He's not all that great!! Only when things go his way!! I was left with deformity so bad .. I'll include pictures.. I got an infection ended up in the hospital for MSSA. Infection disease got involved.. Flores didn't care enough to follow there orders.. spent 10 days in horrific conditions.. one month later back in .. Flores took me off of what infectious disease drs ordered and infection came back with a vengeance.. almost died.. spend another round in the hospital .. he didn't show.. hospital dr had to track him down.. he didn't care about he in any way shape it form . Left me like the last picture and sent me on my way.. over 2 years of me being patient .. he on the other hand was waiting for the statute if limitations in Florida for a lawsuit.. I trusted him.. he used me.. I was a cancer patient.. he did not care.. he left me like this and said .. your done now!!! It's the last picture.. My take would be .. he prefers private pay cosmetic surgery patients.. doesn't care about cancer patients as it doesn't pay enough.. My only mistake was .. I trusted him! DONT!!! read more

I'm so happy Dr. Flores is on my team during this journey. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor! He is warm, caring, professional and the best for cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries! He makes you feel like you're a family member the way he speaks and let's you know what's going on and the beat options for you. I love that he has a big heart! I've been to other doctors that have a cold demeanor and where you feel just like another number..not here! Dr. Flores treat you very warm and they're very welcoming! THE WORST. I'M BOTCHED BECAUSE OF HIM!!!! Gentlemen, save your time, money, and hopes for another practice!!! Where to begin? 1. Before my surgery, I asked him multiple times if I had gynecomastia (man boobs). He assured me I didn't. He said it was just lipo I needed in that area. Post my swelling and some time later, the man boobs are still there. 2. The tummy tuck (epic fail).... My scar is horrible... he made the incision SO HIGH , that it's basically touching my belly button. To make things worse, he rushed the surgery and left me with a HORRIBLE dog tag (doggy fold, bad crease).... This was my biggest fear going into this surgery. Clearly he cut corners to fit more patients during surgery that day. So now, I need a revision (which he charges for revisions.... JUST AN FYI... (he charges to fix his mistakes, very unethical). 3. For the massages, He sent me to a ladies house in the middle of coral way. OH YES.... Believe it. He sent me to this lady's house, her name is Diana...I had never met this lady. I didn't know her background. Absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. When I called Dr. Flores office and spoke with Sam (his assistant back then) she rudely told that was my ONLY option for the massages and to get it because there was nothing else. This lady lived deep in the hood.... Where her cats would jump on the massage table whilst she perform the painful massages. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... Of course, he didn't tell me about this until the surgery was performed. OF COURSE! 4. My bird chest.... Yes, picture a pigeon's chest... and that's how he left me. Aside from the bad job he did on my pectorals.... I went back to see him MULTIPLE TIMES and asked him why my chest still had lumps of fat. I asked him again, is it gynecomastia? And on multiple occasions he said no. To "give it some time"... which I foolishly did. 5. He charged me ~$12,000 for my tummy tuck, lipo on my back and chest. The scar is SUPER dark.... Almost a 360 (when he originally told me it wouldn't be that wide).... So when I went back to him to see what we can do to fix HIS mistakes.... he just passed me off to his wife (She's quite the peach, with her nasty demeanor and exploiting tactics) so that she can give me ANOTHER ESTIMATE .... Which he was going to give me a "discount" for. The funny thing is that the once he did the re-assessment, he said "Yeah buddy, you truly do have gynecomastia... I'm going to have to remove your mammary glands to rectify this"..... OH, SO NOW I HAVE GYNECOMASTIA, right? How convenient!!! Then he said the scar wasn't his fault. But he could lower it for a small fee, and make it lighter.... While he was down there, tending to the nasty dog tags on BOTH CORNERS. And he even added "high definition lipo" to the evaluation because "I needed to shed some of the covid fat off"... OUCH! Guess how much his wife quoted me for the "discount revision" ? $11,000.00!!!! (See attached invoice ). And she said "And that's with the discount!". She was so rude and arrogant , too. But then again, most money hungry people are. I later emailed Dr. Jaime Flores to politely express my disappointment and concerns, which he simply replied back with "Talk to my wife, she handles our prices, not me. That's out of my arena".... SO AGAIN, Guys.... Save your money, take your business elsewhere. Because I sure am. The surgery was super painful and the recovery even worse. I don't want to go through that ever again. But unfortunately I need to fix my body now because he left my botched, thus going through this painful process AGAIN! I 100% regret ever going to him. read more

Me hicieron una mamografia antes de mi operación, esa mamografia nunca la vieron o se hicieron los locos para no perder la operación!!!!! yo tenia una masa maligna, nunca me dijeron y me operaron, me dio infección en un seno, me trataron como si Yo era una exagerada, cuando el seno empezó a soltar puss fue cuando me trataron y me volvieron a intervenir para limpiarme. UN AÑO después me detectan el cáncer de mama... cuando vieron la mamografia que tenia el Dr Jaime Flores y su equipo, es cuando ver que ya tenia la masa maligna, pero ellos igual me operaron sin decirme nada.... Un año después... quimioterapia, y todo el daño y sufrimiento que ocasionó todo esto... el cancer pudo agarrarse más a tiempo, un año la masa maligna llegó a mis glándulas ... en fin!!! Dr. Flores is the top notch plastic surgeon in South Florida. My sister in law went to Dr. Flores for a procedure and everything from the initial consultation to the procedure to the recovery went as smoothly as possible. And the final product was amazing! She receives compliments left and right and the shape he left her with was very natural and not janky looking like what you may receive from sub par surgeons (you know who they are) in the area. As a matter of fact, his work was so good that he made her look like she got butt implants when in fact all she got was a mommy makeover. His staff was very friendly and comforting. They do not have their act together when it comes to scheduling. The front desk confirmed the time while i was there as well as the Doctor. I was scheduled for a surgery in the office, took off of work, and then it is not on the schedule. The surgical scheduler tried to blame me because no one called me to confirm. Inexcusable!! I just had to cancel my surgery with Dr. Flores because of other medical issues I am having. His office staff had to change the dates of my surgery and office visit several times to accommodate my needs. Flores office staff always made me feel that they really cared about me. I never had to leave messages there was alway someone caring that answered the phone. Dr. Flores is an excellent surgeon. Dr. Flores and Jodie explained to my mother (breast cancer) that the DIEP flap would be the best choice for her. They told her that this procedure rarely ever fails and that the chances of it failing are 1 in 3,000. Well it failed. I understand that there was a chance that it could fail and that's fine. The problem is that Dr. Flores FAILED TO FOLLOW UP WITH MY MOTHER. Didn't even check on her/ Not even a CALL!!!!! He went on 2 vacations and just fell off of the face of the f****** earth!!!! He checked on her months later when she had to come back because he screwed the surgery up so badly she had an infection and was in the hospital for days. He left the expander in there and the new dr. said there were all types of weird fluids and things that weren't previously done correctly. Dr. Flores you are such SCUM. I find it very disheartening to have to leave a negative feedback about a business that I thought was so great at first, I mean we were truly sold. Dr. Flores is a great charming salesperson. My husband saw Dr. Flores and we both felt very confident, so confident that we agreed to pay 15k for a tummy tuck and lipo (CASH)... it all went downhill from there. Once we signed on the dotted line we were no longer a priority, we intercepted problems right away, a CT scan was ordered, we gave the "Coordinator" the name of the place and at no time did she request a CD, well sure enough apparently she needed one, so we went scrambling around at the last minute trying to fix it. After she requested the CD, low and behold she needed a report from them, I mean come on- these are professionals, don't they know to tell us these things? Then the issue with the garment, we were charged for a garment and thought since we were charged they were ordering it, but nope, dropped the ball again, after we sent our receipt we were told we needed the garment the next day- so we did what anyone would do, had it overnighted- we received the pre-surgery instruction 24 hours before surgery- only 1 problem, you were supposed to receive it 14 days prior, it has a list of medicines and vitamins that you should not take- Call me crazy but one would think that it takes 2 minutes to send an email, maybe just maybe someone could have taken the initiative and said "well these people just paid to have an expensive surgery" perhaps the least we could do is give good customer service, wrong again, the last straw was the office manager could not tell us what time the surgery would be - wait what??? seriously??? yes, so all of these things coupled together showed us that we could not count on this office. There is zero initiative, and anyone I mean anyone who sits in the waiting room can see it. There is such a lack of communication, there is no true surgical coordination whatsoever, we were given the run around and finally, the day before surgery we knew this office was not capable of handling even the tiniest of tasks so we decided that they could not touch my husband with another surgeons hands! I hope to be able to save at least one person from a true nightmare. Also, I did not feel the need to mention the names of the staff, they know who they are. Hopefully they can learn from this review and improve upon it. We asked for a return of our deposit since it was they who do not do everything they were supposed to do, but again nope. read more
