Dr Rasania provided me with the results of my Echo Cardiogram, and was very straightforward with an apparent diagnosis. I'll still need 2 more invasive tests before he can go ahead with my surgery. Unfortunately for me, these tests cannot be done until Jan, 2026. This is frustrating, and a bit alarming for me. I'm not feeling well, get short winded easily and at 80, I'd like to be able to enjoying my life for as long as I have! It getting back to Dr Rasania, I'm completely satisfied with him and am happy to say he provided me with time, answered questions, and looked me in the face as we talked this time. I felt he was really engaged.

It's difficult to get an appointment that isn't…read morescheduled far out, and on a few occasions I've received calls asking to reschedule my appointment because the doctor won't be in or most recently, I received a call about three hours beforehand asking if I could come in earlier because the sonographer needed to leave early. It can be difficult for patients to change appointment days or times on short notice, especially when we have to request time off from our employers in advance. Being asked to adjust appointments last minute can be inconvenient and stressful. Once I arrived, the appointment felt somewhat rushed, which left me hoping the echocardiogram was still completed thoroughly. As I was leaving, the front desk staff and receptionist were both on their cell phones and didn't even look up to acknowledge me as I walked out. I understand that schedules can change, but I would suggest improving the scheduling process and maintaining a more professional presence at the front desk so patients feel valued and respected.

In one of the appointments though, one of his nurses checked my blood pressure laying down and then told me to sit up and checked it again and she said it was little high. When Dr. Duber came in he said I needed blood pressure medicine but I politely declined. I'm pretty sure that I don't need it. While it seems like he is highly experienced and knowledgeable in his work (I did see a lot of certificates/awards on his wall) I felt like I was being dismissed during my last appointment with him. He's a little short and direct often times making you feel like you're silly. As I was walking out, the very nice lady at the desk next to the exit door of his office let me know (and handed me a notice) that he was in the process of transitioning and becoming independent and also before I was seen, one of the nurses said he was overwhelmed with patients that day and that this is why he was taking long to see me so I believe that this might be the reason he dismissed me quick to kinda get me out the way but all I've got to say is that my experience with him didn't feel personalized. Didn't give it a very low rating due to the nurses who were nice.

She checked her system and said "oh your appointment it's until 3pm". I let her know the reminder card they gave me had the time of 2pm scheduled. She said oh no it's at 3p sorry, they put in on wrong. Wow seriously?! So I've been here for 45min checked in but they still cant call my name to be seen even though it's not my fault that the rep who scheduled my appointment put it incorrectly? Dr Chan actually worked at many hospitals in the country teaching other doctors how to do this procedure. I felt very safe. Additionally, the office staff is very friendly despite how busy they are. That said, sometimes he runs behind and I honestly feel that's because when he's with you, he NEVER makes you feel rushed and listens to everything you have to say. As a patient, I never mind waiting a bit because I know when I he comes thru the door he's 100 percent present for me. I don't think you can ask for anything more from a very busy physician. Not only is he very knowledgable, but Dr. Patadia has shown a passion for his profession and patients. He has gone out of his way to review tests after hours and call when those test results were of concern. He is professional and compassionate. He has gone out of his way to met with us at the hospital bedside. It has not been "business as usual" with him, he has paid close attention to my father's health and he is responsible for the great improvment in Dad's condition. The staff is attentive, kind and really get to know you. I will never see another doctor as long as Dr. Patadia is practising.
