I'm a bit disappointed with my experience. It's difficult to get an appointment that isn't…read morescheduled far out, and on a few occasions I've received calls asking to reschedule my appointment because the doctor won't be in or most recently, I received a call about three hours beforehand asking if I could come in earlier because the sonographer needed to leave early. It can be difficult for patients to change appointment days or times on short notice, especially when we have to request time off from our employers in advance. Being asked to adjust appointments last minute can be inconvenient and stressful. Once I arrived, the appointment felt somewhat rushed, which left me hoping the echocardiogram was still completed thoroughly. As I was leaving, the front desk staff and receptionist were both on their cell phones and didn't even look up to acknowledge me as I walked out. I understand that schedules can change, but I would suggest improving the scheduling process and maintaining a more professional presence at the front desk so patients feel valued and respected.

I saw Dr. Duber for the reason that I have been feeling discomfort in my chest for a long time now…read moreand after some evaluation he eventually told me I didn't have any issues with my heart. In one of the appointments though, one of his nurses checked my blood pressure laying down and then told me to sit up and checked it again and she said it was little high. When Dr. Duber came in he said I needed blood pressure medicine but I politely declined. I'm pretty sure that I don't need it. While it seems like he is highly experienced and knowledgeable in his work (I did see a lot of certificates/awards on his wall) I felt like I was being dismissed during my last appointment with him. He's a little short and direct often times making you feel like you're silly. As I was walking out, the very nice lady at the desk next to the exit door of his office let me know (and handed me a notice) that he was in the process of transitioning and becoming independent and also before I was seen, one of the nurses said he was overwhelmed with patients that day and that this is why he was taking long to see me so I believe that this might be the reason he dismissed me quick to kinda get me out the way but all I've got to say is that my experience with him didn't feel personalized. Didn't give it a very low rating due to the nurses who were nice.

Hoping your little one doesn't need a cardiologist...if you do, I HIGHLY recommend Sierra Pediatric…read moreCardiology! I was referred from our pediatrician for a heart concern. We visited the office on Friday and I was nervous and anxious as any parent would be. We were greeted with Anna who was friendly and patient while I was filling out the check in paperwork. She was also the one that took his vitals and did the EKG. During this time, she ask about any hereditary heart conditions in the family. She treated my little one with care and talked thru everyone that she was doing to my little one which helped him be calm and cooperative. After the EKG, we went into another exam room to wait for Dr Lai with the echo. It was a short wait unlike some of the other medical offices. Dr Lai was very friendly asked the same hereditary heart conditions as Anna which I really appreciated cause it showed that they were thorough and Dr Lai wanted to ensure that we were all on the same page. The echo started and Dr Lai also described everything that she was going to do ( like this wand was a camera to help her look at the heart and the gel was going to a little cold, etc). When the echo started , she took her time with every image and did NOT rush any part of the echo. One of the best parts was that when the echo started, she took out an iPad so my little one had something to keep him calm and still. A few more good things that I liked...completely the forms in a iPad, the waiting room had a toy car table to keep the little one entertained, the rooms were decorated so cute and the exam room had a toy that keep my little one busy. After the exam for being so good and cooperative, Dr Lai gave my little one a toy. I would absolutely recommend Dr Lai and team! Sending you and your little one positive vibes if you are reading this

Last year I had a concerning health issue. She got me into her office quickly & referred me to a specialist. When I told her the specialist couldn't see me for almost a month, she contacted them & I was seen in just a few days. She is a rare doctor who takes her time during your visits to make sure all your questions are answered. It can take time to schedule regular exams, but she's the only doctor in her office. I trust Dr. Leoni with my family's health & have for years.

The tests are performed incorrectly, dr leoni will come in to tell you you're fine, and even when you tell her that whatever you're suffering with is absolutely debilitating, she will shrug and say "Well the tests say you're fine!" When the tests were done incorrectly in the first place. Everyone in the office, including Dr Leoni herself, are incredibly kind. But when a patient comes to a doctor practically begging for some sort of help and they're essentially shrugged off and told to go pick up something OTC that won't work, it becomes a problem.
