Dr Antun claimed he could remove my biopolymers . I spent $16,000 and flew to Miami because he said he could remove 70-80% of them. After the procedure I thought he actually did because it was flatter in the area. Turned out he just moved them around. He spread them around and removed NOTHING. I have ct scans to prove it. I am so happy I found Dr Rafael Antun from a referral. I had injected illegal bipolymer fillers 10 years ago and they were discoloring my skin and I was starting to have a lot of lower back issues and migraines. I went to my primary and was told most likely that these injections were the issue and I needed them removed. I did a lot of research on doctors , I live in California and was most comfortable with the results that Dr Auntun was achieving through other patients. I was willing to go to Miami to get the results I was comfortable with. The doctor and his staff did not promise me anything more than what he knew he could do . He also fixed some irregularities in old lipo on my stomach that I did not even think was possible. The discoloration is gone and the dimpling is gone on my buttocks. I'm more than happy with the results. I think the part that really made me want to express what a 5 star service this is was the staff. Every single day they washed my garments, helped me shower and gave me treatments making sure I was comfortable. I have had cosmetic surgery before and never been treated so well I just truly want to thank Dr Auntun and his staff for their beyond 5 star service. Almost 3 months ago I paid thru Groupon $125 for eyebrow tattooing and made an appointment for the following day. The next day I went to the address off 12 avenue and found the door closed. Several days later I found out that they had moved. (No one told me!!) That was two month ago and since then I call once a week leave messages, and they don't return my calls. THEY HAVE BEEN PAID BUT WHERE ARE THEY NOW?) Finally I got a hold of them today and found out they are now in the Gables and NOT on 57 ave, nor 12 ave, so what's up??? First I want to say that the communication and treatment when you first walk in seems amazing until he makes fake promises about the things he can do! LIES! Upon arrival of my surgery day he pulls out an iPad to record you and says he can't guarantee any results after he made you fake promises and already paid for the surgery! I felt so cheated I came in to even out my butt and all he did was make it smaller and forgot the whole point of my surgery to even it out what a waste of thousands of dollars I would have rather gave it away elsewhere after I asked to revise my surgery he said nothing could have been done. I am so disappointed I would never recommend him to anyone. He also said he invented a cánula to lift your lift but it is soooo minimal for the amount he charges it's not even worth doing he also included lipo let's just say WHAT LIPO?! Purchased a Groupon for three laser tattoo removal sessions. During the laser tattoo removal, the esthetician places blue ultrasound gel and claims it's "topical lidocaine". I literally had to read the bottle to realize this was bogus. But, it made sense since I had not felt any numbing the previous time or this time. When she came back in after waiting five minutes or so for the "numbing" to take effect, I asked her if I could read the ingredients on the bottle and she handed it to me. There clearly wasn't any lidocaine or numbing agent printed on the bottle. I questioned this. She claimed the gel with lidocaine was put into the ultrasound gel bottle. What the heck? I told her I was going to leave to buy some topical at CVS and I'd come back in a little while because the last time I went through hell with the constant snapping of the laser. It is torture! She was bothered and started pulling out different creams out of cabinets. She checked about three creams and the final one she applied, she actually showed me the cream tube, was in fact Lidocaine (Finally!) She then told me this application wouldn't make a difference because it was the same thing that was in the ultrasound gel (pfft. Yeah right). I started feeling the area numb in about two minutes. She took about fifteen minutes before she came back in and had the worst attitude. However, no complaints on my end. I was happy as could be. During this session, I felt almost no pain. It was a complete 180 from the first time I came in. These people have no respect for their customers. It's no surprise that anytime I've called to make an appointment they can see me the next day or the same day right away. It seems like they do not have any patients. They are so cheap they can't even apply topical anesthetic to their clients which literally costs them a couple of dollars. They try to scam you by telling you the laser will be painful and that the "topical anesthetic"(which is actually just ultrasound gel) will not do much in preventing the pain in order to trick you into paying $50 for the local lidocaine anesthetic(syringe/shot). Ridiculous. I have one more session left. I will more than likely not go back. If you do purchase a groupon, I suggest you contact groupon and ask for your money back. Dr Antún went above and beyond with excellency and efficiency of my surgery to remove my foreign body object. He took great care with my concerns and the issue I had with my pain. I could not be any happier. I have been operated a couple of times before and this is by far the best experience I have had with...pre op, post op, the anesthesiologist, the staff and the extra services he's offered to go above and beyond for my well being. Very bad experience. I went in for a fat transplant to the face to help some expression lines I had and to achieve a more contoured look to my face, or at least this is what the Doctor promised. Very little and poor explaining was done prior to the surgery by the staff, and the day of the surgery, I was asked to go in at 9am and I was left waiting in their waiting room until 1 PM, without explanation until I decided I no longer wanted to do the surgery due to the bad service I was receiving and the personal in the front desk wasn't too nice telling me that that's not how things worked and that I could not leave because I was not going to get my money back. I decided to go on with the surgery, went to 4 post Op massage (the only good thing about the place, the lady that does the massages is a professional, knows about her topic and is extremely kind). The doctor said I wasn't seeing result because I was still swollen, that it takes 3 months, and here I am almost 4 months after and results are not visible and his staff never called me. The doctor was aware on my last visit and told the staff to schedule another laser procedure for me, I have called the office twice to try and scheduled it myself since they never called me back, but at this point I don't even want to go back to the place. Paid a high medical bill, did not see a change and never got a call for a follow up procedure. I have no direct complains about the doctor, but i do not see the results and didn't get a call back to see me after the 3 month period. read more

I am VERY experienced in the Estetic field, so let me just tell you that these people do not have before and after pictures , they put that same blue gel that's an ultrasound get (no lidocaine what's so ever , I should have known by previous review from Yani that these people were bull shit) well I ended up just going for it and doing the treatment . After paying for one session with group on for $65.00 I did not even receive an after care pamphlet so people know what to expect or how to care for the wound.
