They explained every procedure to help make us more comfortable. Dr Balguma was very friendly and very thorough. He asked us a lot of questions, was listening to all our responses and concerns. I felt great knowing that we could talk to him about any concerns and he would listen. I appreciate having a doctor for my daughter who will let her say what she feels and her concerns. I've had other doctors in the past where I feel they wouldn't listen as good but the patient is the best historian and having Dr Balguma ask her so many questions made me feel comfortable and assured. They were able to work with my schedule and I have not had any issues and this is our 4th time being at that office. I highly recommend this office and their great staff.

Dr Rasania provided me with the results of my Echo Cardiogram, and was very straightforward with an apparent diagnosis. I'll still need 2 more invasive tests before he can go ahead with my surgery. Unfortunately for me, these tests cannot be done until Jan, 2026. This is frustrating, and a bit alarming for me. I'm not feeling well, get short winded easily and at 80, I'd like to be able to enjoying my life for as long as I have! It getting back to Dr Rasania, I'm completely satisfied with him and am happy to say he provided me with time, answered questions, and looked me in the face as we talked this time. I felt he was really engaged.

I tried to explain to them that I just wanted to be seen as a non work related patient but for some reason they insist on billing through workman's comp. They said if they saw me then it would "turn into a workman's comp" and I would have to go through an adjuster which I don't understand because I want to be seen on a "non work related issue" I don't know if their billing practice is legal in this aspect. My 9 year old daughter has the same PPO insurance I do. If she has a cardiac issue will she have to go through an adjuster and be billed through workman's comp? She is 9!!! Needless to say, if you are a first responder. ( I am a firefighter ) then I would go someplace else. I am planning on filing a complaint with the California DWC.

Every-time I bring my 82 yr old mom in here they are all so nice, greet you with a warm hello and smiles! I know it's hard the job they have and the closer it gets to Friday I'm sure their patience are wearing thin. But not these ladies they still are as nice as Georgia pie and probably don't get the KUDOS they all deserve! I've had no issues with this office in 10 years and everytime I need something done it's done within minutes or the same day that is huge , most offices take at least 3 days to complete something. I just want them to all know that Tracey , Sharon's daughter appreciates them and all their hard work and dedication to making all the patients and the families feel amazing and cared for so HILDA, HEIDI, and Dr Singh need to give these girls a high five or a lunch on yall! They really do a great job and they are your first impression when a patient comes in and I know from experience most front office staff are either over worked or over it completely!!
