I just got a $10000 triple intervention at Zion Plastic Surgery in Kendall. I'll start by emphasizing that my complaint is not toward the doctor. My doctor Marshal Deirdre is the very best, the top, and I would never change her. The anesthesia person as well was best I have ever experienced, like peaceful calming and sleeping experience. Now, the way this clinic works is absolutely absurd and very dangerous. After my triple Surgery (eye lift, breast and vaginoplasty), the clinic called my husband to pick me up. I wasn't totally awake from anesthesia, after i arrived home, wich i can't remember anything in that interval, maybe one hour later i start being awake at my house. Next day i had at the same clinic 15 min care and sent home with no very clear instructions. I was given a phone number to contact a nurse Fanny and I was let go. After I got some minor complications happened within the 2nd day after surgery, so I text Fanny, but took between 24 and 48 hours to get an answer. Now, i am unclear if in my case i need any dilatation, but there is nobody wanting to answer me this question, after texting and calling the clinic, got no answer. They message is clear: we are done with you! I will avoid large loop doing anything in this clinic. As per saying: the cheap results expensive. And they are not really very cheap, maybe some hundred $, comparing with may high class competitive climics that offers constantly discounts and care after surgery. My advice: DON'T TRY THEM! I am a very healthy and strong person, I recovered well, but I am thinking on some not so strong or healthy, that may have complications after the surgery, this clinic will just close they door on your face after take your money and give you what promised as a service. Look at all the one star reviews. I do not usually post reviews like this, but I feel a responsibility to share my personal experience so others can make informed decisions. I was scheduled for a procedure at Zion Plastic Surgery on December 3rd, 2025. I paid in advance, completed all required medical clearances, and rearranged work, childcare, lodging, and travel around the dates the clinic gave me. My pre-operative appointment for December 2nd was canceled by the clinic and moved to the morning of my surgery on December 3rd. When I arrived that morning, the pre-op did not begin until after the time my surgery was supposed to start. The procedure recommended in person by the surgeon was different from the one sold to me over the phone, and I was also asked to purchase additional "medical supplies" only hours before surgery, with payment required in cash only. During the pre-op discussion, both the coordinator and the surgeon rescheduled my surgery to December 4th. This change was made by the clinic--not by me--and created significant conflicts with my travel, lodging, and work schedule. Because of the scheduling changes that the clinic initiated, I told staff I could not move forward and requested a refund. I was told that "no refunds are given under any circumstances," and I was not allowed to speak with a manager. While attempting to find someone who could address the situation, I entered an unmarked area and unexpectedly encountered a staff member the CEO of Zion wearing full surgical clothing with visible blood on his attire. My wife recorded part of the interaction. Shortly afterward, staff told me that recording was "a crime," that I could be "prosecuted" if the video was shared, and that by entering the area I had "put a patient's life in jeopardy." This was alarming, especially because I had only been trying to speak with someone about the cancellation and refund caused by the clinic's own scheduling changes. Later that day, I checked the Florida Department of Health's public records and learned that the individual I encountered was listed as unlicensed facility personnel, which added to our concerns. Based on everything we experienced, we chose to report the incident to the appropriate regulatory agencies for review. On the morning of December 4th, the office manager called and offered a partial refund, but only if I signed a legal release that included restrictions related to the video and prohibited me from speaking about my experience. I declined to sign anything limiting my ability to share what happened. Because of the repeated scheduling changes made by the clinic, the lack of transparency, and the concerns raised during our visit, we ultimately decided not to proceed with the surgery. I encourage anyone considering this facility to research thoroughly, ask detailed questions, and verify all licensure information through the Florida Department of Health. Do not come here OK so when I originally reached out to them, the girl on the phone was trying to convince me to go to Dr. true I was really skeptical because he didn't have any pictures of his work. There was no social media or anything like that so she started sending me pictures telling me he was such a great doctor and I finally agreed to it. Worst decision of my ever. I paid for 360 Lipo and J plasma on the phone. The girl told me that I would receive a free faja they even told me that the day before my surgery it came with my package. I woke up from my surgery and I was wrapped in a binder . If you had surgery before you know binders doesn't stay down. They roll up so by the end of the night, my binder was rolled up. They told me not to take it off until the next day at my follow up appointment so I was extremely swollen at the top and the bottom where the binder has started to fold Up. The next day they told me that I can purchase a faja even though prior to that they told me the Faja was going to come with it... fast forward to the day of my surgery. I get into the operating room. The anesthesiologist kept trying to speak Spanish to me. I keep telling him I don't speak Spanish. All of a sudden a man comes in and starts yelling at the people in the room there's a full out argument going on, and he was telling them that they wouldn't be able to do surgery. That's the only thing he said in English, everything else was in Spanish. At that time, I'm already laying on the table in the middle of the argument after poking me like six times the anesthesiologist finally was able to get the IV in and put me to sleep When I got to my follow up appointment the next day and went in for my massage. The first thing the massage lady asked me. As if I got ab etching I said no, and she said it look like it. I did not ask for that... After a couple of weeks, I realize that my body still looked the exact same I've had surgery before, so I know about trusting the process, but the only visible difference was my back was smaller. The shape of my stomach is still the exact same so I was told I needed to wait at least three months to start to see results. Well here I am three months out and my stomach still looks the exact same. The only thing that I can visibly see from the front is he put a straight line down the middle of my stomach and that's it. This is difficult for me as it is, dealing with body dysmorphia for years. Finally started getting in shape and been consistent in the gym, but as a mother I had loose skin and I finally had the opportunity to have a mommy makeover and I absolutely wish I NEVER went to ZION. Dr. Pablo Baltodano abandoned me after a month. He stopped responding to my messages and the office would also ignore my messages and I would speak to new people every encounter, telling me they'll "relay the message" Terrible bedside manner. Dr. Baltodano did not check in on me at all after surgery. I had to call/text the office to get a hold of him and finally got his personal cell , where I will attach photos of our conversation, he stopped contacting me when I had fluid buildup issues. Recovery was terrible, I was prescribed medication and was not able to get the prescription honored at ANY PHARMACY WITHIN A TEN MILE RADIUS. I was in so much pain. They told me to buy Tylenol for arthritis, since I couldn't get the actual prescription. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate me in that aspect. The massages were terrible. I was only drained in my back twice. I was left with a fluid pocket and now that I'm over 6 months post op, after numerous massages and even extraction, I believe it is a FAT pocket. It has not changed in size or shape. I have dog ears from my tummy tuck. My scar is so big it's basically an extended tummy tuck and he did not pull the skin on my sides. My tattoo is clearly the same , so my flanks look huge and I have a tiny piece of excess skin on my left side: I tried contacting for a revision, and they want mw to pay more money to pay for lipo 360. These are clearly visible mistakes on his end, and rather than owning up to the mistakes they want me to pay more money. Also, my belly button looks disgusting. It looks like a cats anus. I was told to stop compression before 6 weeks. When I spoke to office associates and the nurse they told me to compress anyway. Regardless of what the doctor recommended. I'm over 6 months and I still compress and I see no improvement. I also have a huge bulge in my upper abdomen. I had lipo to my flanks and back, but since he did not pull enough skin, it looks like my flanks were never done, and the lower back has this disgusting bludge. I'm embarrassed to wear a bikini. I can never show off my body now. I would have to wait to save up money to go elsewhere. I'm also unhappy with my breasts because the projection is too much for my small frame. During the consultation, I waited several hours before my operation. I arrived at 9am and I left the office at 9pm!!! Our consult, barely went over any questions. I was vulnerable and nervous . And all he cared about was me signing paperwork that clearly stated we had a conversation. Which we didn't! He marked me up, and said "ok let's go" I panicked and said wait, can I show you what I don't wanted done? I showed him two pictures , one of breast I didn't want, and one I did. Due to my body type he couldn't promise teardrop shape. But I knew nothing about projection and sizes etc. I never got to see or hold implants. It was such a horrible experience. I waited so many hours just to talk to him, and I felt rushed bc it was getting late. It was clear he has another operation bc I saw a woman in the waiting room and she was also getting work done by Baltodano, as she said it to me. I explained my frustration is a calm tone. I never cursed at anyone: all I wanted was answers. All Zion cares about is money , you come in and you leave. No aftercare, no nothing. I'm shocked to see good reviews, I have all the screenshots to prove it! I shouldn't have to pay money for mistakes he made, and the fact he can't even answer me is frustrating. They will get you in with great offers and once you make the deposit, you are done. From that point on, everything is sold like scammers and you have to pay cash. I had a skinny BBL by Dr Marshall in August of 2023. By far it has been the worst experience of my life. I've waited to do my review in hopes things would settle with my body, unfortunately it hasn't. When you go in to sign your life away the hour before surgery you will sign papers saying all staff are subcontractors not employees of Zion. There is no malpractice in place for shotty work, meaning you can't sue them or any wrong doings. My anesthesiologist showed up in a hoodie and the hood on his head. 99% of the staff doesn't speak English. Dr Marshall took fat from under my arms to my knee to accomplish my BBL. I'm now left with a very lumpy stomach and indentation in my upper thigh from being over treated by liposuction. I also have cellulite on my butt that I didn't have before surgery. I woke up after surgery and was rushed out. Dr Marshall never even came into see me. The nurse that you can call for help is worthless to say the least. I wouldn't recommend Zion to my worst enemy. I am not one to spend time on reviews but I feel everyone needs to know the truth about Zion plastic surgery! I traveled to Miami to finally get a breast lift with implants and lipo to the abdomen. I looked up DrMarshall and her credentials all seemed to be ok I read some reviews about the facility but thought some people exaggerate about a bad experience..... now I am one of them! ! I was told I would meet doc at preop day but after waiting several hours it never happened. This is the time they try and sell you everything!!! I was having that feeling like this was a mistake, what can I do already in Miami never getting money back! I had surgery March 22nd. Can't tell things are not right until your already home. One breast was sagging and falling down my chest the other one was high on chest was with my own breast tissue underneath it looked like I had 3 breasts! The liposuction did not look like it was done ! After many calls , pic and texts with nurse about my concerns I was told to get an ultrasound and MRI and send more pics. These expensive tests were not needed you can see the mess by looking at photos. I contacted owner and office manager via emails with a request to refund my money to get it done right. No reply by Dr.,owner or office manager. I feel they don't care about patient care, quality of care, especially for out of state patients. Once they get your money you are sent on your way! I have been going back and forth with them and the bank about my $250 deposit. They are just so quick to get your money and don't care if you are being truthful or if are you indeed a candidate for any type of procedure. This has been an ongoing thing and I wish they would just give my $250 back and be done with it. Pick another Dr. Dr you will not be happy with the results. They don't care how much you pay, at the end of the day youre just $$$. They don't go by their own policy. when I wasn't pleased with the work, I wanted to take advantage of the retouch policy. The Dr declined. I told her that was my right according to the contract. She declined and wanted me to pay for more surgery. Dr Marshall and her Medical staff are bullies and money hungry. They did not go buy the l contract that they and I agreed upon. I went by it. PLEASE read the entirety, you won't regret it. So a couple weeks ago I had breast surgery, every way, reduction, lift, new implants, nipple repositioning and so far things are going good. I have to admit it wasnt entirely great at first. I was coming from across the country which in itself isn't the best way to do an invasive surgery away from home and family but I put my faith in my decision and am excited to see the outcome in a few months. There are a couple things I would highly recommend ZION do especially for patients traveling in, It truly was a nightmare communication wise I shouldnt have had to do any checking or follow ups or tracking down information. But I did it ALL, contacting them numerous times a week, to make sure the surgery was real with an actual date and time schedule, to confirm all my Lab results had been received, just wanting to speak with a real person. I realize I myself am not their only concern but to me I feel i should have been in the top 10 considering I was blindly putting my health and my money on the line, causing me undo worry and stress hoping and praying i wasn't victim to an elaborate scam. Even after an entire month of collaborating being told by many staff everything was "good to go", having ample time to let me know of any issues STILL I was contacted on the Friday before the Monday I was flying out asking me where my lab results were!?! Are you Fing kidding me then after I was literally having a meltdown I finally had to speak to the admin supervisor made to scramble for info after everyone was closed! The fact that I was doing what I consider their job, was wrong in so many ways even after being given the FINAL go ahead on Thursday just to be MESSAGED the next day of cis unacceptable i never should have been put through that in such an emotional time. Andrew is way too complacent and shows no sign of caring for us as PEOPLE NOT A NUMBER!! With that said i was ready to pull out so MANY times if it weren't for Adri I would have. She is exceptional at her job, she went above and beyond always taking my calls and calming my anxiety even on the weekends, she NEVER left me hanging not once, she went out of her way to assure me, to get information for me, to explain something, to ensure I had nothing to worry over all hours of the day. I wasn't a number she KNEW who I was and it showed in every exchange we had and we had many. I literally would have lost my money down, given up my airfare and AirBB cost which was not refundable, I was so close so many times calling her in tears and she ALWAYS came through no matter what!! When I arrived i was welcomed by Jennifer she also was one to go above and beyond another exceptional person, she also knew me and aware of all I had gone through. She was kind, friendly, compassionate and accommodating, not just to me but every single person who entered the office she handled with care obviously because she was empathetic to all the emotional circumstances we would be experiencing. She smiled and spoke softly keeping everyone at ease as we anxiously waited for our surgery. I want to make sure I give a shout out to Jackie, again excellent. In the end everything went smoothly the surgery was a success thanks to Dr Marshall, she was very comfortable and confident which made me feel the same. I would recommend ZION for the simple fact that once I got there the staff was truly incredible. If I could suggest something it would be to have ONE or two people handle all patients traveling from beginning to end and Adri should be in charge of it because we DO NEED special care. part 1 The amount to pay for surgery charges was ridiculous and doesn't include the extra payments you have to pay in cash ONLY! They even have an ATM in the office how desperate is this, be ready to pay additional payments the day before ONLY IN CASH$$$$$ I never received a pre op appointment because the doctor never showed up to talk about what I want and expecting- I also wasn't given a welcome packet ahead of time and the office all blamed my coordinator but what upsets me is all they try and do is get you to pay cash and it doesn't give you time to get proper funds, I wasn't told the amount extra a head of time, try to charge you for after care, massages, padding, a faja gourmet. All the ladies do their best but only can do what the doctor says or agrees his instructions. So these are some of my experience I wanted to share you Finally the day of surgery I go to see the doctor 7min. she drew on me and I told her I don't want a ghetto butt but I am looking to have a firm and tight result. Woke up from surgery not happy with the surgery out come, Alexis said he would give me a discount price of $3,000 to fix the problems I addressed and all the staff says wait for the 30 day waiting period but idk if they are saying that because I will have to repay to get this done again, that's not fair! I think I deserve a revisement and not something I feel they did on purpose because they want you back to pay more money. I don't know how many times Alexis told me that was the plan and he would charge $3,000 and he would be present in the room but not be the one doing surgery. Then I requested the medical staff to have her call me or FaceTime meeting it was urgent to speak about my ending result, open and infected incisions. No CALL 10/06/2023@11:30AM I received a call that Alexis is on vacation in Mexico and he would see me at the office. I got there on time and went in the exam room when his assistant FaceTimes, he was at the car dealership looking at buying a car and asked if I could come back from Orlando to Miami the next day, I told him no and then was told by the assistant to come back at 11:30AM. Alexis arrives at the office and gets me ready to close my incision with sutures and I told him the doctor at the ER said the open wound was not able to be closed because I could get necrosis and I just told Alexis that and he said point blank those fucking doctors don't know shit what they are talking about, I was shocked. We continued to discuss my journey and why EXACTLY I was not happy about my journey from BEGINNING TO END, I didn't receive my welcome packet of instructions the night before, not having at least a 30min. Consultation with my surgeon Dr. Marshall but I didn't even get a full 7min. She was busy marking me with a marker and just kept uh huh like she wasn't paying attention to what I was saying I wanted. When I told Alexis this he states they are not magicians and can not make miracles, I said why wouldn't you tell a patient that before surgery because at that point I could STOP EVERYTHING and look for a surgeon who does make miracles or just better results in general. My entire journey, I only saw Alexis 3 times in total. First time he told his assistants that he would allow my surgery even with my Hickman Line but I would need labs, consent forms, EKG, and a drug test which I did. The second time I saw Alexis he said hello, looked at my incision and told his assistant to cut my stitches and an "acid wash" which means clean with saline solution and dry with gauge, then he started to talk badly and unprofessionally about the patient in the waiting room after me saying that she's a family member of someone but he hates that she as well calls him at midnight about her open incision as well, I told him that's not right but he's like in a person too and I'm allowed to vent. The third time I saw Alexis was on 10/06 when he was the one who closed my belly button and abdomen open incision and the entire time cursing and saying F**K every time he made a mistake and got frustrated then his assistant brings him a shot of espresso. Once he finally finished the stitches, he told me that I would have to come back in 10days. Part 2... When I finished getting dressed the doctor said to come to the first floor office so I did. It was at that point that the doctor told me to come here to the office with him and (one) of his office managers. He started to curse and said that I was committing FRAUAD? I replied and told him that I've told him at EVERY VISIT that I was not happy sense the beginning and instead of saying he would fix or correct the situation he's reply was that having little to no consultation with the surgeon is normal and happens at other surgery centers and my throwing up constantly and infections happen. DO NOT GO! I had a tummy tuck, umbilical hernia repair and a breast reduction with implants done one October of 2023 by Dr. Marshall. I had a hard time healing, I did all I was told, eventually healed by February of 2024. it was mentally draining to say the least. all while I was healing , I noticed from day one that my breasts were absolutly huge. I started at a cup size G and Dr Marshall said she'd get me to a C and I wanted implants to just have the round fullness shape. I was pouring out of X-Large sports bras still and I was no where near a C cup. My implant sizes were 325 CC. When you felt my breasts with your hands, you could feel the implant in one breast but in the other one, you couldn't even feel it. It seemed like they took a little bit of tissue out and just slapped an implant somewhere in there.I tried to be patient with the healing process and continuously informed the nurse on how disporportioned my breasts were and how unhappy I was. Her continuous response was "it takes time to heal, love." several weeks go by, and I noticed zion made a post on instagram. It was of me! I'm like hey let me check it out. My face wasn't in the picture but it was of my body. I swiped to get to the other picture and it was a short video. It was a video of a man performing a tummy tuck of which i was under the impression, it was my tummy tuck. My doctor was Dr Marshall, and DR MARSHALL IS A FEMALE not a man!! I screenshotted it and was instantly worried about not having my doctor that I requested, paid for, had the consult with, everything. I decided to inquire about this with my nurse lady that I had been in contact with. I sent her the screenshot and her response was in some sort of words like I can reassure you your doctor was Dr Marshall, it must have been a marketing error they attached the wrong video to the wrong picture. Within minutes I got a call from the "marketing team" and apologized and told me they were investigating this further. I don't believe a thing. They did send me my medical records but obviously you don't know signatures, or handwriting so it was useless info to me. I was very hesitant to even staying in contact with them but I felt like they needed to fix their mistakes that they made that I paid them money for so In March 2024, Zion finally said that another breast reduction would be needed. After going back and forth for days of me refusing to pay for any additional charges and then me having to bring up again on how I don't even feel like Dr Marshall even performed my surgery based off that social media post , Zion finally covered all charges and I had to make arrangements to get back to Miami. I went, and it was an awful experience. I literally felt like I was left and forgotten about. I was told be there at a time for my surgery I believe it was 8am, and I wasn't even pulled back to begin surgery until after 11. I sat in a freezing room, naked in a paper cloth for all those hours. I finally decided to go outside in the hall to ask when I'll be taken and within minutes Dr marshall came in the room. When Dr Marshall came in her body posture was shocked when she saw my breasts. I told her my concern about the size of my breasts, the disproportional size, and the size of my aireola . There was not much conservation besides her telling me that we may have to remove the implants or decrease the size , she will readjust the aireola and make it smaller, and remove more from my one breast. She told me that that the implants seem to be pulling my breasts into my armpits but she won't be able to know what she needs to do until she's in there. I was fine with the potential removal. I'd rather have none than back to having side boob, or a uno boob. I wake up and again the same breast that was larger beforehand, still seemed larger but I figured it was the swelling since more was removed. I went back for a check up the day after surgery, and I told the nurse how I did feel the one was still larger but she told me it's the swelling. So overall I was happy. I felt happy! Finally felt like I was the size I wanted once healed.The healing process was so much better!! when I was fully healed, I noticed again , that in fact the one breast was still larger. It was fuller than the other one and cuts lower than the other one, AGAIN. My aireolas look like a joke. I have two sets of incision marks in parts of them. the placement I think is off because I can't even wear a low cut tank top or even wear a normal bra or bathing suit without my aireola slipping up and out. I'm still mortified with this place and so unhappy with my breasts ROUND TWO. They did remove the implants, the nurse stated that the dr wrote down about the implant pocket, and that the implants were pulling the breasts laterally. I have done research and this happens because of the DOCTORS ERROR. now after a second entire breast reduction, I'm left with breasts that are uneven again and have aireolas that slip out of every bra and bathing read more

Warning! Please read this before going to Zion Platic Surgery center. You really get what you pay for. It's a big scam. They're not honest and they don't tell you that you're supposed to pay all in full until the month of your surgery. If you cancel you don't get 100% refund back. My coordinator Amy was the worst person, she didn't help me with anything. She didn't tell me what I need to prepare for. She never replies back and it's like pulling tooth to get a hold of her to ask a question. I am from out of state and she knows that, I made doctor's appointments to go get all the things that I was supposed too get done, I was told last minute that I had to do 2 weeks before my surgery date is when she told me. Which you were supposed to get it done at least a month before your surgery date. Then I set up my appointments and Amy's only job was to send the prescription request to get my blood drawn from my clinic but she failed to do so 2 times at 2 different appt that I had to reschedule because she didn't do her job. Lied 6 days before my suggestion date why my surgery date was changed without telling me. And I kindly asked why it was changed, Amy literally said because next week my Doctor has a family emergency and he's human. Now when I got there the manager told me that he don't work two days off the week there which if they knew that when I set the date 3 months ago, why didn't they tell me so I can plan accordingly to the dates available instead of 6 days before my surgery date. And Amy should've been honest with me and tell me why he can't do it that day. In stead she said he had a family emergency and that he's human. I am from out of state and I have already arranged my job and vacation to get there. If they were able to give me 100% refund I would've done that already. The day I got to Zion plastic surgery, I went to my preopt appt and waited nearly 2 hours only to be told my appointment was not that day and it's the next day. This appointment was set 3 months before I got there. They told me the day I got there. Now let's talk about my doctor. I never saw him until 15 minutes before the surgery. He was late and when I ask him questions he was short to answer. I had Dr. Pablo A. Baltodano. I don't recommend him at all. I'm almost 4 months post opt. I noticed that he barely took anything out. I had done mommy makeover. I did a breast augmentation with silicone, tummy tuck and lipo on my arms. I was never told what the mommy makeover includes. They don't tell that it don't include removing your love handle, or lipo on your upper abdominal. He barely removed any fat on my arms. Still look the same. I'm 4 months post and I'm not a big person. I'm 5'1 and I weigh 137. When the surgery was done I was still 137. i know it's not a weight loss solution. It's to remove unwanted fat and skin. That being said, Dr. Pablo A. Baltodano did a terrible job because I know he didn't take any fat out of my upper abdominal nor did he tightened it up to not cause any bulging. I'm bulging even when I eat a tiny breakfast I look like I have a huge ball on my upper belly. The lower abdominal is tight and small. But he did not tighten my upper muscles which was supposed to be the reason for the tummy tuck. I wasted my money and I do not recommend him nor this facility to anyone. Do you homework, don't be cheap. I'll have to do a revision next year because he did a whack job. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Every patient that were there all said the same thing. When i asked they all said they were not told this or that. And scheduling appointments post opt while there with them is like pulling tooth. They say they'll call you but never do. Even when you're right there in front desk they'll say we'll call you and never do. You guys will be saving your money going elsewhere. I would never give them any stars but that's the least option I have. I get it that I'm 4months post opt so I'm still swollen but I should not be bulging from eating a tiny breakfast. Coordinators have terrible communication skills. It was hard to reach your coordinator at my coordinator was changed twice. my last coordinator was Amy and it was almost impossible to reach her at her extension. I would have to call the main extension and then leave a message and then she would get back to me like a day later and it would usually be towards the end of the day around 5 PM, I had to ask for the script for my lab result for my lab work that was needed prior to surgery. I never got any like instructions about what to expect within the next 30 days what to eat what to stay away from, and only had knowledge of that information because of having prior surgeries at a different cosmetic facility. The date of surgery I was told to wait and surgery was going to be at 4/5 in the morning. During preop my coordinator told me that they would call me later on that day to tell me a time I didn't get a call until 630 that evening letting me know that my surgery would be super early the next morning . when I arrived for surgery day, we were waiting outside nothing was opened and the medical staff had slowly started to trickle in for their workday. I had Dr. Margaret as my surgeon and she came in and did my lipo markings on my body and that was my first time meeting literally like minutes before the surgery. During postop, they give you like three Shots that you have to self inject in order to prevent blood clots and if you don't have any medical experience, you are going to be super intimidated by having to give yourself shots in the leg. My postop massage was terribly painful. They did not take their time they did not have any patience. Fast forward to three months post surgery and I am not satisfied with my results. I felt like the Lipo was not evenly done and I will be going back to another facility to correct Work that Zion plastic surgery botched. read more
