My favorite nail place. They have quality nail technicians and the service is superb. The place is always nice and clean with available snacks and water. Nice relaxing energy when inside.

This was my first time at this nail shop and Vivi did not disappoint. I showed her one inspo picture and she completely understood the assignment. I wasn't even sure they'd have everything needed, but the owner was so kind--he took the time to really look and found the perfect gems, which honestly stood out to me. Vivi still exceeded my expectations and even stayed a little later to make sure every detail was perfect. This is true quality work. Her talent, customer service, and kindness are unmatched. I will definitely be coming back it's so excited for my concert now because of my nails now match the vibe I was going for

I've been to plenty of nail salons in Simi. Most have been very disappointing, except for this one! Passion Nails is a beautiful and very clean salon. Their nail color options are endless; and their service is super welcoming and friendly. 10/10 highly recommend. If you're thinking of booking, BOOK IT!

Vivi has been amazing and she has been the perfect tech , she did an amazing job in my nails and the place is perfect and relaxing and everything has been so professional and has been so productive and even for pedicure they do an amazing job

I am extremely disappointed with how terrible The Chicklets' nail shape looks in these pictures. They are just as bad as the second set that was applied. I can't believe I wasted my money getting my nails done here. Would not recommend at all.

I had a GREAT pedicure here with Peter, but unfortunately my gel manicure was a huge disappointment. It was the nail tech's first time doing chrome nails, and many spots were missed even after I pointed them out. She then reapplied the chrome after already oiling my nails, which left them dull instead of shiny. On top of that, my cuticles were overworked and left looking messy and bloody. Overall, the manicure was not worth the $48 + tip that I paid. Im in a rush to leave out of town and I don't have time to get them fixed somewhere else as I'm sure these will be falling apart within 24 hours.

Such a cute place! I tried this out for the first time and I was shocked by the selection of polish and the talent of the artists. Maybe I've just been trained by nail artists in the past to be very flexible when I request anything as far as nail design but the second I showed my inspo and they were like, "sure, easy" I was in love. So I'm not gonna lie I have been a nail shop junky because I wanted to find a good one. It's just like dating it seems like smh, but passion nails I'm feeling y'all. I love the prices, designs, and location. I love getting my nails done with talented nail technicians. They have many technicians which is a plus for me who knows how to do acrylics or gel x sets. That is very uncommon at some nail salons. They have good designs that I've never seen before, and let me tell you I have been to MANY salons in LA County that are pretty innovative. The booking is easy, the owner is usually the one who answers to book and he will let you know what's available and prices. Jason is his name he's really nice and caring. He knows how to do nails as well, which he did my ombré desithis time. Overall, I will be back! I already made my appointment and ready to try out a new design. Friendly staff, and many who knows what they are doing, and I like how fair the prices are. Also, it is very much parking in the lot just make SURE to NOT park next to 7 Eleven.

Wonderful experience at Passion Nails! This was my first time coming here. They were ready at my appointment time for me. I got dip color. They do seem to specialize in gel and they have lots of color options for gel compared to dip powder. But wasn't an issue for me at all. The activator wasn't working at first so had to grab another bottle which added time to the appointment. I'll probably get gel next time I come. My nails turned out perfectly and I am in love with the color!!

This place is great for getting your nails done! I've been going here for probably a couple of years-not as regularly as I would like-with my mom, aunt, and cousin, and I've recommended Passion Nails to many of my friends. The staff are very qualified and very accommodating. I would recommend calling to schedule an appointment beforehand so there's no long wait, especially if you want a full set of acrylics or a mani pedi. Prices are very reasonable as well! read more

I haven't had my nails done in forever! I got an infection from the last place I went to on Tapo canyon. I came here and got a gel pedicure and sns dip French manicure. This was my first time ever hearing of sns dip nail, and I think it's so much better than gel or acrylic. My nails are short for work and I absolutely love how they came out. For the pedicure design I showed them a picture of something I found off Pinterest and they nailed it! I wanted simple and classy and that's what they did! I was told they were the new owners and they were so great and so accommodating. The place was so clean and sterilized! And their prices are very reasonable! I am so happy to have found a good local place to get my nails done as a regular at again! There were a lot return customers and very happy customers so I'm glad to see they are also very reputable. I have only been going here for a month after I was very disappointed with the last place I was going to. I was greeted by Shelly who was incredibly sweet. I sat down and Nathan started to do my nails. He did the exact shape I wanted and took his time. Every nail place I've ever gone too has hurt me and cut me every time. Nathan was gentle and never cut me. The second time this last time I had an appointment with Shelly. She is a perfectionist when it comes to what you want. I highly highly recommend her! read more

I've been coming here for over 2 years I have always had the best experiences here they are professional,nice and clean! Nathan and Shelly are my Go to every time i'm here!! it Completely annoys me when people give them negative reviews just because they were too busy and didn't stop everything to accommodate them! people wake up and realize this is a good nail place if there's a good nail place they're always going to be busy so stop having a tantrum and going online and attacking the owner Shelly get over it next time get your Christmas nails done right when December starts not five days till Christmas!!! read more

I'm from the Central Valley, but my boyfriend lives out here so when I'm out here I know where to go, I found a new favorite place!! They were fast and listen very well to what I wanted done :) They had complementary massage chairs that was a +++, definitely will return and do recommend. read more

I have come to passion nails for awhile now, but his was my first time with the new owners. They were very welcoming and offered me water right away. The gel color selection they have is great and they have the matching color for your pedicure. Nathan did my gel manicure and it turned it great. They took their time and it did not feel rushed. I love getting my nails done by Shelly. I leave her place with beautiful classy looking nails. She is a perfectionist pays attention to detail. Nathan is great at pedicures, love his foot massages. Hannah is great also, she takes her time and takes pride in her work. I'm so glad Shelly is now only 5 minutes from my house, I used to drive 30mns to get my nails done by her,. They use high end products, sterilized tools, have tons of colors... go see Shelly and her crew for your manicure/pedicure needs, you'll be happy with their work! read more

I requested an appointment through yelp, Shelly got back to me right away & I had an appointment within minutes. She has completely redone the interior. It looks very clean & professional. Within 7 days after my overlay was done, the acrylic started separating from my actual nails and one nail the acrylic broke off because the guy made the acrylic layer too thin. I called to ask them to fix it and they couldnt fit me in. So I will not be coming back, they did not seem concerned when I said I will have to go somewhere else cause this couldnt wait and hurts. read more

Been looking for a new Salon, since my normal lady after 8 years wasnt doing a good job anymore and my nails were breaking and falling off on a weekly basis. I pay good money for them to look nice and gave her plenty of chances. So with that said, I didnt just want to go to any Salon...after about a month of researching Yelp I came across Passion and stalked there Instagram for a few weeks..lol I decided on this place. I'm so glad I did...Vivi was amazing she spent a good amount of time on my nails, gave me real Coffin shaped nails and didnt rush at all. moved to chatsworth about 7 months ago and after failing again and again of finding someone to do good nails, i finally found a salon that i will be a regular customer at! they did an amazing job with my nails! everything i wanted was done. color, shape, length, everything. the photos with the white fur background i took at the salon before i left, the other photo i took the next day, after a full day of running errands and going to work later that night. still look as great as when i initially left the salon! read more

So after reading numerous wonderful reviews I decided to try this nail salon out for myself. I am extremely picky so the fact that I walked out ecstatic with my mani pedi means a lot. I was the only one in the salon at the time that I went but both Hannah and Jenny took their time and did an amazing job on my French tip acrylics and French tip pedicure. I've been going here and another salon for the past few years. Love how they do nails! The reason for the 3 stars is because I recently went in for nails and eyebrows. I left and my bf pointed out that I had a black eye. Didn't have it earlier in the day and it's RIGHT under my eye brow. This is the first time I've gotten my eye brows done here and it will be the last time. I don't know what they did to cause this but I'm far from happy. read more

The only thing is that I had tried to go there for Valentine's Day and it was a Sunday it was 3 pm and they closed at 5 so they told me I could no Longer get service . I called before hand to make sure if be able to get my fill done and the guy said 20 minutes, no problem. I show up and am seated immediately,I'm thinking "awesome I'll be out quickly"! One guy begins my nails and seems to be putting effort into what he's doing, then a lady came in and needed a fill also. After the lady came in he started going over my nails so quickly that I was afraid he would cut me with the tool. After doing a half ass job be quickly got up and began the ladies nails. A different guy came in to paint my nails. But my nails were too long and extremely pointy. (Not what they looked like before, I got stiletto nails) so I asked for them to be shorter and more rounded. When I asked this they immediately began muttering and laughing to each other in a foreign language. After explaining the the man two times that they were too long for my liking and rather sharp he finally (somewhat) did what I asked. Finally time to paint my nails and the paint I chose was extremely thick and did not cover well, this guy applied about 5 layers to my thumb nail and an hour after was still not dry and clumped at the top. Over all I ended up leaving the salon very pissed off and irritated. I do NOT recommend this place unless you have an appointment and you know they will not rush on your nails. Nothing is worse than paying for something you don't even like and bad service. Really wish I didn't have this experience otherwise id probably be back in 2 weeks for my fill. :/ read more

I can in on a Sunday. On a whim.. There was two people working on nails. But someone else was on the back so she helped me right away. I wanted a spa pedicure. The person who helped me was very sweet, did not rush what so ever. She did a great job. A small very pleasant atmosphere. read more

i LOVE my nails! i was hesitant to get a new set because the person i was going to before set my nails wrong and lead to an infection. i told shelly and she made sure my nails we LAID, SET, AND SEALED. she was also very gentle since my nails are really sensitive. she is such a perfectionist and super sweet. i gave up going to a nail salon in simi because i've always had a bad experience whether it be shape, application, design, or customer service. but shelly and everyone at passion nails is so welcoming. don't go anywhere else in simi!! this place is a gem. shelly is so talented!! read more

BEST NAIL SALON IN SIMI VALLEY! Amazing services, the owner Shelly is friendly and always make sure you are happy and taken care of! I brought my girlfriend there last weekend. She got a gel manicure with NATHAN and a pedicure with HANNAH, they both came out perfectly. They did an amazing jobs and always make sure everything have done right and perfect. By the way, Jason did a gorgeous marble nails designed on my girlfriend nails. Love them! read more

I would not recommend this place at all. They are not professional or welcoming. I had a full acrylic set done on 2/11 and one nail completely popped off on 2/17 while I was folding clothes. I came in after work on 2/18 to get it fixed and was told that I needed to call before coming in, which made no sense because it clearly states on their Yelp page that they accept walk-ins and I was previously a walk-in for my initial service. After I stated that they accept walk-ins and that today was my only day that I would be able to get it fixed, the nail tech then goes on to demand why I would not be able to come back in a different day. I then had to explain to him that I am leaving to go out of state the day after tomorrow and would not be off in time at my job to come another day and was okay with having to wait. I was told to take a seat and wait because no one was available to help me. However, another person walked in and was immediately told they would be able to receive a manicure with no wait (which makes sense because there was multiple nail techs sitting in the pedicure chairs). An acrylic set should not be lifting or popping off in less than a week of getting it done, and if it does the salon should be willing to fix it. read more

Went in for a fill and was so disappointed with how my nails looked, they were so bad, they were so bumpy and uneven. I immediately went to another nail salon to get them fixed, I don't understand how the reviews are so good and the pictures of other sets look so nice? I was very disappointed, such a waste of money since I had to get them done twice! read more

As of lately, it is very clear the priorities, customer service, and professionalism of the entire business has fell through the roof. I became sick of being upsold, filmed during services, and overall just another number on their calendar. My last straw was coming in for my scheduled appointment and both girls were on their phone. They informed me they are editing an instagram post and that it will only be another minute until they are be able to do my brows. I had not been acknowledged for 15 minutes, so I got up and left because I was going to be late for work. As the only client in the room, not being acknowledged for 15 minutes when there are two people capable of doing my brows sitting on their phones, was honestly so baffling to me. They texted me weeks later with an AI generated apology. As a business who claims to have "top-notch service...and professional atmosphere" (as per their website) this was very classless and ingenuine. Susan even went out of her way to remove me as a follower on her instagram As unfortunate as this is, these few experiences (out of the many) gave me reassurance that my time and money should not be invested into a businesses who doesn't prioritize or value their customers. Take this as you will!

After I paid the agreed amount, the stylist became upset because I didn't include the tip, I told her that I was out of cash would pay her later but she kept yelling at me and started cussing me and asked me to leave . This happened in front of my children, which was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. These people don't understand that tips are earned with kindness and good service not by demanding, and I really didn't have cash so couldn't pay but promised her to come back again, but she was super mean, think before you go to this disgusting place! Might happen with you too! These people are psychos!! No humanity! Little bit about their salon! The salon appeared very unclean. Hair was left all over the floor, and the overall space did not feel maintained. I did not see tools like combs or scissors being cleaned between clients. At one point, the same scissors appeared to be used after a customer had a cut, without being sanitized. Staff did not appear to wash their hands between clients. The broom used for cleaning looked very dirty. The restroom did not have soap available and did not appear hygienic. The salon also had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor hygiene practices, and the way I was treated make this a place I would not recommend.

I've been to almost every place in Simi and none of them compared to Shelly and her team here at Passion Nails! Amazing would be an understatement!! If I could give them 1000x stars I would! Shelly did my acrylics and is the only person I will now ever go to! I showed her 3 different pictures and she was very patient with creating exactly what I wanted. She was very gentle, took her time, and was highly detail oriented. I can without a doubt say she is by far the best! Hannah did my beautiful French tip pedicure with a foot massage AND HOT STONES! I've been a client of manicurist Shelly for about a year now. My sister has been a client of hers for quite a while. In one word Shelly is amazing!!! She's detailed, gentle and always leaves my nails on point. She recently bought, remodeled and reopened Passion Nails. The location is convenient to the freeway as I live in Woodland Hills; it has large comfy massage chairs; the atmosphere is calm/relaxing and salon is clean. They have a large selection of gel polishes and my favorite dipping powders. When you find someone like Shelly who takes pride in her craft you'll follow her wherever she goes. I've been coming here for about two years now, and I can honestly say the service has been consistently amazing. I usually see Shelly and Vivi, and both of them are incredibly talented and detail-oriented. They really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect, and the quality of their work always shows. My friend told me about this place. I came in and saw a grand opening sign and I found out this place was under a new management, but I still gave it a try. I came in without an appointment but they let me in quickly. Beautiful and clean nail salon, reasonable price, and friendly staff. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure, sorry guys I don't remember your names but the owner Shelly told me they were her mom and her brother( ask for them because they did a very beautiful job). Love this place! My friend has been going to Shelly from the San Fernando valley where we live, and she so good we followed her to her new salon in Simi Valley! I always get the sns powder any shape or length I want, they never try to push or up sell more product unless you ask. Always extremely friendly and love that they honor their appointments. They won't answer one simple question. It seems sketchy to me that they avoid the question that not only I but other customers ask! What monomer do you use!!!
