DR. WEGERIF. Where have you been all my life? While this is doctor is beautiful on the outside, hes very beautiful on the inside. Extremely compassionate, patient, and understanding. My case was nothing nice or easy. I traveled all the way from the Bay Area and it's the best thing I could have done. I kept getting my breasts botched out here, so much so that I became desperate and explanted my implants. I was on the hunt for two years to find the perfect doctor and I feel really lucky to have finally found Dr. Wegerif. During the consultation, he was beyond compassionate. He listened and even joked around when I needed a good joke. He sat in the room with me for too long and never rushed me. He made it seem like he wanted to be there and answer every single one of my repetitive questions. Now...why is this team different? You have no idea. This team blew my mind and I'm not sure if it's just because I'm used to snotty LA doctors but this team brought me to tears. They left me in awe. I flew in the night/morning of my consultation so I was beat and to be real, kind of over it. I had a mini breakdown in the consultation room and even panicked to consider canceling the procedure altogether. I was scared and to be honest felt a little doomed. All I can say is Dr. Earle and his entire staff are above average when it comes to Professionalism, Caring, Attentiveness and Quality of work. I started my journey almost a year ago with BBL 3/20 I had a few hiccups but not do to Dr Earle. I was hospitalized for 2 days because I kept passing out and had to get several iron infusions. But after that it was all good. Through it all Dr Earle and staff kept in close contact with me and my husband. Even after being home for a week, we still received calls checking on me. Pure Review: 101! I'm going to write you a full review on my personal experience with PURE cosmetic, Dr. Earle and his team. Dr. Earle has impressive credentials which, is one of the many reasons I decided to go with him. Initially when I reached out, I was doing my research via blogs, websites, etc. I had a FaceTime consult with him and just felt so comfortable in speaking to him, he has a real calming presence which inflicts great comfort in his patients. To me this was important, I want to trust that my health and cosmetic needs will be met by the surgeon whom I choose. After that FaceTime call, I knew he was the one. After seeing his before and afters, speaking to his team VIA Klara and EMAIL. I knew this was the place I needed to go to. Since I'm an out of state patient, coming to Miami, I took advantage of getting all of my required testing completed at home with my PCP. Results were sent directly to Pure and the following day I was cleared for surgery. It feels so great to know every single thing is ran directly through him. I praise him for this, because I can only imagine how exhausting this can be. He truly cares about his patients. Now lets fast forward to my Breast implant exchange procedure. Surgery Date: 01/09/20. I arrived in Miami, went to have my pre-op apt one day prior to surgery. He took the time to take measurements and listen to my thoughts, concerns, hopes and dreams..haha! He gave me his recommendation and we agreed on the size and it was just perfect! Surgery Day: Arrive to the clinic, had the testing required done prior to surgery, got marked up, met with anesthesiologist and went into the surgery room. It was so nice to see that Dr. Earle was in the room from the time I was going into surgery and the whole time as the anesthesiologist was preparing me. He was so hands on, such a humble and amazing doctor. Waking up from anesthesia: I had a great experience with the recovery nurses. They were so kind and caring. Caring for patients that are potentially coming out of anesthesia with pain and discomfort is not an easy job to do. I felt very comfortable in their hands. Post-Op: Am I dreaming or...why do I feel so normal? Obvious soreness, tenderness...but this is the best surgery experience I have ever had. Five days post op & I feel AMAZING. Wonderful surgeon. Takes his time with you during your consult and pre-op appointments. I didn't have to wait at all for my apt. They schedule according to their patients which is why you don't end up over waiting in the lobby. His OR is JCAHO accredited. The staff is great. I loved all the girls that helped me through my procedure. They answered ALL my emails which were loaded with surgical questions. I had a MMO with explant and lift. My results are also amazing which speaks to Dr Earles surgical skills. I don't usually care for someone advertising they graduated from an Ivy League med school, but he is a very humble man and he allows his results to speak for his amazing surgical reputation. I'm here to share my experience, if it helps even one person to not book with this place, then I've done my job. I got bbl, chin, auxiliary and arm lipo a year ago. I felt very rushed as I was in close contact with the person after me and she was brought into surgery an hour or so after me. What I was having done should have taken alot longer. I also saw zero difference in arms and chin. They made a billing error and at my post op they advised me of this. I stood there with my drains and in pain and light headed and nauseated and they wanted me to pay more money before seeing the Dr. My purse was in the car and my ride went to the store, I had to stand there awkwardly post op waiting for my ride to come back and bring my purse. Like you couldn't tell me before hand? I also developed a weird rash on my butt that took several weeks to go away. On top of this, One of my hips was uneven so they agreed to a revision. I agreed to move forward Despite their poor communication and rushed atmostphere. They told me my deposit was fully refundable. Well life happened and I had to cancel surgery for the time being. Stephanie the coordinator then tells me since she only wanted a 10% deposit, 10% isn't refundable, only 20% is. Which I was never advised. I signed a contract for fully refundable deposit. After she charged my card, she sent me a different contract and changed it from fully refundable to non refundable which I didn't even see until later that day, but before i saw it she already had my surgery booked and took my money. I didn't think Pure Plastic Surgery was the type to be shady and play switch a roo, so I just signed it. So yeah, my bad of course. They refused to return my money Stephanie saying "I ToLd yOu tHe dEPoSiT wAs NoN rEfUDaBLe" which of course wasn't true. So anyways, I filed a chargeback on my card, which is my right as a consumer, and they showed their shady switch a roo contract I signed after they booked my surgery. So now they get to keep my money and no surgery. Cool business huh? Hope this helps someon else and they take their money elsewhere. read more

***REVIEW FOR DR. Z*** Six days post op and I could not be happier! Procedure "mommy makeover" As a mom of three, I wanted to give my body the opportunity to recover from the pregnancies naturally. I exercised 6x a week for 1 1/2 years, and although I saw good results (weight loss/ feeling healthy), the skin around my belly was loose, filled with stretchmarks, and my breasts sagged due to breastfeeding. I knew those specific areas were not going to fix themselves at the gym, so I began my search for a board certified plastic surgeon. I initially saw Dr. Z's page on IG. I loved the way he came across on his "live feeds", his personality seemed genuine, and I loved how detailed he was with his explanations. After checking out his work, I decided to go in for a consult. His staff scheduled things accordingly and kept in great communication. Daya is exceptional, very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She totally won me over with her excellent service! Once I met Dr. Z, I knew I didn't have to look any further. There was such chemistry, he explained everything in detail, offered suggestions, etc. The price was comparable to those of the other doctors I visited, in fact, his price was on the lower end. Choosing Dr. Z was a no brainer for me. I schedule my surgery 3 weeks from date of initially meeting Dr. Z. The process of getting cleared for surgery was a bit of a pain, but I appreciated how thorough he was about having me examined, after all, patient safety is very important to him. Dr. Z took every precaution to make sure I was surgery ready. All the informative tools were given to me by Dr. Z office including what would happen before, during, and after surgery. On the day of, the nurse who treated me, Betsy, was really sweet and patient, and the gentleman who provided the anesthesia also helped put me at easy, not only physically, but mentally as well. The surgery itself was a success! I cried so many tears of joy once I saw my transformation. With each day that passes I see even more progress as my body continues to set, and the inflammation goes down. I cannot wait to see the final outcome! Dr Z has seen me every other day at his office, he has also texted me on the days I have not gone in for check up. I have felt like family since day one. The recovery has been painful, I am not going to lie, but having my hand held through this process has made things so much easier. I will be recommending Dr. Z. Dr. Vidal is absolutely the best physician and person on the planet. She is caring, compassionate, and detail oriented. She listens to everything you ask for and does it and much more. It's unbelievable. The whole Pure staff is incredible but there is no one like Dr. Vidal. If you are wondering about her board status she is board eligible which means she completed a whole fellowship and is in process of completing her board which is tough feat to even be elegible.
