So on March 24th 2026 we arrived in Miami for my wife's pre-op check in , we were made to wait 3 hours before we were asked to come to a back room where we were told that Dr Loessin had just resigned that morning and that he would not be performing my wife's surgery. We were then told we had 45 minutes to choose from 2 other doctors that we never heard of before or cancel the surgery and get a refund. After talking to my wife for a few minutes we decided to cancel the surgery and asked for a refund . We were then escorted back up front and were simply handed a piece of paper ( sticky note ) that only had an email address and we were told we would have to email them for a refund, when I began to ask questions and complain about this they acted like they didn't speak English anymore . My wife then began to search for Dr Loessin on google and found him in Miami Lakes at another company called Harmony Cosmetics, my wife then called there office and made a same day appointment with Dr Loessin. When we arrived and explained our situation to Dr Loessin in person he agreed to perform my wife's surgery the next day . Dr Loessin also explained that he had left CG COSMETICS 3 weeks prior due to reasons that he could not disclose. We then went back to our hotel and emailed CG for a refund since they had lied to us about the doctor resigning that morning and tried to pressure us into having another Dr who we didn't know , perform the surgery, be advised at this time they were in breach of contract as the agreed upon Doctor had left 3 weeks prior and could have told us about it , giving us plenty of time to research another doctor . We also explained that they were going to file complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Board of Medicine as well as file fraud charges with our credit card company . Now CG did respond saying sorry and that they would look into our refund within 30 business days , it has been almost 2 months now and haven't heard anything from them despite several emails demanding our money back due to a breach of contract. These people in my opinion have committed fraud and need to be held accountable! If anyone reads this please reconsider using CG Cosmetics, this has been the worst experience we have ever been through. They are unprofessional and have no morals or integrity. We are still out of pocket thousands of dollars on hotel and airfare that could not be refunded because of CG's deceptive practices. They had me take a loan from Affirm , I canceled lest then 4 hours after talking to their representative, that was in February, they proceeded and processed the loan anyway. I have been trying to get my refund since, they claimed that they refunded the money Affirm has confirmed over and over they did not received the refund from them I have asked for proof of paper work to show that they refunded Affirm they will not provide any proof and when I call them they are screening my calls. But then, less than 24 hours I got to thinking how could one do a deep plain face lift and not have any aftercare? And not being done at a surgical center ? I'm in my 60s and to have my husband be my caregiver was just to hilarious to think that would go over good. Then I really started digging. Over 200 terrible reviews on BBB with a rating of a F. Not to mention their own website has over 200 reviews with horrific pics of complications , dying skin ,infections and many many of no refunds when promised and even death. And this does not include the google reviews as well. Oh my! What a horror to see all these terrible reviews and being a retired business owner with a BBB rating of an A+. Terrible experience from disorganized staff that withheld major information in the sales pitch, constant miscommunication and losing my medical records, to waiting for six hours in a waiting room where I could see private client files on the receptionist computer screen where I was sitting for what I thought would be a proper consult and turned out to be paperwork, to not having a consult with the surgeon until 20min before surgery, to being told I'm a perfect candidate up until then only to have the surgeon say I needed a breast lift, but he'll go ahead anyway because he felt he could achieve what I wanted, then Dr. Freiman asked me if I did cocaine and didn't even look at my drug test that showed I don't even drink! He gave me a much higher CC than I was expecting and they bottomed out within two weeks. DON'T COME HERE. I am almost 3 weeks post op and my experience has been terrible. The staff here is mostly all unprofessional, they don't value your time, and all they care about is getting your money. This place is operated like a damn meat market. They are just concerned about churning through as many people as possible without taking the time to care at all. To begin with I didn't get to meet my doctor until the morning of the surgery. While waiting for the surgery I could hear staff members cursing and being super unprofessional. The nurse who helped me get ready for surgery looked miserable and like she hated her life. Waking up from surgery that same nurse was telling everyone complaining of pain to calm down and not in a nice way. She was rude and kept making comments like "no es para tanto" instead of trying to calm patients down and having some empathy. Post-op instructions were not provided clearly. They should give a paper that explains the steps of recovery and in what stages to switch from a binder to faja, when to start wearing the strap around your breast, when to wear the abdominal board, lipo foam, etc. They are very quick to provide a list of things you need to buy and charge you for it, without providing proper instructions. The massages here are a joke compared to several other places that I have received post op massages at. They squeeze the crap out of you, the massage last 10 minutes if that and then you are on your way. You can't even schedule them at the time you want/need. They simply tell you "we'll text you". I have a capsular contracture which is a complication and I live out of town I called to make an appointment and they give you the run around. I made arrangements to come in and see the doctor for said complication. My appointment was for 10am. I got here at 9:45. 2 hours later I am still waiting and was told that the doctor had to go back into surgery. Why give appointments if the doctor is performing surgery? Create a schedule where he has surgery days and consultations days! However, since they do not care about your time, and they have already collected your money...WHO CARES?!?! Sit and wait. Also, you could tell pretty early on that there was a problem with the implant that has a capsular contracture and the follow up doctor that saw me suggested that I make a fist, put it against the implant, and ram my fist into the wall hard to push the implant down. She was cold, unprofessional, and should not be practicing medicine. It is not worth you coming here. CG cosmetics should / or yelp should do a better job of filtering their reviews. If you only saw a surgery that I had in Ft. Lauderdale...I posted it on his Yelp since I had those photos available. Yelp took it down. You see my reviews? I got almost 80. Most of these reviews have only one review, no picture. Usually with those parameters that is something that gets filtered automatically. How is that even possible that these insane reviews are being posted? I'll give you a real one star review with legit photos of how I was botched few years back by another doctor. They took that down, but leave these unverified reviews up here. Sorry to the hardworking staff. That's a bit blackmailish if you ask me. It's a diamond in the rough process. If this is your first surgery: be prepared. This isn't General Hospital. Nobody is going to baby you. If this is a multiple surgery of yours and familiar process, also be prepared. You have a lot of homework. I got quoted initially $20,000 in NJ for what I had done here, from an internet hype surgeon. The guy had maybe 5 times less experience in the field as Dr. Freiman. Soup to nuts? Flying down, hotel, visits, surgical supplies which is about 400 extra if you don't get them on your own. (YES you need them, so relax if you gotta buy them. Stop complaining about an ATM in the lobby, they're doing you a favor.) All said and done it's running me less than half the cost of what I was out priced in NJ. Yes doctors will do that, or if they see you might have some money will charge you more up north. You have everything you need to get done at least two months in advance which is plenty of time to get your prescription settled meaning: your mammogram, ekg, bloodwork (4 panels including pregnancy test) , doctors visit. Sober up. They don't mess around and for good cause they have your life in their hands. Respect that. I used all this as an opportunity to personally check my health out at the same time. Shouldn't be a negative thing...Who doesn't want peace of mind regarding their health or not? If you don't have insurance: plan on spending up to $500 to get these things done through the surgical center. Again, don't complain. One panel of blood work alone (out of 4) can cost that price if you pay out of pocket on your own. Wise up. I had my surgery in the off-season summer which if you can stand a little heat: do it. I looked him up and found CG domestics. Prior to reaching out I did a lot of reading what expect. But didn't get that much of what I read in this experience. Let me start by highlighting those that were of great help and made this somewhat better for me. My phone conversation with Julbeth was amazing. She was pleasant, professional, and help my partner with the starting processing. I would also like to highlight that the young lady who assisted with verify the financial papers was pleasant and helped with moving things along to get my partner to work off to timely. Next is Colleen my anesthesiologist this being my first surgery ever she pleasant and made me feel at ease. She along with the ladies in the OR were phenomenal, I'm here and couldn't be more happy. The team at the post op off on 7th floor all professional and welcoming. The wait time isn't long. Now, to get into the other matters. CG comes to a is clearly popular and appeasing among the public likely due to the competitive fees and the reported renowned surgeons. It's more about money to me than making the clients feel at ease, inclusive, and welcomed. Your initial appt is slated to last 4-5hrs and I assumed it was because I would be meeting with the Dr to discuss what I want, go over the implants and choose what I want, discuss the procedure in detail and what to expect. To my surprise after sitting in the office for about an hour when o scheduled for 930am o quickly realized that my 4-5hrs would be spent sitting in the waiting room -it's not necessary but this primarily because I believe they over book themselves compared to the amount of staff. People expressed to me that they had been sitting since 830am and it was already 11am and not being called. Moving on to when I was called, the young lady who took my BP and did my Covid/Flu test wasn't as fluent and English and I hard a time understanding her but worked with her. My first BP reading was high. I met with the nurse Thaisy, she was not the most pleasant; not attitude way but she just lacked personality. She wasn't welcoming, no smile and just to the point. She took her photos and documented what she needed and had me wait another 20mins or so to do another BP reading. After my second BP, the young lady then walked off to inform Thaisy of the new reading and reported back to me saying I can go home. At this point, I'm confused and don't know what's expect. So I stopped by Thaisy to inquire when do I speak with the doctor, when do I discuss the cc and etc. It is then I was told that it will happen on the day of the surgery and to bring two pictures for the doctor. The day of surgery, I was treated by nurse she was pleasant. She did my drug test and pregnancy test. Dr, Freiman came in and spoke with me, asked questions and inquired as to what I wanted. There was no discussion of CC's, the kind of silicone I was getting or anything. I had number on mind but wasn't asked. Surgery obviously went well, I'm here without complication and thank Dr. Freiman and his OR team for that. I learned of my CC at my initial post op, which was more than the number I had in mind. I'm sure Dr. Freiman knows what he is doing and what would be best to obtain the look I was going for , I just would it would have been discussed. I would have like to feel more inclusive in the process especially if I'm putting my life in someone's else hands. I just didn't the feel customer service was there all around. Maybe it wasn't good for them, I don't know but for these reasons I give it 3stars. After my breasts settles into their final position and I feel the result is what is was going then I'll come back and give another star. Again, CG has a good thing going and they are competitive with pricing, but if you're one that wants to be involved and experience that warm and fuzzy feeling from those you're spending your money and will be helping make a life changing decision then make sure really think about if this is right place for you. Just one day before my pre-op appointment, the surgery was canceled by the clinic with no valid explanation. I've had two surgeries at this clinic. The first (breast augmentation + stomach lipo with Dr. Freeman) went okay. I was happy with my breasts, but the lipo had no results--though I assumed it was because the focus was on the breasts. For my second round (BBL, arm, upper back, and chin lipo), I was originally scheduled with Dr. Carvalho, but since he doesn't do chin lipo, I was switched to Dr. D'Souza. The clinic never updated the change, and I was sent to the wrong office for pre-op. That mistake was a huge red flag, but I had already traveled from New York and didn't want to cancel. At the pre-op, Dr. D'Souza told me I wouldn't get enough fat from all areas and recommended canceling the chin lipo. I agreed. But Raquel (my coordinator) pushed me to keep it, even after hearing what the surgeon said. Eventually she said she'd remove it and refund me--still no refund months later. The surgery results were awful. My arms and back look the same, just with scars. My stomach now has a bulge because only the bottom was lipo'd. And my hip dips--my biggest concern--were completely ignored. I paid thousands for this and got almost nothing in return. Worse than the bad results is the complete lack of follow-up. Raquel was responsive before payment, but now she ignores calls, emails, and messages. They promised a virtual follow-up that never happened. I've reached out multiple times--no one cares. I underwent breast augmentation and liposuction surgery today. When I woke up from anesthesia, I found that the nurses were brusque, abrupt, and uninformative. No postoperative instructions were given, and I was not told what to expect regarding pain levels, bleeding, or how to care for myself during recovery. I wanted to speak with the doctor directly about some concerns, but she firmly told me no and gave me vague, unhelpful information instead. The surgery lasted more than an hour; contrary to the staff's claim that it was just one hour, I was actually there for approximately three hours, including pre-op preparations. The only time I saw the doctor was immediately before the surgery, and he was not very helpful or informative during that brief interaction. The only staff members who showed any courtesy were a friendly lady at the front desk and the receptionist who handled my payment. BEAUTIFUL results on my breast augmentation with Dr. Frieman. I went 385cc gummy bear implants. I'm so in love with them and get plenty of compliments. I'm writing this review to seriously warn anyone considering surgery -- or worse, a revision -- at CG Cosmetics with Dr. CARVALHO. My experience during my revision consultation was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disheartening and insulting. I originally came here for a BBL and lipo, and I've been left with noticeable uneven lipo on my abdomen and severe fibrosis that has impacted both my physical appearance and confidence. I returned for a revision consultation, hoping they would take responsibility and offer real solutions. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness, cold energy, and zero accountability for the results they created. If the procedure had been done correctly the first time, I wouldn't be in this situation needing a revision in the first place. Yet rather than acknowledging their role in the outcome, the staff acted indifferent -- barely examining me, brushing off my concerns, and offering no clear treatment plan or reassurance. It felt like I was just another number to them, not a real patient they had once operated on. What's worse is how detached and transactional the entire consultation felt. No compassion, no solutions, no ownership. I left feeling unheard and even more frustrated than when I walked in. For a practice that advertises "body goals" and aesthetic expertise, they show very little care when those goals go unmet -- especially when it's their fault. If you're thinking of trusting this place with your body, please think twice. And if you're dealing with post-op concerns, don't expect them to support you through it. I had a mommy make over at CG Cosmetics with Dr. Loessin, so far I have had mixed results. Now I have a large bulging upper abdomen, and a very very tight scar line that pulls inward, giving me a beach ball look above the scar-line. I am not sure if that is because the suture material is still having difficulty dissolving, or if the area is just permanently pulled in. I have had multiple areas open back up and spit stitches, areas that needed large lengths of stitching cut out and lastly abscesses in both breasts along the suture lines. One now has a strange small dimple along the bottom making my right breast kind of look like a butt. Otherwise my breast look good. fuller and perkier. They are slightly larger than I was expecting, but only slightly. The skin removal from the tummy tuck was a success, it is all completely gone and my skin is tight. I plan to get a tattoo to cover the larger scar from all the spitting stitches. I do still need to wear a belly band for support almost 6 full months later because my stomach feels so tight that it aches if I don't have additional support around my middle. My one wish would have been to have a better consult with the doctor. There was never a consult about what my tummy tuck would look like after completion, or what the goal look would be. Therefore I will be asking about a revision because my left side is noticeably different than my right side. read more

I can't believe this business hasn't been shut down by some form of oversight. Choosing your doctor is a big deal, if you're like me, you look up different doctor's reviews and look at pictures of their work. Dr. Hunsaker seemed to have checked out, so I went with him. Flying to Miami from Phoenix, all my ducks were eventually in a row to be ready for my breast lift, implant exchange, surgery. I flew in and went right into the surgery center. Immediately you feel like the next number in line. They overcharge you for a bunch of extra things you just HAVE to have for surgery and they ONLY take cash. All the women at that place are just rushing to take your money and get you to sit down and shut up and move to the next room when they say. And the, so call doctor, that is signing you off for surgery is there with the door shut making passes at you. Moving on and spending so many hours there to finally be cleared, I arrive to my air bnb when I get a call. They are calling to do a bait and switch, last minute. Telling me that Dr Hunsaker can't do the surgery on me (for whatever reason). In reality it's probably because these doctors are tired af, overworked, and don't want to do surgeries sometimes. Anyway, I needed time to process this information, so hung up and the later told them to cancel my surgery altogether. It's not okay that they got their money (I financed) so now feel they can just switch doctors on me at the very last minute. This is my body, this decision is a big deal, and because I put up a stink they "talked to Hunsaker, who agreed". Wow, thanks. Now when it came down to surgery time, I had to make sure the doctor coming to consult with me was really him. The picture matched but my breasts didn't. It literally looked like two different doctors "" sutured my lift. My surgery was June 25th and I've had complications ever since. As I'm writing this I'm still on antibiotics and have been to the ER twice to ensure I have not gone septic. Their POST OP care team is a joke. The person I called to talk to a doctor on call right after walking out of the ER the first time was useless. This ENTIRE business is a FRAUD- they only care about making money. I've gotten work done out of the country 3 times and have received MUCH better care. DO NOT GET SURGERY HERE! Tell your friends, spread the word. read more

Please for the love of God, DO NOT COME TO HERE!!!! I promise you will regret it as have so many other women and I have. Don't fall victim to their deal it really is a scam!!!! There's a whole FB page about this place with women losing their money, botched jobs, rude staff, unanswered messages, etc. I'm upset I didn't see it sooner before I agreed to come here. The good reviews are fake cuz they try to put you on the spot and ask you to write a review as soon as you've completed your surgery so at the moment you might be happy but it's not real!!!!! Wait the 6 months or more to get your REAL results!! Twice I have come to this place. First time to take advantage of the Breast Aug deal and the 2nd time to get Galaflex because the implant was bottoming out. And now it's BOTTOMING OUT AGAIN bcuz the doctor didn't do the procedure correctly!!! I put my trust in this Dr. and paid to get this fixed to avoid this problem cuz they said it would work and IT HASN'T!!! I've come for an appointment and waited 5 HOURS (I complained many times during the appt which they swore the Dr. would see me) only to find out THEY NEVER TOLD THE DR. I HAD AN APPT!! I was forgotten!! I live 5 hours away. The drive and money for gas, hotels, food, and every time I come here isn't cheap!! I went from paying 2500 for the deal to now 6k. I asked them how will they fix this since it happened again because they should right their wrong, it took them a week for a reply back (but they're quick to reply to take your money) and now they're asking for an extra 3500 or be stuck with botched job!! Of course I'm pissed!!! Please ladies, DO NOT go through the hell I've been through at this place. Listen to all the negative comments. The deal is tempting but not worth all this suffering and insecurities after, nor is it worth the extra money they'll trick you into. They truly only care about money here. This was the worst experience of my life. I never received any services from this clinic. I applied for financing through Alphaeon Credit to cover a surgery here. But once I started communicating with the coordinators, I realized they had no idea how to prepare patients for surgery and showed zero professionalism or compassion. They didn't schedule a proper consultation with the doctor -- in fact, I was told I would only meet the doctor on the day of surgery, which is unacceptable and unsafe. I canceled the surgery a full month in advance, and yet they refused to release the funds from my financing account. They are now demanding a $1,000 "non-refundable" deposit, even though: I never signed any agreement, I never saw the doctor, I never received any service not even a consultation. I am now stuck paying monthly for a loan I did not even use, while this clinic continues to ignore my requests and refuses to return the funds. This place feels like a scam operation -- profiting from people's pain, insecurities, and financial vulnerability. They take money for surgeries that never happen and leave patients to deal with the consequences. Do not trust them. Took $1000 deposit from me and never got it back...never had surgery done never saw me in person...very bad experience

UPDATE As of 8/19/25- I still have not received my refund to date. I received a generic message "we have had technical difficulties, fortunately it has been resolved, however, we have a backlog of refunds to process" I have sent numerous emails, letters, to the physician, accounting director, finance director, Alpheon Credit, staff member that wrote on the invoice, refund due to $3,500 and have no further response. After much research, learned this is a common practice with no intent to refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and will continue to seek payment through other alternatives. My daughter had surgery on June 16. The credit card they had us apply for did not have her name as additional on the card. I was charged in May and when she went for pre- app they said they wouldn't accept the card that was already charged the full amount the month prior. I had to wire the money or they would cancel the surgery. They said they would refund and credit the card back the full amount. For the last 5 weeks, I have tried every other day to contact CG cosmetics only to be forwarded to voice mail and saying the accounting department does not speak to you in person and you need to email. Since then I have sent at least 20 emails with one generic response saying it can take 30 days to refund but it's been over 30 days and they owe me a 3,500 credit. I have contacted the credit card and it is in dispute. I am going to contact an attorney to move forward with this. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are rude, unprofessional and will not respond to your calls or emails. It's been a horrible experience and feel I will not get a refund and am out $3,500. read more

I have asked for my surgery refund since February 2024 and I still have not gotten anything from them it is now June 12,2024. I have emailed, called the place, asked for supervisors number and tried to call he/she but they didn't answer, i left numerous voicemails and I still have not gotten anything at all. I flew across the country to get a SKINNY BBL from Dr De Souza. I am now 3 weeks post op & basically have the same body as before I went in. My stomach looks no different, & my butt... there is none. I'm not happy at all with the results. I was hoping to leave there with the body I dreamed of & that isn't the case. read more
