I have so much to say: 1. BEWARE! They asked me to post a review that Kathy typed on my phone when I was still high off the anesthesia the day after the surgery and offered free Botox for positive reviews. 2. INATTENTION TO DETAIL - SUBPAR RESULTS: uneven nipples, asymmetric lipo/tummy tuck results and extremely uneven scar. And they will still tell you that it's just swollen. Tummy tuck was botched first time. Drains were placed in a very uncomfortable spot and they left an awful scar above my private part that I had to pay to get revised. Revision was still not up to par - very noticeable uneven results, again! Overall, he's the type of surgeon you have to spell out every little detail of your expectations, including "nipples should align." I don't think patients should have to spell this out. A good surgeon would pay close attention to these key details. I regret trusting him. 3. POOR MANNERS: Dr. Pazmiño is not the greatest listener. He doesn't seem to like interacting with ppl much. He leaves everything to his staff who are great but they're not the ones operating. I don't feel like he cared to know what I really wanted. He made me feel as if I was asking stupid questions. I felt as if I was annoying him. He only spends minimal time and leaves quicker than you can blink your eyes. At first I thought maybe he's just weird but then he should not be a plastic surgeon. 4. LIES WERE TOLD: I had my breast done in 2006. In 2018, I stupidly returned for a tummy tuck that he refused to do in 2006. He said I would get a free surgery when my implant popped, and that was a lie. Only the actual implant is free. Very misleading! I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere and DO NOT trust the 5 star reviews. Those were likely written by staff and posted in exchange for free Botox to extremely medicated ppl post-op. read more

Dr. Pat Pazmino is an outstanding surgeon. I had BBL, rib contouring, and waist contouring, and my results are beautiful, natural, and perfectly proportioned. I am an Medical doctor myself and I did an extensive research of the best possible plastic surgeon for me; I had my Tummy tuck and bbl with Dr Pazmino (01/10/2023), And in my opinion he is the best posible plastic surgeon in South Florida area. He has an impressive background, experience and most important he is a nice, compassionate doctor, who is truly listening to your concerns. Procedures are in the hospital and therefore an extra 5k, but for my safety, I was happy to pay that hospital fee. I reached out directly to a few dolls on social media who had surgery by him and each doll told me they didn't have a good experience with him and that he's very arrogant. One of those girls got a really bad infection and had to go to the ER, and when they informed Dr.Pazmino he acted like he could care less. They also said that he was nice during his consultation but an ass after surgery After, I cancelled my surgery, Cathy and Beatrice said they would refund me deposit. If I could give 10 stars to Dr. Pazmino and his team, I would. The moment I met him I felt comfortable. He was very thorough in explaining the different options for me in order to achieve what I wanted. He never told me what HE thought I needed but rather listened to and made sure he understood what I wanted. He's very professional and cares for his patients. Any questions I had throughout the process were well addressed. Cathy was more than helpful with helping me understand when I wasn't understanding (I'm sure I was a bit frustrating to deal with:)). After surgery Dr. Pazmino was easily accessible to my husband and I when we had questions if everything was normal. His team at the hospital was BEYOND amazing. They were so kind and caring (that's where I had the most nerves, rightfully so). I was sent home with a 24hr nurse, Shanti, who also went above and beyond. In that 24 hrs she was at my house, she became family with my kids and my husband. I honestly wanted her to move in lol. Like other reviews I'm seeing here I had a terrible experience. I did the 360 lipo, BBl and tummy tuck. Initially the doctor and office was very friendly, very encouraging about the remarkable results I was going to see. I paid $30,000 for the procedure. I was told the surgery was just the first part of the process and after the fact there would be tweaks to perfect the procedures. No tweaks ever came, the procedure left my body deformed with scarring which I was told I had to wait a year to fix. The BBL was to correct my butt going flat but I was explicit about what my expectations were for the BBl, I did not fat a mushy fat ass, I wanted an athletic male butt but what I got was a huge mushy ass. The entire experience has been traumatic. I went back to Dr Pazmino to ask him to fix the butt, he gave me a quote of nearly $12,000 to fix the disaster he created. I now have to seek out another plastic surgeon to help fix my body and it seems there is no recourse for what has been done to me. read more

My wife went for a consultation, they asked her for her personal information and never had anything done but 6 months later we got a call from Synchrony bank saying she was late on the payments, that's when we found out that someone at the office used her info to open a credit card. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I did a very moderate breast augmentation last June with Dr Pat Pazmino and EVERYTHING went wrong (Mentor 220 CC/axiallary incision). In first place, they promised me to be the very first patient in the morning but made me wait for 7 hours in the recovery room until my surgery tool place. I left the surgery room with huge bruises and when they removed the bandage, both breasts looked amazingly different, one nipple looking to the ceiling and the other to the floor. Dr Pazmino said he was very proud of his work though, stressing that they should look even crazier in their early days . 1 week after surgery one of the breasts started to feel as hard as a rock as well as very painful. I did not have direct access to Doctor Pazmino, because he was on holidays and his assistants were asking me to send pictures instead. I have plenty of messages from his team telling me to "stay calm as this was simply fat tissue that the body will reabsorb with time" After the situation was worse and worse, I ended up seeing Doctor Pazmino upon his return and he said that there was a blood collection causing a kind of early capsular contracture. I started to go to a massage clinic for a few months where they managed to break the hardness but it was crystal clear since the very beginning that the implant was out of place and there was a surgical error. The breast was softer and softer but the strong asymmetry remained in place, something that started to raise flags on my end. However, Dr Pazmino kept on denying the evidence and telling me cruelties such as: "do not look at yourself in the mirror or you will not notice the improvements" "much better than last time but your mind is not allowing you to see the evolution" etc...He even denied to make an ultrasound because he was 100% about the fact that the implant was in the right place! I started to see other top surgeons in Miami and all agreed that the implant was displaced both, laterally and inferiorly. When Dr Pazmino started to notice that I was having other advice, he immediately offered a free-of-charge surgery to "achieve the effect I wanted" Again, denying what it was clearly a surgical error on his end. I understand that surgery is not a precise science and we all can make mistakes but treating your patients fairly and honestly is a MUST. Dr Pazmino has caused me lot of physical and emotional pain, has played with my feelings and has been underestimating my intelligence for months. I have been lucky enough to have the means to find the best surgeon to repair his mess and recently flew over to Europe to fix his failure. But maybe other women cannot face such an expensive solution or such a painful process. Hope this review, which comes from the bottom of my heart, helps other women to make the right choice. Perhaps it also brings some degree of reflection to Dr Pazmino, although I doubt it would be the case. read more

I love Dr. Pazmino and the office staff. So much so that I travel 40 minutes away to have ongoing procedures done. In July I had breast augmentation done as well as botox and loved going to see them. Dr. Pazmino is calm, answers your questions and makes you feel like you are the ONLY one in the office. I haven't had to wait. There aren't 50 appointments backed up and the girls out front answer everything as well as call to remind you of your appointments and make sure you are happy with everything. I will continue to take a day to head to Miami to go and see them and am planning future surgical procedures once I am ready. There is something to be said for funding a doctor that you can trust and that will be honest with you. I am the type of person who doesn't trust doctors in general and I have felt perfectly comfortable at his office from the minute I arrived. It is important to ask questions, understand specials, know what you want and know what he can provide you. OUT OF TOWN PATIENTS STAY AWAY-IT IS TRUE MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS OF HIS STAFF!!! Of all the Dr's I have had surgery this was my worse experience. I'm from out of town. On my first consultation I was not even on their schedule. The Dr. still saw me but was rushing the whole time and was responding to my questions very aggravated. Even after that I decided to go with him because of his rating but I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. He might be good for any simple procedure but if you are a massive weight loss patient I definitely do not recommend him at all. I still asked him and he said that he did have experience with massive weight loss but he proved the opposite. Also he is terrible for any nose jobs. So again I decided to still go with him because he had 5 star reviews in almost every website that he was a member of; so I thought this was the Dr. that was going to be able to help me. I booked the surgery and his office manager was very abrupt and ill mannered. She changed my surgery date twice. I had to pay extra to change my flight those few times. Then I decided to change my surgery to what I mentioned in the title and the Dr. told me oh if you want to come see me again before surgery to discuss more about the rhinoplasty please do; but his staff denied me the chance to do so. Anyways I went for surgery he charged me $10000 for the nose revision and 1k was in case he needed to get some of my rib to be able to fix the septum. He ended up not needing to take a piece of the rib. They took 3 months to refund me the extra 1k. Also every follow up appointment was always rescheduled because of the lack of coordination. I also had chosen him because she (kathy) told me that they would help me with my short term disability and on my last visit when I needed the letter to return to work she had to do the letter 4 times because she didn't even know how to provide me with a letter that would help me with my short term disability. Which the main reason I did the septoplaty was to be able to use my short term disability. After a few months I called to get my before and after pictures taken by them and they took a month to send them to me and only sent me like 3 or 4 pictures of each procedure but after the procedure was done when they took almost 30 pictures of before and about 30 pictures after the procedure. Again this is not a good practice specially their manners. Also more expensive not always means better and this place proved it to me and I can contest to that. There is so much more I want to say but the main things I have already mentioned them. Please really do your research, not like me that I see more good reviews and that was good enough. Read the bad ones as well and analyze if it's worth your energy and money. Back to the surgeries the nose he didnt make any changes. He charged me 9k just his fee remember you also have to pay the hospital and anesthesia. The nose looks the same and he still left my septum deviated where my breathing still really bad. My thighs ay dios mio is the most depressing of all. He left me with shark looking bites and extremely uneven. Now of course I have to redo everything. So I paid for these 3 procedures including hospital and anesthesia 23k and No I refuse to go back for him to fix anything and to deal with those people that you would think you would get treated better, because of where they are located and how much they charge. Went there for the 1st Coolsculpting treatment (lower abs, used the large applicator) in Sep/2013. Changes were not significant and went back in Dec/2013 for another session. Was left UNEVEN! Went back to show it to the doc almost 3 mos later (to give it time to heal) he told me to wait a little more in order to see final results. Nothing changed. Went back again about a month ago and the doc told me to "leave it alone" cause the difference wasn't so big. Well, I didn't start off uneven when I first went to his office so the least he could do is fix it!! Specially when the waiting time is at least ONE HOUR when you have an appt PLUS the day of the 2nd treatment the machine wouldn't work due to some liquid they had to put in and the technician didn't know how to open the device!? I spent literally the whole day there till they finally got the machine to work!! When I asked about redoing the treatment he told me he would do it for a "discounted" price. Funny thing was the VERY first question I asked was "how will the machine know how to give you EVEN results" and he told me "the machine knows!". I'm thin and fit (5'6 135 lbs I eat very well and exercise 5 times/week) - even the doc told me I was the "perfect candidate" for the treatment cause it was just some stubborn fat at the lower abs and the machine was designed for that kind of patient (like me!) I have more skin treatments I want to do plus my friends are inquiring about this practice but the answer is definitely NO, don't go!! The least I expect is for him to fix it at no cost - when obviously I was left with uneven results AFTER the treatments were done in his office!! read more

I was very disappointed with my surgery. These reviews are not real. The very next day after surgery they asked me to give them a 5 star review in exchange for a free garment. We know garments are very expensive so of course these patients will take the exchange. I originally went to him because of the reviews here, but it was a huge mistake. I spent an incredible amount of money and not only were results horrible, but now I have to go to another doctor to fix what this guy did. He and his staff act nice before they have your money, but once they get it; they're no longer nice. He's very arrogant and hates when you express any sort of concern. I went to Dr. Pazmino for a breast reduction. I was very adamant about wanting to go from what I told him I was a "D" cup to a "B+/C" Cup. Through all his consultations, he referred to the lettering method for size expectations (keep this in mind at the end of this review). Unfortunately, I trusted him to have the knowledge of what number of CCs I needed as implants in order to get my preferred size - B+. He made the decision to reduce me from 275cc implants to 205cc implants (I already have my own breasts as well), which is a net reduction of 75 CCs. (I didnt question him because i figured as the surgeon, he knew the CCs I needed to get me much smaller than what I was (again a perceived D to a B+/C). I was charged $11,000 for a lift/reduction surgery that 8 of my good friends and my boyfriend couldn't tell the difference. You can even put my before and after photos side by side and not see a difference either. I went back to the doctor and shared my concerns - When I expressed this to the doctor, I stated that I wasn't given what I paid for. I even made a fair offer and said I would pay for the smaller implants and hospital fees, but asked that he redid the surgery at no service fee to make it right. After being nickle and dimed by his business manager over $200..... Finally, he agreed to redo the surgery for the total cost of $3,500 (hospital and implant fees). I was so disgusted by the back and forth debating and unethical business approach they took that quite honestly, I didnt want to see him or anyone in that office again so I opted not to spend $3,500 more to get a result (that he claimed would not present much smaller results for me). Funny how I wasnt told that when they first took my $11,000. Also, in consultations, they kept referring to breast sizes in terms of letters (A, B, C, D....etc...) pre-surgery. After I told them I didnt go from a D to a B+ like I paid for - he stated that the lettering system is an inaccurate measuring mechanism. AGAIN....why wasn't this told to me BEFORE I chose to spend $11,000. If the lettering system is not accurate - then why does he continuously refer to it in all consultations and writes it on your chest when you go into surgery? He should have found an accurate measuring tool so that expectations were set clearly and I could have mafe an educated decision on the $11,000 spend. All in all, very disappointed by this "business" doctor, because that's what it ultimately turned out to be. He didnt care that his patient didnt get what they asked for - he was more concerned about the bottom line. I offered to split costs with him - and he didnt - it was all about money for him. I too own a business and I know if I made a mistake with a client, I would fix it and make it right - even if i had to lose money on that deal, simply for doing the right ethical thing (he still would've made a net profit on me even if he redid it). I will not go back to this doctor - there are plenty others out there that would do the right thing - unfortunatley, this one didnt. read more

2 years ago I went to Dr. Pazmino for smart lipo on my abdomen area, back and my arms. Upon consultation (2) I specifically asked NOT to have body contouring because I wanted more of the natural look instead of the six pack look or the fitted arms look. Unfortunately, he went ahead and did exactly what I had repeatedly told him and his staff (Kathy) that I did NOT want. Luckily my abdomen did not come out too bad but he disfigured my arms and much worse... he did them unevenly. I can't wear tank tops because the dent is horrible. He also did not do my back. I reached out to Kathy and I must say, she is AMAZING! She was very helpful and comforting but assured me this only had to do with the swelling after a letter I wrote to them expressing how unhappy I was with the results. This week I get a call from a collection agency (I have excellent credit) that I owe them $400 more from an additional hour they worked on me. I called the office to later learn that "they have nothing to do with this because it's the surgery center that is charging me". I was quoted for 5 hours at $400. I paid $2300. If you divide 2300/400= 5.75 right? Well this would mean that I don't owe them a penny because in reality I paid for .75 more than what I should have. Obviously this has brought back some ugly memories I had put to rest but now not only do I have HORRIBLE arms, I owe money from 2 years ago which I was unaware and a sad story of "you owe the money because we quote differently". Ok people I originally posted a positive review but only because they asked me to do so if in order to purchase the garment half off @ $70....Smh sad right! I went for my 2nd time to Dr. Pazmino & I'm not at all satisfied. His results suck & the lies the office tells are sad & ridiculous! Im 2months post & still in a gatment, my hips are seem to have not even been touched as agreed, my love handles are visibly uneven which sucks, I still have just as much back fat as I went in with & the extra $500 I spent to have MY UPPER I NNER THIGHS done was a total waste because they touch just as much as before! I have yet to go e review on realself but I will be soon which I will be doing with his name attached.
