seafood alfredo

The star of this place is that penne alfredo with sausage and OMG the garlic bread is drenched in a pool of butter ( and i mean that in the best way possible ). Not where you should come if you're on a diet . This place was very solid and deserving of 5 stars. The food was yummy, hot and flavorful. Service was fantastic and our server was so knowledgeable, friendly and charismatic. We celebrated a birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the space! My only comment on the food would be on the lasagna - i would've liked a bit more tomato in the sausage. It was very heavy on the ground meat (which is lovely) and needed a bit more of a balance in terms of meat to tomato sauce ratio. Otherwise, 10/10! Highly recommend this place

Great option in Auburn!! The staff is friendly and attentive--they make you feel right at home. I've been here both as a table of four and with a group of 10, and both times were fantastic experiences with great service. I was determined to try something new on my last visit. So many tempting options like the pesto gnocchi, lasagna, and mushroom ravioli, but I couldn't resist the lemon risotto with scallops. It was incredible--the scallops literally melt in your mouth, the risotto is perfectly creamy and tender, and the asparagus is cooked just right. Perfection! For dessert, the crème brûlée was outstanding--I loved how the caramelized sugar top was thick rather than delicate. That extra crunch was so satisfying--yum! On a previous visit, I tried the pumpkin crème brûlée, which was also delicious. And oh, the garlic bread--it's a solid 10/10! If there's any left over, an air fryer at home becomes your best friend for reheating. Starters are a must too! The Burrata Salad is creamy and fresh, the Crispy Brussels Sprouts are addictive (perfectly caramelized), and the bruschetta is a great lighter option if you're not super hungry--all so good! One note: They only have a wine and beer license, but they have a great selection of wines. (I always go for wine with Italian food, so I haven't tried their cocktails yet--they're made with wine-based alcohol and sound interesting!) Highly recommend--definitely going back!

Chicken Parmesan, after my mother-in-law had already started eating it.

We were looking for a restaurant in Auburn that neither my in-laws nor my wife and I had been to. A quick Yelp search and we were headed to Pasquale's. It was Mother's Day at 5:30 and we had no reservation. We were told it would be about 15 minutes. 10 minutes later and we were seated in a completely full restaurant. My wife, my father-in-law and I all ordered fettuccine Alfredo. My mother-in-law ordered the Chicken Parmesan. Each meal came with 2 slices of garlic French bread. My mother-in-law (who can be a picky eater) took a couple small bites of her Chicken Parmesan and then she really went after it. To say that she loved it would be an understatement. Our fettuccine Alfredo was also very delicious! Jason, our waiter, was very attentive and very speedy. I love the vibe inside the restaurant; lots of black and white photos on the brick walls and beautiful, traditional decor. Needless to say, I think my in-laws have found a new favorite dining spot just 5 minutes from their house.

Really enjoyed our visit here we sat at the bar with a super fun bartender she was a long time employee with a few regulars hanging out having dinner and they were just as much fun. The pac man arcade game was free!! I hadn't played pac man in decades and I had a blast! Turned out it was happy hour while we were there so we pretty much ordered everything on the HH menu. Cesar salad, pizza, garlic bread, mozzarella sticks everything was good we really liked the food. The beer was cold. We will definitely be back... they also have a coffee bar and lots of favor's of Gelato and desserts.

Love this Italian restaurant. Their food is great and so are their salads and garlic bread. They also have big amazing sandwiches for lunch. On Weds they have all you can eat salad, garlic bread and spaghetti. They are amazing garlic bread!! Bread in scratch made and you can tell!! Great Customer Service. Gina's a great waitress!!'

The fetuccini alfredo was so creamy and cheesy and the pasta being al dente was so textually-pleasing! The garlic bread (not pictured) isn't complimentary but 2 pieces of garlic bread is supposed to come with the pasta. Would definitely go to again!

I've had my nose I mean eye on this place for a while and figured for my birthday I would give them a shot. I called ahead earlier in the week and a made a reservation for a party of 9. (gratuity included) they did inform us that they had no problem taking our party but made us aware of their closing time which we truly appreciate. We had one server who absolutely killed it! Let's not forgot about the food I mean it's the real reason we came in. We ordered a variety of items a couple of appetizers, chicken parm, seasonal pizza, rigatoni with prosciutto. None of it was a let us down every bite packed with flavor. Also on Wednesday for $25 you can get all you can eat salad, bread, and spaghetti.

Great food. Great service. Awesome hidden spot in a gold mining town. Lots of tap beer choices. I got the gnocchi and alio olio. Both exceptional. Will be back (and I'm just a passer through).

Caesar salad with chicken

After checking the reviews for this place on Yelp, my boss and I decided to have a late lunch here. It was on our way home from truckee to the Bay Area. We walked in, were told to sit anywhere we would like, we found a cute table. We review the menu quickly since we had already gone over it on our drive. We waited about 15 minutes to just have someone over to ask what we wanted to drink, I asked for water with lemon and my boss asked for iced tea, we asked if we could order since we were ready. The food took forever to come, I got Caesar salad with chicken, it didn't say chicken was cold. I personally hate cold chicken, well I had a couple bites of my salad and the dressing was too salty. My boss had cheese raviolis with meat sauce, she said they were good but a little cold. After the food came no one came back to check on us, I need more water and she needed more iced tea. She actually go up went to the bar area to find someone to bring us more drinks and to get us to go boxes. The lady at the counter doing nothing instead of getting us drinks went and found our waitress to do so, another ten minutes go by and we get what we asked for, at that point we just gave her a credit card and asked for her to take care of our bill since we were ready to leave. She didn't even asked why my salad was not even touched. This place was slow at the time we went, I feel they had more employees than actually tables with people. This place is so pretty I wish we would have had a much better service needless to say I will not be coming back

It was lit fam. The food was way better than Olive Garden. The waiter was cool and other staff also checked on us as they walked by.

There was very few people in for dinner on a Tuesday, and you kinda seat yourself. Grab your own water, utensils, and plates and pop a squat! Drinks were delicious and you can order typical cocktails that aren't on the menu (see the old fashioned) but their signature cocktails looked great too. The nutmeg on top of my pinapple/coconut drink was unexpected but really great!! Service is attentive and lovely. Come with a group for drinks and a shared tapas style dinner. We were off to a good start. Our waitress came and told us the specials and updated drink orders while we looked the menu over. Pricing gets your attention right away. It's pretty pricey. They charge $3 dollars for bread service, which literally is a piece of bread about 4 inches long cut into tiny slices. We need several of those and then proceeded to order a variety of food. The service was inconsistent. Our server didn't check on us very often but the server taken care of water refills was doing a good job. When our food came, I think we all felt that flavor-wise it was pretty good. My husband ordered one of the specials, which was a Mandarin chicken with ginger rice. When the server took our order and he said that he'd have the chicken, she did not confirm whether it was the special or what was apparently their regular roast chicken so she brought in the regular chicken. When we brought this to her attention, she said "oh well note for next time". For the cost of the meal we were having that really should've been handled with a simple. "I'm so sorry I misunderstood. Let me go and get the rice for you," but she didn't do that. Very disappointing. One of the people in our party had a steak that she barely ate any of it. She didn't like the sauces that were with it. I had the rabbit with noodles, which was tasty. All in our group which of the experience about 80 out of 100. While we enjoyed an evening out with friends most of us said that was a one and done because we won't be going back.
