More recently, I have been trying to obtain my medical records to understand how my areola portion of procedure was performed and whether it may affect my ability to breastfeed. I have called four separate times and each time I am told that a manager or supervisor will call me back. Not once has anyone followed through. At this point, I would be satisfied with a simple answer as to whether my records still exist. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. If a supervisor cannot return a patient's phone call with a straightforward answer, they should not be in a supervisory role. My experience has left me feeling that once they have your money, they no longer care about you as a patient. Between my dissatisfaction with the procedure and the complete lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this practice.

Now for the long version... I'm a 37 year old mother of 2. An 8 year old and a brand new 10 month old baby at the time of my surgery. I went to Dr. Tal because I felt it was finally time to do something for myself. I didn't tell Dr. Tal the full extent of what the surgery would mean to me until weeks after my surgery was completed. Nevertheless, he listened to every single big or small "wish" I had for myself, and told me he would do his very best to make sure that he accomplished everything I wanted for myself.  Prior to the surgery I had not been without my sports bra unless I was showering for 2 years. I had done my initial implants at the age of 18 at another surgeons office. Now time, having 2 children, life... made them one of the things about myself I was most unhappy with. I had spent 8 years in a very abusive marriage and was shamed for my body among other things, and I had almost lost hope that I would ever love to look myself in the mirror again. My breasts were huge, sagging, my nipples were gigantic and the pockets of my breasts were so wide. It's important to note that every other surgeon I saw wanted to do what was easier for THEM. They wanted to compensate for the large breast tissue and large nipples by doubling the size of my implants. They said this was the way to go. They said it would be near impossible to accomplish what I wanted. What did I want? I wanted smaller boobs. I wanted to lift my boobs. I wanted small, normal size nipples that didn't show out of the top of my sports bra no matter what size I bought. I wanted to be able to look in the mirror again and feel proud. Thank you to Dr. Tal - My new breasts are gorgeous. Even more beautiful than when I originally did them with my 18 year old super healing skin. My implants are smaller and perky. I absolutely love them. The scars are healing amazingly and they look better and better everyday. My back doesn't hurt anymore. I can wear whatever bra I want and my nipples never pop out. I don't have to spend time all day shifting my boobs around to try and make them look even and normal under my shirt and my sports bra. I can even go without a bra and my nipples are small and evenly placed which is a true miracle to me. This has changed my life. I know many people will feel like this is silly and cosmetic. But getting my love for my body back at the age of 37 is more than I could ever have dreamed of. It has now been 3 months since my surgery. I went from a 36DD to a very very happy 36C. So on March 24th 2026 we arrived in Miami for my wife's pre-op check in , we were made to wait 3…read morehours before we were asked to come to a back room where we were told that Dr Loessin had just resigned that morning and that he would not be performing my wife's surgery. We were then told we had 45 minutes to choose from 2 other doctors that we never heard of before or cancel the surgery and get a refund. After talking to my wife for a few minutes we decided to cancel the surgery and asked for a refund . We were then escorted back up front and were simply handed a piece of paper ( sticky note ) that only had an email address and we were told we would have to email them for a refund, when I began to ask questions and complain about this they acted like they didn't speak English anymore . My wife then began to search for Dr Loessin on google and found him in Miami Lakes at another company called Harmony Cosmetics, my wife then called there office and made a same day appointment with Dr Loessin. When we arrived and explained our situation to Dr Loessin in person he agreed to perform my wife's surgery the next day . Dr Loessin also explained that he had left CG COSMETICS 3 weeks prior due to reasons that he could not disclose. We then went back to our hotel and emailed CG for a refund since they had lied to us about the doctor resigning that morning and tried to pressure us into having another Dr who we didn't know , perform the surgery, be advised at this time they were in breach of contract as the agreed upon Doctor had left 3 weeks prior and could have told us about it , giving us plenty of time to research another doctor . We also explained that they were going to file complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Board of Medicine as well as file fraud charges with our credit card company . Now CG did respond saying sorry and that they would look into our refund within 30 business days , it has been almost 2 months now and haven't heard anything from them despite several emails demanding our money back due to a breach of contract. These people in my opinion have committed fraud and need to be held accountable! If anyone reads this please reconsider using CG Cosmetics, this has been the worst experience we have ever been through. They are unprofessional and have no morals or integrity. We are still out of pocket thousands of dollars on hotel and airfare that could not be refunded because of CG's deceptive practices. If CG Cosmetics does not issue a full refund due to breach of contract the credit card company assures us that they will take legal action .

At the time of payment, I did not receive any written notice, text, email, receipt, or invoice clearly stating that the "booking fee/ deposit" was a non-refundable cancellation fee. About two months before my scheduled surgery, I contacted the salesperson and told them I wanted to cancel and requested a refund. After doing more research, I personally did not feel comfortable proceeding because the surgeon was board-certified as a surgeon, but NOT BOARD-CERTIFIED specifically IN PLASTIC SURGERY , and I wanted a surgeon whose training and experience made me feel completely confident about having an elective cosmetic procedure. After I requested the refund, the clinic told me that the deposit had been discussed verbally with the salesperson and that I later signed the Terms and Conditions. I also found my communication with Sofia, the operational manager, extremely disappointing. In my experience, she was not helpful, did not provide clear answers, and did not handle the situation with the level of professionalism or customer service I would expect from a clinic at this price point. I was left feeling that my concerns were being dismissed rather than properly addressed. I have screenshots, payment records, timestamps, and the clinic's written response documenting my experience. I was not given time to properly consider or consent. His reason was that he preferred the projection. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a smaller, natural result. Because of this last-minute change the outcome is the opposite of what I agreed to. The implants are overly projected and firm, with very visible scarring and noticeable veins due to how tight they are. At a follow-up appointment, the surgeon raised his voice when I shared my concerns. The office offered a refund at that visit, but later said it would only be issued if I signed a non-disclosure agreement. I declined the NDA and still have not received the refund months later. UPDATE: I've been dealing with this back and forth for months. I finally agreed to sign the NDA their attorney had been pushing in order to receive my refund and move on privately, but never received a response. I stand by everything I shared.

I want to share my experience with Revive because I think it's important for anyone considering a…read morecosmetic procedure to know how situations like this are handled. Like most people making a major decision about surgery, I had consultations with multiple surgeons and surgical centers while trying to find the right fit for me. Two of the practices I had been communicating with were Revive and Revitalize, and unfortunately, I confused the two when making a $1,000 deposit payment. I intended to pay Revitalize but mistakenly used the payment link from Revive. I realized my mistake almost immediately and contacted Revive the very next day to explain exactly what had happened and ask if they could reverse the payment. They declined, citing their policy that the $1,000 surgical deposit is nonrefundable. While I can understand having a nonrefundable deposit policy to protect a business when a patient reserves surgery and later changes their mind, this was not a situation where I intentionally booked with them and then simply decided I didn't want the surgery. I made a genuine mistake between two similarly named practices and contacted them the next morning. After they declined the refund, I even offered another solution. I told Revive that I was willing to leave the entire $1,000 with their practice and use it toward other services they offer . I figured this was a reasonable compromise, they wouldn't have to refund the money, I wouldn't lose $1,000, and they potentially gain a long term client who could continue using their services in the future. They declined that as well. They have now told me in writing that the $1,000 cannot be applied toward any other services and that they will not schedule alternative services in lieu of the deposit. I understand policies exist for a reason. What I find incredibly disappointing is the complete lack of flexibility or customer service in the way this was handled. I contacted them the very next day after realizing an honest mistake. I was even willing to spend the entire $1,000 with their business instead of continuing to ask for it back. Instead, they chose to keep the full $1,000 while providing me no surgery, no alternative services and nothing else in return. To me, that's absurd. A little understanding and willingness to find a reasonable solution could have potentially created a lifetime client. Instead, this experience ensured the exact opposite. I'm not telling anyone else what decision to make. I'm simply sharing exactly what happened to me so prospective patients can consider how this practice handled my situation before deciding where to spend their money.
