I came here to express my concerns with the establishment and after reading the reviews I'm not shocked that it has happened to many other people. I went into their location in hopes of booking a Botox appointment, Miguel, a front desk person was very aggressive on his approach of selling me a 40 unit Botox package. I politely told him I was only looking for 20 units but he insisted on pushing his deal. He began to raise his voice and completely disregarded my concerns . eventually I walked out. And after reading all these reviews I'm so glad I didn't give them my business. Any establishment that has this kind of person representing them is not a place I would recommend! Well, I was looking for a carboxy Theraphy in Miami and I found Image Maker. I came for a consultation and I am glad I decided to start the therapy on my legs. I was suggested to do also Venus therapy and the combination worked very well. So far I did 11 sessions and After about 5 sessions I started to notice results. My legs are more smooth and with less cellulite. I am very happy with the results. I also i tried PRP and Botox. The staff is super friendly and the doctors are very well prepared and professional. Such a terrible and unpleasant experience. Front desk agent was polite and approachable but before seeing a doctor I set with assistant for consultation and he started his story. I did botox already and Im super happy and fine with number of units what I do but he was denying provide service and telling me i have to do double amount with excuse coco Chanel do the same. I was shocked. I went out and ask to speak with doctor but seems like assistant is boss of a doctor and i told them no patient or costumer should be treated like that. That's not the way how to do a business. I just get up from chair and left. Such a rude and unprofessional and disrespectful ppl. Dont waste your money and support their business. These people are crazy... I scheduled a consultation and couldn't make it because my uncle has cancer and had an emergency surgery. I wasn't answering my phone either due to obviously not being in the mood. These people called me 5 times... And they text me, I will upload a picture of the texts. When I called back they said who they were I just hung up honestly not wanting to deal with it because of what I was going through. So I blocked the 2 different numbers they called me from. They called from yet ANOTHER different number so when I answer they said "are you coming or not" what in the world I said no and can you please stop calling me in a very gentle tone. The lady or man I can't tell what it is said "it's simple you say yes or no you're not coming that's what we want to know" so I said "I did say no and if I don't answer the first time you call don't call me 50 times from 50 different numbers or text me I never allowed you to text me" the person was literally screaming at me after that!!! I just couldn't even deal anymore hung up and blocked that number also. They are not worth being harassed. read more

They charge a "good price" for botox to tangle clients and give a Cheap unprofessional service. I got botox in 1 small zone. The day i had the procedure I didnt feel confortable with the treat and service. They looked all in a rush... I asked for something and never got the answer and I didn't feel OK with the doctor and people helping her but OK... I payed and normally left the place. After little time the botox in my frown wasn't working so I came back. I talked to the people involved and they just said sorry and please go to another place where they can do a better job. Miguel Angel, (name himself as the owner) a little man who came up with a very rude, unprofessional and horrible attitude you never expect in a place where you are paying. I have been treating my skin with Miguel Ángel since I was 15 and am now as I approach my 40s he is the reason I continue to have my youthful glowing skin. I honestly cannot believe the experience I just had at this place. I will tell you about my story. Last week I saw a groupon offer for a platelet rich plasma facial and decided to call. I called in and the receptionist scheduled me for a consultation appointment for Saturday at 2:00pm with the physician. When I arrived today the receptionist told me the consultation was impossible because the doctor does simply not work at this time, with the worst attitude I have ever seen. I said I only came because they gave me the appointment and I had a text confirmation from them. She said she knew I had the appointment because it was in their records, but she would find out with her boss if she could do something for me. This should have been a red flag, right here I should have walked out the door, I really thought about it but I did not do it, instead I waited. She tells me to fill up the patient information and I asked if there was a need for me to do that without knowing if I would be seen, at this point I didn't know if a dr was in to see me or not. A few minutes later comes the boss, a little man with the most unprofessional, unethical, rude, attitude I have ever been exposed too, and he screams madly at me that this a medical office and I need to fill the pt information. I was speechless, unaware things and people like this could exist and work in a patient office. I'm assuming they are used to treat patients this way wherever they come from. I couldn't talk, I was in shock. I am a professional myself, and health care provider and I would never expect a human being to be treated this way for them making a mistake of booking an appointment for the wrong time. I said thank you I think is better if I leave, he said oh yes and don't come back any more. He literally pushed the door on my nose and I am still thinking did this really happen? How is this even possible? This is unbelievable and completely irrational. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a human being. Where has the humanity gone? What is wrong with this society? Bottom line is I think after this experience I will never be booking anything else in groupon. I bought a Groupon for 40 units of Botox in Nov 2015. I scheduled the appointment and when I met the owner for the consultation he told me I needed more units before I was even able to sit down. I also got a facial and he proceeded to tell me all the products I should buy from them. I told him I had stuff at home but he continued with the hard sell. I got the Botox and was very pleased with the results even though I felt the owner's practices were unprofessional. Fast forward to August 2016 and I see the groupon for Botox. I was hesitant to buy it because of my first experience but I was happy with the results. I purchase it and call to make an appointment. The receptionist tells me I need to come in for a consultation. I informed her I had been there before as I had used a groupon there. She informed me I am not able to use a groupon more than once. She put me on hold and spoke to the owner. She came back on and told me the owner said to cancel the groupon and they will honor the price of the groupon. I said that's ridiculous. I told her the fine print on the groupon says nothing about not being able to purchase another one and it says not valid for returning patients within 6 months. I told her it was well past the six months and I wasn't going to go through the hassle of canceling the groupon. I asked her if they'd rather just lose the money than accept the groupon and she said yes. So I called groupon and informed them of their shenanigans. I was able to get the groupon refunded but wanted to forewarn other potential patients. It's a shame the owner is so unprofessional because I think the doctors the spa uses do good work. read more

I was recommended this place for laser hair removal by a friend. The first session everything went great so I purchased a package for six treatments for my lower lip and underarms. On my second treatment, the tech was late. Which was fine because things happen and I understand. On my third visit the same thing occurred. The tech was late and they even had to call her to remind her she had an appointment. Mind you, I always scheduled my appointments at 9:30am because I would get it done fast and go straight to work afterwards. It would take me 30 to arrive to this location and I always arrived on time. I let it go for the second time. On my next visit, the same thing happened. By this time, I was upset because it was becoming a pattern. I would even have the call the day before to remind them that my appointment was in the morning to confirm the tech wouldn't be late anymore. Well on the fifth visit, she didn't even show up for the appointment. They tried calling her numerous times and she wouldn't answer. I had to leave because no one knew what happened to her. At this point I left a complaint with the front desk. I had to call back twice and I finally spoke to the manager Miguel. He explained the tech didn't check her scheduled and she assumed she didn't have anyone. He offered me a extra session for free to make up for the issue. I even changed the appointment time to 10am to give her more time to arrive however it didn't make much of a difference. On my final visit I was schedule for 11am and for once she was there however she was delayed with another appointment. They said it would be a few minutes. That turned into 20 minutes and she still wasn't done. When I expressed my concern to Miguel the manager, he told me that no doctors office run on time. He was very unprofessional and even said he had given me a free service to make up for it. Out of seven visits, she was late for five of them and didn't even show up for one. At that point, he was rude once again so I told him thank you but I don't need the free service and I walked out. read more
