If I could give no stars I would. My Doctor I went with was Darryl J. Blinski for a neck and lower facelift. I had been dealing with Legna, a coordinator but really she's just a sales person. Once she locked me in there was no more communication even when I initiated it. But she did assure me that Blinski was the go to guy for the face. I had a nice experience speaking to Dr K about a BBL so I trusted them at this point. I sent all the pictures of my face. Flew all the way from Vegas. Went to the so called preop and never saw the doctor. Next morning I go in the OR and Blinski starts throwing a fit saying I need a chin implant. I told him I am not putting silicone in my body. He says we don't have to do it today. I'm like sir I flew all the way from Nevada for this procedure! Did you not even look at my pictures? It was clear he didn't but as soon as I said that he grabbed me and started marking my face and cutting my hair all wildly. My hair was flying and he said "I will do the best I can" Clearly he wanted me to be quiet because he didn't want the anesthesiologist and all the nurses to know that he did not do his due diligence. Not only did he not video me not call me at all, but he didn't even look at my pictures. The next day I go in for a post surgical appointment like they told me to and I was there on time. He was not there. That was a Friday. Monday I came back to a postop appointment because we were going to be flying back on Tuesday. I came back at the time they asked me to, and I still had not seen him. So this guy not only did not look at my pictures or give me a phone call, but he cut into my face major surgery and never even saw me after surgery. A nurse saw me and I was handed a handful of gauze, not even in a bag, but literally from her hand to my hand and was told to buy some antibacterial cream and some saline and that was it. I did not have any postop instructions whatsoever. They just handed my daughter Prescriptions and said here go fill these for her. do not go to this place! I opted for elective plastic surgery to enhance my body, specifically requesting a tummy tuck and breast augmentation detailing my desired size and shape to the doctor. Despite expressing my preferences, the doctor deemed all of my preferences unreasonable, insisting on his choices exclusively. However, the outcome was nothing that I desired; my breasts exhibit visible deformities, with significant variations in size and shape, no projection, and a prominent hump over my left breast due to an incorrectly placed implant under the muscle. I now have to pay for a breast ultrasound because a consultant surgeon is unable to feel the implant in the right breast. Moreover, the surgeon did not discuss the possibility of implant placement under the muscle. I wanted gummie implants of a minimum of 300 cc. He chose for me to have saline implants of no more than 200 cc, which is merely a sip of water. I should have been cautious when he dismissed my concerns, saying I'd be asleep during the procedure, m. Whatever I want, and you could not dispute it. Again, my breasts are wrinkled and sagging, one breast a cup size larger with barely any projection. It's evident the surgeon is inflexible and prioritizes his preferences over patients'. I suggest considering younger, more adaptable surgeons. I aimed to avoid additional surgeries, especially as I'm no longer in my 30s and my body doesn't recover as swiftly as it once did. I have to give him five stars. He is an excellent surgeon. I had a Brazilian Butt Lift last year in November. I met with him the day before my surgery. He was very personable, friendly and although he is blunt, he does tell you realistically what your results will be after surgery. I also met with Jackie, who gave me all of my documents to sign as well as their own personal version of Hibiclens solution. I was told to clean myself with it prior to surgery. My coordinator, Melissa, was so friendly. Any time I called, she answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Customer service is a 10 in this office. The following morning was my surgery. I didn't get a good sleep and when I got there at 6 a.m., he was absolutely ready to get started. I got undressed, met with the anesthesiologist, I was marked by Esther and Dr. B and followed into the surgical room. After surgery, I woke up shaking and was met by the Nurse. I can't recall her name but she was so helpful to me. I really did appreciate it. When you wake up, you're sitting on the Curve Cure seat and the mattress as well. Most surgeons offices do not even have that as they want you to purchase it yourself. Dr. B met with me three days later. He said I looked good. I loved my results. He also took my drains out a day before I left to go home. They pump you with tumescent fluid so they're able to lipo the fat from your abdomen. You're also give a garment and one free lymphatic massage as well. Take advantage of it. He told me my recovery would be much harder than when I decided to have a breast augmentation months before, but my recovery from my BBL was FAR much easier than my breasts surprisingly. I was moving around the next day and felt very little pain. Lipo DOES hurt....trust me! Three months post OP, I did gain maybe 5 lbs but I have a curvy contour and that's what I wanted most. 1200 CCs added to my butt and hips gives for a huge difference, trust me. I also had a burn and Dr. Blinski recommended for me to go to his son who has his own office in NYC as well. He took care of it and immediately answered my questions in less than 15 minutes. I am shocked there are bad reviews on here, but I know every experience is different for each individual. I went to Blinski back in 2017 for a BBL. I purposely gained a little weight for my surgery, and my results were amazing. I definitely have that great "behind" so to speak. I love my results and wouldn't have it any other way. After seeing the Dr. twice and having him supposedly explain the "after" I was so excited to have the lipo . Long story long: He lied. He never explained my inner thighs or that my arms would have "flab" due to the excess skin ! After all the swelling went down and I could see the final results it was devastating. Dr. B and his surgery coordinator Jackie are amazing and treated me like an actual human being instead of just another case like a lot of plastic surgeons do. When I first got to dr. B's office I wasn't 100% sure about the recovery house I had chosen to stay in (communication was off and it just didn't feel right), both Jackie and Dr. Blinski both sensed that and were clearly concerned. Jackie told me that if at any time I felt uncomfortable to call her and she would find an alternative for me. I ended being so frustrated after waiting 2 hours for my ride to the recovery house (they send a driver), that I completely broke down in tears. Jackie got right on the phone to fins another recovery house that had room for me. I felt so much more comfortable and relieved! Had a bbl with Dr.B. His office is super clean, his staff is super nice and the woman who gives the lymphatic massages is super sweet and awesome!!! Listen she is so prompt. She would see me pull up and linger outside and when that car door opened, she greeted me with love and hugs and walked me in to the building. So gentle and eased anxiety bc i was told those massages were brutal but i looked forward to them. Dr. B was honest and he doesn't sell you a dream. He tells you the bad things that can be associated with the surgery, it gets worst before better, and don't look for results until later. But i got off the table looking amazing!!!!! His surgical staff was nice, they were very conversational before they knocked me out like a light lol. I was so scared to go under, but when taken to the OR and seen everything i was eased immediately. I'm a RN and i looked into having work done for over five years. My fear of a team not properly taking care of me from start to finish and not being transparent pushed me away from MANY PLACES. I even forfeited a 500$ deposit with another place for my breast. You get what you pay for and I'm going back to no one but him for my next surgery. You only get one life, and if you pay to put it at risk, it should be with a surgeon who cares about the patient. He didn't botch me, burn me, misguide me. I was educated from all staff members despite my occupation or prior experience in healthcare. While still in High School my daughter had a congenital defect corrected by Dr. Blinski. His work was a God send to her and needless to say we were quite happy with the results. A few years later when I needed a lift and lipo of course I reached out to Dr. B. As with any procedure, as a patient I did my research and when I was ready Dr. B and I discussed the procedures and what I could realistic expect given my age, weight, skin type etc. I first had lipo on my thighs, after the post-op period I actually cried tears of happiness when I saw myself in pants. The saddle bags were gone and my thighs and hips had proportion to them. I can now buy pants off the rack. A year later I wanted a face and breast lift. Again Dr. B and I discussed the outcomes given the factors and my expectations (I did not want the Palm Beach socialite look). My face lift is spectacular, I look natural, and no one can tell I've had work done nor can they believe I am 57. Most people say I look like I am 42-45 which is what I wanted. I did have to re-do the breast lift as I was not happy with the initial outcome. Dr. B had the patience of saint with me and the re-do is what I expected. As with any surgery, selection of the doctor and researching of the process are equally important. In 1999, I had a breast augmentation performed by a qualified and skilled physician. 16 years have passed and the "warranty" on the implants was way overdue. The implants were amazing at one point but over time, the elasticity of the skin as well as gravity has caused the breast to head south. I was at a point of my life wondering what to do. I just got my reconstructive surgery last week for scar revision on my tummy tuck scar and belly button. I also got lipo on my back. I am truly happy with the results so far. I didn't want to go in for round 2 because there is no guarantee when it comes to reconstructive surgery. But hands down, Dr. Blinski's team is amazing. Something that was very helpul during my stay and glad that I got was the Lymphatic Massages with ROCIO. At first, I was scared because I thought it was going to be painful after surgery; I was wrong. Rocio is so gentle and very knowledgeable of what she is doing. I highly recommend lymphatic Massages with her. Plus, ut is crucial for post op care especially liposuction. Right after my first massage I felt less stiff and my inflammation went tremendously down. If you don't have a lot of time in Miami, at least get 5 eventhough 12 is recommended. The fact that they offer this at the same place it is very helpful. He's older but that's exactly what I wanted, because he has done it all and seen it all with many years of experience. The negative things I didn't experience. I know some people are not happy, but I realized because they don't want to hear the truth. I had a BA done and lipo. I was told I needed a TT. I should have listen. I had a great BA, but after swelling went down he was right I needed a TT. My belly button look better than the one I was born with, lol. I can imagine with lipo and bbl I will look extremely amazing. My scar is thin and has that perfect low curve incision that gave me that snatched look. That is all from a skilled surgeon with years of experience. Dr. Blinski is an amazing surgeon. I feel so fortunate that I found him! Another plastic surgeon completely messed up my face by performing a bad rhinoplasty. I was so upset because I did not think I would ever be able to have a nose that I liked. The doctor was so nice during the whole thing explain to me in detail everything that was going to be done the day of surgery. When the day came I felt a bit nervous but his staff was there to reassure me everything was going to be ok. During the surgery Dr. Blinski explain again what they were about to do. I just want to say since day one I could see the fantastic job he did. It was more than what I hope for. I'm so happy and thankful for him. And as well as for his staff that not only treated me like a part of their family and not just another patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Blinski to anyone that is looking to have anything done. I couldn't have had a better experience with Dr. Blinski and his staff. I had my breasts done with him and went from being very different and small ( it was hard for me to fit into a A cup ) to a full C and very symmetrical. He took his time with me in the initial consultation, took measurements, allowed me to try on sizes, and after listening to what I wanted , recommended a size for me. His assistants and office staff are amazing and are very easy to get in touch with. My recovery was quick and easy. I felt after seeing several plastic surgeons in Miami that his price was fair and affordable. I would highly recommend Dr. Blinski and his staff to anyone who is looking into plastic surgery. My Story: 7 years ago I finally got up enough nerve after meeting with DR. Blinski to have Saline Breast implants.. I am a runner and do not have much body fat , therefore that equals NO boobs. I had 350cc Natrelle Breast implants and a lower eye lid surgery. My results where beautiful. New years weekend I got undressed to take a shower and noticed my L breast looked slightly smaller and had a different shape to it. I immediately new something was wrong. That Monday I called Dr. Blinski office after 7 years and his staff was so welcoming and warming, they immediately got me in. My L breast had a leak and ruptured. Dr. Blinski and his office Manager Jackie called Natrelle to see what kind of warranty they offered and to see if they would honor their warranty. The warranty they offered was insulting. They would replace the one "implant" but wouldn't pay the surgical fees. Well we all know the surgical fees are what cost the most. Dr. Blinski was not happy with their ridiculous offer, so he asked Jackie to call the Rep for a new implant company he currently works with "Mentor". Jackie explained my story to the Rep and informed the Rep Natrelles refusal to honor the full warranty. Jackie then asked if there was anything they would be willing to offer since Dr. Blinski works with their manufacturer. The rep immediately replied, "Mentor will honor Natrelle warranty supplying me with "2" 400cc Gel Implants free of charge. I am in the medical profession myself (15 years) and you just don't see medical staff nor Physicians taking the time to work towards benefiting the patients anymore. Dr. Blinski's level of care for his patients is astounding. I would highly recommend this Surgeon over ANY other surgeon anywhere in the United States.
