how to do this procedure. I felt very safe. Additionally, the office staff is very friendly despite how busy they are. Scheduling is a breeze, and his office staff is very patient with answering questions about upcoming testing and what to do and what not to do pertaining to what testing you will have.

Everything!!! I've had low blood pressure, fainting, hit my head twice, dizziness, high heart rate…read more(Tachycardia) . I tell them I had to stop taking blood pressure medications , but one is for my Tachycardia but it's bringing my blood pressure down to low so I need a lower dose to help lower my heart rate. They tell me no and to only take the one med if my BP top number is and stays over 110. Well it's been staying below 100 the reason I'm fainting. I said need and appointment if you aren't calling in a lower dose for me. They say no we have you down for an appointment 1 and 1/2 months from now I said I can't wait that long. I guess I need to find a new doctor. I will die waiting for this office and doctor Dr Ahn to help me.
