What's the point of making appointments if your going to wait. The red head at the front desk is incredibly rude and always talking very loud. She never smiles. I came to this Cardiologist just because my doctor sent the referral here otherwise I would have looked fo someone else. Worst waiting time ever! No point of making an appointment if you are going to have to wait 45min-1hr. They gave me a reminder appointment card with the time written as 2pm, I checked in at 1:55pm, about 2:45pm I was still waiting and they hadn't call me. I went to check with the rude red hair receptionist and asked what was taking so long? That everyone that had come after me already was called in. She checked her system and said "oh your appointment it's until 3pm". I let her know the reminder card they gave me had the time of 2pm scheduled. She said oh no it's at 3p sorry, they put in on wrong. Wow seriously?! So I've been here for 45min checked in but they still cant call my name to be seen even though it's not my fault that the rep who scheduled my appointment put it incorrectly? Hopefully this is the last time I come here. I hate incompetent dr's staff. read more

I had an appointment at 2:00 p.m. and I'm still waiting to see the doctor. 3 other people went in before me while I'm still waiting to see the same doctor. The scheduling department is terrible. If you have another facility and doctor to go to, I would recommend you do so. My time and everyone else's is valuable. read more

I have been seeing Dr Ahn for over 7 years. I had CHF many years ago. He is attentive, thorough, respectful, very precise with my Heart Health. He has all my health information right in front of him on his laptop. He has results of all exams and tests and goes over them at each visit. I trust him completely. I would recommend him to anyone who has had or has family history of a heart condition or even if you want to have a heart checkup. The staff is business like, but not very personal, but I go the doctor out of necessity and the best care-- Dr Ahn provides that kind of care. read more

I was referred by my doctor for an echo , the Dr. Asked me why I was there and told me I can't just walk in and have a test. I didn't , I was referred . They made me come back and when I did the following Friday my appt card said 2pm but the reminder message said 230 , I went at 230 and they would help not me. read more

The receptionist's are super friendly & from what I've seen, they are helpful and knowledgeable with all patients coming in. As for the doctors, I spoke with the female here & she pretty much rushed through my visit, didn't really take the time to listen to my concerns, she kept cutting me off. Hopefully my further visits aren't so rushed. read more

This office has the worst service. The staff is unprofessional. The waiting room chairs are much too low for senior citizens who have problems standing up because of arthritis conditions. No assistance is provided to help them. The staff puts you on hold for 10-15 minutes and never returns back to your call. You call back and the same thing occurs over and over again. Dr Ahn staff puts you in a room and you wait about 15 minutes before get waited on by the doctor. This office to me has old testing equipment for Stress test that I feel needs to be updated. I almost slipped and fail because the stepping chair was wobbly and unstable trying to get access into chair to take the test. Their equipment is so outdated trying to be tested. Equipment is very ancient to me. Than they want to bill you these outrageous prices. The staff let's you leave their office without giving you a follow up appointment or notify you of your test results. If you don't call their office to ask for your test results, than you never will find out what they are. To me that is unprofessional. I will never go back to this office ever again. read more

Sorry but this place sucks. I still have no idea what this place did for me but know that one of the doctors here tried to steal me from my regular cardiologist by saying my cardiologist wasn't covered on my insurance plan. Such B.S. cayse I have a PPO, so I can go to whomever I want. Plus they billed my insurance a ton of $$ for what I don't know. Then I get a bill in the mail for almost $200, and they wouldn't take my HSA card where all my money for medical is, cash or check only they say. What year is this anyway? Get a damn credit card machine. Stay away and don't ever let a random Doctor try to steal you from your regular doctor! read more

Unprofessional place. It took so long to wait here. The initial appointment took us 1.5 hr to wait and the echo appointment took us over 30mins to wait. We came early every time to fill out the form and prepare but still wait for their tech with reason that they had only one people to do echo. read more

How late should a Doctor be? When we booked our appointment it was made clear to us that we needed to arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. Also, if we were more that 15 minutes late, our appointment would be canceled and we would be charged $50 as a "No Show". We arrived at 2:55 pm for a 3:15 appointment. We completed our paperwork and were told "take a seat and the Dr will be right with you. At 4:00 pm I approached the receptionist and asked how far behind they were running. I was told they were behind and we would have to wait another 45 minutes at least. I was welcome to rebook, but would be charged $50 as a no show. It's now bee another 30 minutes and I am being constantly glared at by the receptionist. This has gone past inconsiderate all the way to rude. I understand that Doctors are busy and things come up. Allowing your office to be run as if the patients you are there to service are the least important part in f the equation is insulting. Clean up you act Dr. Don Ahn. You should be embarrassed and ashamed by what is going on in your name. Shame on you. read more

First off when I was called back to do my echo the lady doing it was not very nice. She was asking questions about my primary Dr and I told her that was not my Dr. After she hooked me up and starts whatever she was doing asked me if my last name was perez. I said no that's not my name. She had the wrong persons chart! So she then storms out of the room comes back and proceeded to tell me I'm sorry I had the wrong pt!! So now my information is in this other persons chart!!! She also leery me know what that other patient was coming for. HIPPA VIOLATION!!!!! so after she is done putting my correct information asked me if I was pregnant. ( I'm 7 months with a huge belly!) I said yes I am. Then she said well your only like 1 month or so? I told her do you review your patients charts before you bring them back? I was beyond mad! She then finished and said ok your done she can walk out. Uummm.... I asked to speak to the office manager and of course why would she be in the office. So I let the girls in the front know how upset I was about what had just happened. And she just brushed me off and made an appointment with the actual Dr. I work in a dental office and our patients information is the most important thing to us!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! read more

Absolutely dreadful...personally called and set an appointment three weeks in advance with a physician referral. Call the day before to confirm time and told that "they have no record of the appointment". Nothing can be done. Too bad but next available date is a month later. Staff could not care less. For a heart doctor's office? Zero stars. read more

So my husband and I went to this location because my husband has a pacemaker. We were referred from our family doctor. My doctor gave us the phone number for the cardiologist and told us to call and make an appointment as she had already sent over the referral. When I called the girl who answered was not friendly. I told her we were referred and our doctor had sent over the referral. She immediately said it wasn't there. I called back my doctor and who was advised it had been sent but she would send it again. When I called back a nicer lady answered the phone and low and behold she found the first referral. This should have been my first clue. Without getting into a long story, the staff was rude, they talked about patients at the front desk, the wait was 45 minutes and the staff barely acknowledged us at all. The second visit we had was even worse. The front desk did not even acknowledge we checked in for 30 minutes and that was only because we went up to make sure they knew we were there. The Asian nurse who called us back barely said two words the entire visit. Once we finish our last appointment, we will not go back! Do not come here if you don't have to. read more
