I'm extremely dissatisfied with the surgeon and with Smart Plastic Surgery. My surgery was done by Dr. Pittman. He confirmed with me beforehand that I only needed Lipo 360. But on surgery day, while he was marking me, he changed his story and told me I actually needed a tummy tuck and that he could only take a very limited amount of fat out, saying I needed to diet and exercise. If I'm supposed to diet and exercise, then why on earth am I coming to you? What am I paying you for if that's the solution? It felt like he just didn't want to take out much because he was trying to rush me. He had 10 or 15 more people to do that same day. After surgery, I was in a lot of pain. Be aware that they don't give you any pain medication through your IV in recovery -- the anesthesia only puts you to sleep. You come out of anesthesia with nothing for pain and have to wait for the person picking you up before they'll discharge you. They don't give you any paperwork or paper trail. They make you sign so many papers and don't give you anything, not even your receipt. I asked over and over for my receipt and they wouldn't give it to me. I was in Miami for five days before going back to Los Angeles. On my second day of massages, I kept asking for my paperwork and receipt because I had to pay for my massage package. When they finally gave it to me, I noticed they overcharged me for everything. When I tried to speak to someone about it, no one was there or the office was closed. It's been two weeks since surgery and I have not been checked on. No one has called to see how I'm doing or to express any concern. They shut you down, they overcharge you, and they don't do good work. I noticed he took out very little fat and what he did take out is uneven. I think he did one swipe on each area. It was a waste for me to pay all that money and go through so much pain for a botch job. I'm still in a lot of pain. This is a horrible doctor. Do not go to Smart Plastic Surgery at all. Where do I start.... For one they have over nine phone numbers that they hardly answer the phone. All of their mailboxes are full. They will call you back days later when they want to. They will try to manipulate you by oh dear this dear that, no don't fall for they are crooks!!!!! My first doctor was supposed to be Shanklin, but Shanklin assistant told me on the phone that he was certified, but he did not want to pay to go back and get recertified. He was the one who took the pictures of me. He marked my body and told me everything he was gonna do. My documentation stated I was gonna have an extended tummy tuck with Lipo with flanks and also the pain shot for $500 that included the compression socks and also the binder and all of my preop and medication's included also an arm lift, well the same way that I went in was the same way that I came out..... I had surgery November 7 and the process was amazing, everyone was super timely and communicated very well. I found Dr shanklin to be nice and very personable. I feel like my care was great and everything was communicated as needed . I'm 3 weeks post op and they checked in on me every week . The only thing I would say is I don't think he took any fat from my inner thigh and maybe he didn't for a reason and I wish a lil more back fat was taken but honestly regardless my results are still amazing. I had a very disappointing experience with Smart Plastic Surgery. I arrived on April 7th for a scheduled post-op appointment at 12:30 PM and was not seen until around 4:30 PM. Waiting four hours for a post-op visit felt excessive and unprofessional. The following day, my surgery was scheduled for 9:00 AM with Dr. Joel Shanklin. I arrived early as instructed, but my procedure did not begin until approximately 1:45 PM. During that time, I was left sitting in a cold room wearing a thin surgical gown, extremely uncomfortable and without proper updates or explanation for the delay. The day after my surgery, I experienced a serious medical emergency. My hemoglobin levels dropped significantly--I was fainting, vomiting, and extremely weak. I was taken to the emergency room, where I required a blood transfusion and remained hospitalized for four days. During my hospital stay, I contacted the surgical center daily to inform them of my condition. Despite this, I never received a call from my doctor to check on me. After being discharged, I attempted multiple times to schedule a post-op appointment. My calls went unanswered, and I left numerous voicemails without response. Eventually, I was told I could walk in. When I arrived, I explained the difficulty I had reaching the office, and the front desk staff responded that they are "too busy in the morning" to answer calls, which was very concerning. My post-op package included a massage, which I did not receive because I was told they are only offered in the morning--yet I was unable to schedule one due to the lack of communication. I am now 10 days post-op and back home in New Jersey, and I have still not heard from my doctor despite leaving multiple messages requesting a follow-up. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of care, communication, and professionalism. I had a breast reduction and lift surgery on October 27, 2024, with Dr. Jeff and I am extremely dissatisfied with the results. My breasts are still a double D, despite clearly stating that I wanted to be reduced to a C cup. My areolas are uneven and different sizes, the spacing beneath my breasts is inconsistent, and the overall appearance is deformed. My clothes now fit poorly, and the outcome is far from what I was promised or expected. I was asked to complete a revision form and was told that I would be helped, but no action has been taken. This situation has significantly impacted my emotional well-being--I am deeply depressed by the outcome. My breasts were already a concern before the surgery, and now they are worse. Because if you pay that deposit you will lose it. They call it a deposit to hold your surgery date when an actuality they're using it as a consult fee. They took my $250 deposit and then proceeded To issue a blood work order electronically the blood work was not good and I had to repeat the blood work, but I had to do it at another surgeon's office because they canceled my surgery date and kept my deposit and I had to pay $850 for the blood work. Buyer beware this office will take your money and not refund it. They are not professional, and they do not conduct themselves as such!! Stay away from the surgical center. I had surgery back in May, and if im being honest I 100% wish I went a different route! I had seen (ALOT) of bad reviews but did see a HANDFUL of good reviews. I had an optimistic outlook on the situation and just kept saying it wouldn't/ couldn't be me. "I'll be okay" "maybe it was something that they (the patients) didn't do right". It turned out Shanklin just has choppy work.. I spent OVER 5k in EXTRA money, just trying to FIX what HE DID to ME. And after spending all my time and money trying to fix what he did, I still feel extremely insecure about my body now (I DID NOT PREVIOUS TO THE SURGERY). I just wanted to slim my stomach down a bit and fix my hip dips. MY STOMACH IS BOTCHED. I've been to several well known, extremely reputable, & professional Drs since here in Houston and they've all confirmed my stomach is botched due to uneven lipo (mind you I was a skinny bbl smh). I didn't bother asking Shanklin office to fix it because THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DID IT TO ME. Even from the whole office experience etc.. once you give them your money you just become another number. Everything was RUSHED from being to end. I was even prescribed medication by them that I was HIGHLY ALLERGIC to, even though all throughout my chart and my pre-op appointment it was stated. My experience at Smart Plastics was very poor. I suggest people do a search before paying a deposit at this facility. I wish I had REsearched my Surgeon of choice before allowing him to waste a surgery and cost me thousands! I chose this Dr based on results of a colleague, apparently they caught the surgeon on " a good day". Firstly, you can not physically see the Dr. You must go through the department to get messages across and you can't be too sure who is providing any information. **go somewhere where it's easy to communicate with the Dr. They communicate heavily until you pay your money, once you have paid....Goodluck. It becomes stressful trying to get in touch with anyone. The Dr will NOT return calls! You will call this place an incessant amount of times and get nowhere. They are reluctant to give you your medical records. When they do, they choose what parts of the record they provide. It makes me think they are hiding something. Dr. Shanklin advertises good results, however, his surgical skills are not reflecting. His assessment skills are poor and you will not get what you paid for. I specifically asked him If lipo 360 was a good choice for me, he said yes. My results from the lipo 360 left me looking worse off than pre-surgery. A current consultation with another surgeon said that I needed a plication surgery to pull my abdominal muscles together. Dr. Shanklin should have known this as well. But, did a procedure that did not work for me...just a money grab. Also, I paid for inner thigh lipo, which was not done. My money was surely stolen with this procedure. And BBL, listen! Basically, I came off the table into a wheelchair and out the door. No instructions where given to my careperson. Just " call 911" in an emergency. ***The surgery OR was advertised as a clean white and bright modern room. Mmmmhmmmm, the OR is the size of a large closet and is archaic. Not what the facility advertised at all. The facility does not take any accountability for the surgeons poor outcomes. They will deny your revision but offer you to have more procedures. Make it make sense! Do not be the one making a payment plan on poor surgical skill. You will be paying interest on poor work for years. I went in for an extended tummy tuck on 11/6/24 with Dr. Jeff Weinberg. I had lost a lot of weight from a gastric sleeve and the skin was too much for me. I couldn't afford the 18k price I was quoted in my city. So I don't recommend what I did . I went alone. I'm sure people do it everyday and it's perfectly fine I came out alive and so far I'm okay but if I had to do it over again I would not travel alone and experience major surgery without a immediate family member or close friend accompanying me : The city provides many "recovery homes" but some are scams so you have to be careful. I would bring a family member etc and I would hire a nurse to come by and see you so many hours a day the first few days after surgery , and I would get a decent hotel . I stayed at a recovery home and it was very uncomfortable. She didn't know how to cook , the recliner she had was not comfortable and I was not happy. It's better to also not go alone for major surgery especially if you aren't sure what to expect . The staff didn't have the best side manner I expected they wanted you out the door . I had my surgery at 3:30 didn't get done till 930 pm so I did a lot of waiting in a cold room with just a mesh gown and a blanket . Look you need to be strong and prepared mentally for this . Ask about the shot they can give you for pain management . I mistakenly didn't get it and I should have . at the end of the day I'm not upset because the doctor did as much as he could and he took off rolls and gave me a narrow frame, my buttocks curve a little better too. I also didn't like how I was put to sleep before I saw the doctor come in . I also didn't like before getting into the or room I could smell blood and I saw bags and bags full of blood and trash they should put a curtain so we can't see it or maybe take out the trash . The pre op you won't see the doctor but the day of the surgery you will see him dr Jeff has a great bedside manner , the post opp care you will see a nurse she will help you with your drains give you your shot for blood clots and help you with anything else . With my package I got a binder but they have them on Amazon for cheaper buy two incase it gets bloody. So don't expect a wonderful bedside manner from all the nurses and clerical front desk staff that's kinda what you get for paying less. I went to Dr Jeff and I wouldn't say I am happy with my results. I look better than when I went in but when he asked what I wanted, i said extremely dramatic (that's what the D on my butt stands for in one of the pics i posted). I did not get a dramatic BBL. My butt is barely any bigger than it was. I feel like I should've just got Lipo 360 because the small amount of fat he did inject in my butt, did not stay and I did all the things they recommended. The pre-op appointment with Dr. Jeff lasted 10 minutes, he was rushed and I didnt feel like I really got the time I needed ti explain the results I wanted. My excitement for the procedure led me to be naive in that moment, thinking they would do their job and go the extra mile to make sure I got the surgery results I expected. (Silly me!) Their office is nice and clean, looks great. The office staff and nurses are so nice and friendly. They were some of the most welcoming and supportive women I've ever met! I even referred to one of them as my new mama because of how well she treated me. When I was ready to go back for surgery, there was a woman coming out that was in severe pain and she just wanted to lay there. They told her she couldn't lay any longer and that she had to go! She kept saying something was wrong and she wanted to go to ER. That scared me because no one was at her aid, they were more concerned about getting her out the door. In the OR, I had a hard time getting my IV going because I'm a recovering addict (2 years sober) and my veins are nonexistent. They tried for over an hour in every part of my body & I eventually had to leave that Saturday without surgery. They called me back in on Monday and had an expert come in- he was able to give me an IV in my neck which knocked me out of getting the extra free area of lipo under my chin as planned. After surgery, I was in a lot of pain! The most I've probably ever experienced. It lasted weeks and I am still uncomfortable at times. Everyone just kept telling me to trust the process. I had tons of swelling so I didn't know immediately that my results weren't going to be what I expected. I just kept massaging, applying arnica and taking tablets, taking my prescriptions (which by the way I had to pay cash for even though it was included in the price of the surgery), wearing my compression garments 24/7, staying hydrated, getting rest, etc. Once swelling went down and I started to see the actual results, I knew my butt wasn't big enough. If Dr. Jeff would have done his job properly & given me a bigger butt, I would recommend them but since that was the entire reason I was there, I can't. If you do choose Smart Plastic Surgery, i would be very very clear about what you want. Show lots of pictures at your pre-op and make sure he understands. I was nervous and didn't. I should have been more specific and made sure I came out with a big ol' Jayda Wayda booty! I have come in for a bbl+lipo 6 months ago and I LOVE my results. The post op care was AMAZING. I had no complaints whatsoever ever and followed every instruction to a T. Just came in for my breast lift and Dr. jeff has done MAGIC on what I thought couldn't be possible. I feel well taken care of. They are very attentive and respond to your every need when you call or text. I don't discredit others experiences but there's just a sense of idk SANITY that you have to have to know that you can't get a big but on the first bbl because your skin has to stretch and the Dr has no control over how you heal and what your body chooses to keep or dissolve. Keep in mind plastic surgery is a surgical procedure and the drs are not magicians. They do what they can within their limits. It's so much I can say about this place. I originally had surgery here last year April 15, 2024 here I am again having the same procedure which the breast augmentation and it still didn't work. I don't know what protocol they going through at this hospital, but they are totally unprofessional. Totally a scam. They do not care about you. After being botched I came back for a revision from the first time. Second time I caught an infection the same implants were reused and misplaced in the wrong location. I am having an emergency medical procedure to have them removed after my revision. This place only wants money I was promised guaranteed satisfaction by the owner only to be out of over 15k and butchered. My Lipo is also botched & uneven. OK just to start. I had surgery on June 14 with Dr. Jef . so here's where my nightmare starts. 1. I was supposed to be there at 2:30 but I got there at 1 and they still didn't bring me back to the operating room until like 430 2. when they brought me back to do my preop, the nurse was rushing me telling me to hurry up like I was the one late 3. Doctor came in he was rushing. I wasn't even able to ask questions or ask him what he could do or what he couldn't do to achieve the goals that I was expecting he started marking me I try to tell him if he can Lipo in between my thighs where I have my fat rolls, and the reason why I ask him is because I had two areas of free Lipo so my inner thigh was one of them so he kind of marked me so I was kinda happy thinking that he was going to fix that part for me I got a TT,bbl, arm lift he was there for like five minutes and he rushed out. I was starting to freak out because I didn't feel like that was normal where I can't ask questions and he's just rushing rushing rushing ... 4. After I woke up from surgery, there was these ladies that are supposed to take care of you, which were the rudest people ever I have never seen such a thing especially when you're so vulnerable. This people try to wake you up, screaming at you These ladies were rushing me to get up by pulling on my arms. I was trying to explain to her to be gentle because I just came out of surgery and this lady was just telling me to hurry up to get up because I needed to leave because she needed to go home and she kept on telling me the same thing pulling me hard and just being so rude. I try to explain once again that I was in pain that she needed to relax a little bit and try to be gentle with me Well, she kept on going and talking with the other ladies there they were cleaning up and they were talking and saying I don't understand why this people come and get stuff done and they can't handle the pain and stuff like that so they were talking about me they were talking Spanish and I speak Spanish too, so I heard every single thing they were talking about. They were just complaining about us being back there not getting up complaining about pain and stuff like that. It was just the rudest way to talk to somebody that just had surgery in the end they forced me to get up, pulling by my arms. I was crying. It was bad. It has been the worst experience ever ! In the end I ended up in the hospital that same night less than 10 minutes after I got out of the facility when they came to pick me up to go to my Recovery home because I lost so much blood I almost died and they weren't able to notice that when I was laying there bleeding out and the ladies were talking I spent the whole week in the hospital. I almost died because the doctor had poked two of my arteries and I was bleeding out I end up getting another surgery to get in embolization to stop the bleeding ( I had six blood transfusion )came back to the clinic. I got one free massage. got to talk to the doctor cause I was not happy. He ended up saying that that was weird. It was the first time he never heard of such a thing And asked me why I didn't call him and I said you guys don't give out your number because the people from emergency room were trying to contact him and they couldn't get in touch with nobody because they were close and they don't give out their number for emergency or something in the end I got a little bit better now I'm home not happy at all with the results Cause I was trying to get rid of my muffin top Now I look like an ice cream cone because he did a little bit of Lipo on my thigh, but he didn't do it on my fat rolls. My arms still has fat rolls and one of them is significant bigger than the other one and it still has part of the skin that he needed to remove and my tummy does not look flat at all. It just looks horrible. It looks like I still have my mopping top just with a lot of stitches it looks horrible and on top of that part of my incision opened up try calling them to talk to the Doctor no response so it's been horrible. The place the doctors the staff not to mention when you need to pay they will call you to make sure you have the money! But after you pay, you can't even talk with the coordinator they will never reach out to you before your surgery. You have to be calling and calling and calling to try to figure out what time you have to be there what you have to bring this and that, but when it comes to after you get your procedure, they will never call you. And you won't be able to reach them it's been the worst the worst so don't believe all the advertise that they do please look for another place. I'm so upset. I regret everything. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Shanklin for my surgery and went to make a payment before the procedure. Unfortunately, I received a call saying that he had an emergency and Dr. Jeff would be performing my surgery instead. This was difficult for me as I had taken time off from work for this procedure. It has been two months since my surgery and I am still in pain, with no improvement in my results. I left a message a few weeks ago for someone to call me back, but I am still waiting for that call. I also texted Belkys to express my dissatisfaction with my results, but have not received a response. Do not i repeat do not be fooled by the false advertising on Instagram and other socials this Doctor left Chicago because he botched so many people in Chicago he had to go to Miami. I have asked for some of my money back so I can actually go to a doctor that will fix my body, but he refuses to pay me any of my money back and I have given him now in total over 20 grand now after four revision surgeries putting my body through such traumatic revisions that never worked and $20,000 later, I have a completely botched body and Doctor literally has no remorse It's sad it had to come to me having to post, but I don't want other people experiencing what I had to go through. I will never allow my wife to go here again let me start off by saying they don't care about the patients feelings and whether they are alone or with the husband on April 14th my wife had a mommy makeover and she was solo the entire time kicked me out of waiting room she had no support system didn't get to hear the preop and what's going to happen the 1st couple of hours and days following.down stairs there are no chairs for waiting either sit on the floor or concrete outside you don't get updates on how things are going can't meet the doctor and the only call you get is 30 mins from when she is coming down it was after 8pm when she came down and just thrown to the wolves, they moved her appointment from a Tuesday to a Monday because he allegedly had to be at hospital for surgery Tuesday then when the wife asked about that he said to her I have no idea what you are talking g about.then comes April 15th for the post op thinking ok I'll be able to attend this one so I can care for her as instructed and nope you must stay down here and wait 30 mins I took an oath when we married 17years ago I will be there for her start to finish and they aren't allowing me to hold up my end of the bargain again all alone no support system and with her being under pain meds she may not remember instructions and that would be where I come in as others have said calls after calls about payment but ounce they get that money all bets are off your just a number to them women plz think before you purchase from this chop shop save your money and go to a doctor that really cares about the patient I have learned a very valuable lesson you get what you pay for and men if you really want to be there for your wives plz don't choose this place ,this establishment needs to learn that people need their significant others in these uncertain times choose wisely and pay the extra money for an independent surgeon that cares about the patients in my option after this experience these places shouldn't be in business read more

I've had two BBLs with Dr. Shanklin, Feb 2023 & Dec 2023 and I had no problems other than your usual postop issues. Headache, some dizziness, etc. He's a good physician. I got what I wanted but I'm dramatic so I went for a second BBL and now I want a third. Videos below are after the 2 BBLs. Didn't have any issues with infections or anything of that nature. Once they get your deposit it's hard to reach them with any questions. Post op team is very pathetic and not caring, you'll come out of surgery just to be shoved home with them saying you can rest at home. No beverages were offered. I called the emergency line 4 times, all on Saturdays, goes to voicemail and no one calls you back, meanwhile I have green pus that smells coming out of my incision line and belly button. I called Preop on a Monday left message, these people never called back until Friday. I have proof of all my calls and no call back. Dr. Jeff, he's in such a rush that he won't let you ask all your questions, I never saw Jeff in the operating room so who really knows who worked on me and the surgical room everything was covered in blue tarp and there was two beds in that room which made me think they operate on two patients during the same time? There prices are decent but you get what you pay for too. They're super quick to take your money though. And one last thing I was scheduled for surgery at 9:30 AM and they did not get me back into the surgical area until well after 2 PM. Had a surgery breast reduction on 06192024.Bandages were removed after 2 weeks on 07032024 as ordered. Right breast looked infected. Sent pictures to the doctor and it was suggested to remove the stitches. I flew back to Miami on 07082024 and came to the office to remove the stitches.After stitches were removed the incision on the lower part of my breast opened up for about 2 to 3 inches displaying hypodermic or facia covered in pus.I was ordered to use bacitracin and saline wet to dry bandages on that opened wound. For the first two weeks it was getting worse .As off 07312024 still using bacitracin and wet to dry bandages twice a day and the wound slowly healing . It is obvious by now that it is going to leave nasty scar. Staff was attentive and helpful in the beginning but I reviewed one phone call after my second visit. It was hard reaching a SmartPlasticSurgery rep on the phone. The Lymphatic massage was painful and the reps were a little rough. The doctor rush through the consultation and immediately started marking.Someone did a follow up call a month post op. Behind the house reps were nice and helpful when ordering Faja, foams, and boards. Not completely happy with results of BBL 360 Lipo. The butt didn't last and the lipo was unbalanced. read more

This surgery center is overall a terrible experience. I was originally so excited to get a tummy tuck done here given the great reviews. I lost 150 pounds and felt this was a great step in the right direction. I only saw Dr. Jeff once which was in pre-op for less than 30 minutes. I was assured that "you can bounce a penny off your stomach" given my weight, height, body stature, and amount of loose skin I had. I was interviewed as they stated they were going to post my journey and results given I lost 150 pounds. After surgery, I was in immense pain as expected and let everything run its course. I made sure keep my compression garments on and wear the correct ones within each stage of recovery. When going to my post op appointments, the nurses were very rough and seemed not to care about my particular procedure since it was just a tummy tuck and not a bbl. I never saw Dr. Jeff again and was never able to speak with him even when I requested the same. I am now 8 months post op and I have an amount of loose skin that people go get surgery for, even though I just had surgery. After calmly expressing my concerns and asking the facility to take a second look, I was progressively iced out and told "everyone has loose skin" I initially requested a post op examination or possible revision and was iced out which led me to eventually ask for a partial or full refund as the surgeon did not do the job he stated he would. I have received no response and my phone number has been put on some sort of block list as when I call, it goes straight to voicemail. This is very disappointing and I never wanted to write this review, which is what took me so long to write it. On December 15th, 2023 i went to Smart and Shanklin was my doctor to have an extended tumny tuck. Approximately 2 weeks after my tummy tuck i began to spike a fever, my drains smelled sooOoooOoo bad, i began to feel WORSE than better; I just felt SOMETHING WASN'T RIGHT. I went to the ER bcuz i FELT BAD. They sent me home. I then followed up with my doctor a day or so later bcuz i still felt SOMETHING WASN'T RIGHT - fever, chills and i coughed soooOooOooo badddd that i couldn't even get two words out without me coughing. That night at 8pm i got a phone call from my doctor and he advised that i need to get to the ER A S A P. He said my blood work wasn't right & i needed to be seen ASAP, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING. GET TO THE HOSPITAL were his exact words. To make a long story short, i get to the ER they admitted me IMMEDIATELY. I was hospitalized for 6-7 days treated for a BADDDDD INFECTION; the doctors advised that the infection was spreading throughout my body. The original ER i went to didn't detect the infection bcuz it had smothered itself behind a muscle - they were finally able to detect it thru an ultrasound and my blood work. I was treated with an IV w/ antibiotics and's ALL KINDS OF MEDICINE then when i was released i had to orally take a strong antibiotic called levaquin for 30 additional days with a whole lot of other medication. While in the hospital NO ONE WANTED TO REALLY DEAL WITH THE ISSUE I HAD WITH MY TUMMY TUCK. It began to puss, open, stink etc. They advised i go back to Miami (mind u in spent over $6k with the surgery, flight, hotel, nurse, prep and post op prep for this procedure who had additional money to return to Miami after all i sacrificed to come up with the $6,000). Their concern was treating this baddddd infection that was spreading throughout my body. I began to fall into a DEEP DEPRESSION. I stayed off work as long as i could and ended up going back to work still feeling HORRIBLE bcuz i was exhausting most of my time. I had to go thru surgery twice at the hospitals in Chicago for drain care & getting that infection out of my body. The plastic surgeons & wound care doctors at the hospital in Chicago was like this is something that I should fight for, you need a revision of my tummy tuck bcuz due to the area that the infection was in is why I have disfiguration and to this day IT'S THE SAME. The wound care doctors in chicago stated that the infection was the size of a LARGE BREAST and it's good that i kept coming to the doctor bcuz i felt something wasn't right, bcuz the infection was actually SPREADING IN MY BODY. I'm calling Smart following up with them about what's going on while I'm going back n frwds to the hospital. They tell me (once the drains get taken out almost 2 plus months) that wear my faja/compressions and get my massages and once 6 months is up, June 15th, contact them regarding a possible revision. During this time, the 6 months, I'm steady calling n texting bcuz i hate my results and i can't wait the 6 months. The nurse steady advising me to be patient, give it 6 months after the 6 months they're gonna follow up and whatever issues we have will address it then, STRAIGHT BRUSHING ME OFF!! I have been texting Smart since JUNE and NO RESPONSE. It really bothers me that before i gave them my business, i swear to God they called me 2 times a day MINIMUM and that's why i felt this was a good choice BUT once they got my money in their hands i had to fight for phone calls. I have been waiting on them to call me since JUNE and it's December. I chose to text vs call bcuz i wanted a paper trail. Months later i got a text stating the head nurse was out, they apologized for not following up with me and someone will be getting back to me ASAP. Still no callback. This is by far THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD TO GO THRU. To this day my results are warped. Not only did i have to spend approximately $6k for the surgery, i had thousands of dollars in hospital bills when i got home bcuz of the nasty infection i developed from my procedure.
