We went as a group of 6 and one child the price of the food far outweighed the quality. More like heated frozen Italian/desserts. The best part was the "fried ravioli", which the child enjoyed. The waitress was non-attentive and had airpods in and barely stopped by and didn't even deliver a check. No change was returned and they missed the return of an entire receipt. The only positive thing I can say is that our server was efficient and attentive. I searched for a "family friendly" restaurant and it topped the local lists. It's "worlds largest fork & meatball" claim to fame was roped off with caution tape and unavailable for photos. The arcade had maybe a dozen or so games and most of them were "out of order"... including their other "claim to fame" indoor Ferris wheel. I'm not one for writing bad reviews but I'm going to do my best here to let others know about this place. We came in in the early afternoon on 11/7/2022 for lunch after sightseeing at Top of the Rock. We sat down. The vibe we got from the person who seated us made us wonder if we had made the right choice. Nevertheless, we were hungry and we got our menus and made our choices. The guy was not friendly at all. We felt as if we were more of a bother than customers. My wife ordered a drink, one of their daily specials. The drink was awful. When the food came, my lasagna was so tough I needed a knife. Well, I couldn't eat until he came back with it. The lasagna pasta noodles were hard, either overcooked or had been microwaved too many times. I believe the lasagna was leftover from the day before. My wife had a salad that was unremarkable to say the least. Anyway, the lasagna came with a breadstick that was less than half the size of Olive Garden's. There was no opportunity to have a second one. Believe me, at Olive Garden I would have gotten all you could eat salad and breadsticks for the same price as Pasghetti's and would have been much, much better! Needless to say, we will never be back so they won't have to worry about a complaint of overcooked, over-priced lasagna. I'm Italian and I'm not saying Olive Garden's lasagna compares to home cooking but it would have been a welcome alternative to what Pasghetti's passed off as lasagna. We paid the bill and will never look back. Sad to call that food "Italian." By the way, another indicator was that after the order was taken, a server delivered it in less than 5 minutes. My family went to Pasghettis around 11:45 on a weekday and there was no wait. The outside it super cool to take pictures in front of as well as the inside. The food was good also! I got the Pasghettis and Meatball which was really good. The portions are huge. My sister got the Chicken Parm which was amazing!! I would definitely recommend getting that to eat. Welp yelp one of my favorite things about traveling is the food places. Let me tell you Italian is probably my favorite kind of food. As soon as you go past this place the first thing you see is a GIANT MEATBALL and a lot of detail. The place has a setting/theme of New York and San Francisco which is great in detail. The staff here is family friendly but somewhat slow. As soon as you walk in you are looking at San Francisco and New York. When we were seated we got our drinks in and breadsticks in as well. We ordered the Italian sampler for our starter which was ravioli and cheese sticks. I order the Pasghetti and Meatball which was a 5 oz meat ball so it was pretty big. The Pasghetti was very good and the meatball was well seasoned and also good. The breadsticks were also very good. One bad thing was the ticket situation it took about 5 minutes after the waiter saw we were done eating to get our ticket. All in all try this spot in Branson MO for it's a experience of its own. Not impressed. Service was slow. Got a beer and the waitress didn't know the beer menu. Tried a local beer from Springfield since I'm not picky to find out it was an IPA. That should be common knowledge of wait staff to know the menu. Wife got a berry lemonade that was watered down and not very flavorful. The food was fine. Had a variety of different options at our table was all good but just didn't have anything special that I couldn't make at home with a jar of pasta sauce and meatballs. The interior and exterior design is cool but wish they would have put that much work into the menu. Unless they have a limited menu during the pandemic. The decor is pretty cool. You walk in through a meatball to a restaurant that is decorated like an Italian town. It's really cute. The food was ok. The portions were decent but lacked seasoning. The sauce tasted a little burnt to me. The salad had a lot of brown leaves, our server even said that the lettuce was brown in the bags but served it anyway. The ambiance and entertainment make up for the mostly mediocre food. Who knows with the food, maybe we have caught them on bad days. Sauces and dishes seem to lack that punch of flavor. The appetizer ravioli is likely frozen, or at least it was not very hot when it came to our table. The tri-perfecta was a good mix of food, but again, arrived at the table lukewarm. Breadsticks though are very good. Our child loves the arcade upstairs and running through the giant meatball outside. Getting a table can be hit or miss, the usual rules apply. Get there early or visit during what is likely an off-season and you won't have an issue. I've seen long waits at 5:30 PM, so people can scarf down some food before heading to their shows. read more

There was no question about it, that is what I ordered. I was highly disappointed in this dish. It was by FAR the worst eggplant parm I have ever had. Their eggplant was heavily breaded, on some bites all I could taste was breading. It tasted more like a funnel cake with marinara sauce on top. The dish comes with a side of broccoli and a side of Alfredo pasta. These two sides are a rather odd pairing to this dish. I don't like either so I just ate the eggplant and scraped off as much breading as possible. The dish is usually paired with a side of spaghetti and marinara sauce. The prices are a little high as well, which was to be expected since its a touristy area. I paid $14 for an underwhelming lunch. Someone at the table had the seafood pasta, I had a bite and it tasted pretty decent. Needless to say, I would never come back and I did not at all enjoy my food! read more

Buttt now...the novelty and atmosphere are in need of repair...the giant meatball out front looks gross and not properly maintained. The flower/shrub beds are FULL of cigarette butts. The food is expensive and mediocre at best... it used to be better. The service was mediocre... the gift shop is unkempt and only half full of junk they just bought to resell at higher prices. Decor and ambiance is very nice here. Dining area was filled with charm with the city scape and various eating areas. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and friendly waitstaff took care of us. Within moments of our order being placed we received our appetizer and shortly after our meal was delivered. I ordered the carbonara and must say it was amazing with the robust bacon flavors. Menu was filled with variety and had nice 2 for $25 option which was great for the desired lunch we were looking for. After finishing our meal we took a quick look around and the decor from outside with the light hearted feel continued upstairs to "Coney Island" where they had a Ferris wheel for all ages. Went in with a party of four to sit at the bar and enjoy a beer with some old friends. The bar tender was about as dry and rude as they get. Only one of our party ended up buying a beer. That was only because he was in the bathroom when we were spoken to like we were stupid and didn't realize we had no intentions of ordering because of the abrasive treatment. The rudeness and abrasiveness continued while he finished his beer. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. In Branson for a baseball tournament, and this place was suggested. I would put it on a must do for a visit to Branson. The service was great!! We had a party of 17, and the server didn't miss a beat. She got all of our orders right, and she never complained. She had a great personality. For an appetizer we had fried ravioli and fried calamari. Both were excellent. For my entree, I had the chicken parmigiana, which I highly recommend! The sauce was flavorful, and the side of broccoli was seasoned perfectly. Someone else at the table had the Alfredo, and the sauce was great!! Not too oily, but very nice and creamy. When we arrived at the restaurant and signed in we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Our wait was closer to 20 minutes which was nice. We ordered the Pasta Trifecta (so glad we split it, generous portion for one person to eat). We added a couple of side salads, the fried ravioli appetizer and drinks. I can't believe how fast our food arrived! It was all very delicious. The inside of the restaurant looks like old business buildings, and even has an indoor Ferris wheel, very cute. Tasted and looked like paper u put in a gift Christmas or a birthday. The spaghetti and meatballs what he told me tasted like a local place we have back home. We've always driven by the huge fork & meatball, but never stopped! We finally came during the weekend of the 4th of July. We had family in town and it seemed every restaurant had people waiting out to the sidewalk. On yelp it showed Pasghettis had 0 minute wait time for a table. So, we decided to stop in! ...The interior of this place is super cool. It reminds you of Coney Island back in the 1940's. Everything looks super cool inside. It's family friendly. The tables were setup nicely. This is a family-friendly casual Italian atmosphere. We ordered an appetizer of spinach dip and entrees including eggplant Parmesan, chicken Alfredo, and chicken & shrimp pasta. One of our parties asked the waitress what adult beverages were good and she gave us an attitude and no response so that was a bit off-putting. We got bread; 2 of the people liked it, one person said there wasn't enough flavor and barely ate any of it. We waited for the appetizer and it never came. The entrees came out with the appetizer; which was pretty disappointing. The waitress didn't seem to care or that it bothered her. I really wasn't expecting much of the food due to the other reviews, but the Cajun chicken & shrimp was actually super delicious. Now, I have had my fair share of authentic Italian and this was more of a Country-Italian, family-friendly type. I found it very good for the price and environment. Now, don't come here expecting some authentic, Mama-in-the-kitchen-since-2am type of Italian food. This is just good, honest, country Italian that is pleasing for kids, picky Aunt Karen, and your stubborn Teen who hates everything. It's just good food. In an awesome environment. The pricing was surprisingly cheap (in my opinion) for the big portions; it's right on par with most places-- $12-19/entree. Oh and did I mention they have a gift shop? It's got random Branson-themed stuff and then lots of just funny saying-themed things, jokes, toys, and miscellaneous souvenirs you can take home if you've been traveling. He told us about the history of the restaurant, the building, the decor, and the past year. He was very knowledgable about those items. From there, the experience went a bit more rocky. The food was not good. I had the Tri-Perfecta (spaghetti, lasagna, and alfredo). The lasagna had a hard layer that I was unable to cut with a knife. I simply removed it and ate the remaining. The alfredo was average; however, it appeared to be served on whatever pasta they had remaining. Went there for lunch while in Branson it's nicely decorated and they have a kids Ferris wheel and a little arcade upstairs BUT THE FOOD SUCKS ! The SERVICE SUCKS ! I ordered of the pasta carbonara off the menu $14.99 it's supposed to be a bacon and cream based sauce but it had only a few crumbles of bacon and so many mushrooms all u could taste was mushrooms. The pasta was so under cooked. My husband ordered the lunch special it was rigatoni with meat sauce. $7.99, It was served in a small salad bowl and only had 1 Tablespoon of sauce, it was basically a bowl of dry pasta. Our waitress was awful it took 15 minutes just for her to bring us our soda's. I know there are a lot of great reviews about this place on Yelp, that's why we went and 99.9% Yelp don't let u down but this was terrible food and service. So pass this place up !!! read more

Decent food, lackluster service. After we'd spent the morning at the outlet mall we decided to stop somewhere and get some lunch. Pasghettis is easy to spot with its giant meatball and fork out front. My sister doesn't eat meat so we decided against BBQ so she'd have more options to choose from. We were seated about 10 minutes after we got there. The hostess sat us and told us our server would be right there. In the 30 seconds she was gone a kid at the next table dropped a Parmesan cheese shaker and it shattered everywhere. She had to have heard it (it was crazy loud) and just kept going. It then sat on the floor for about 10 minutes, the parents tried picking it up with limited success. A few servers actually walked over the mess, ignoring it...our server was the one who finally cleaned it up. We met our server and he was friendly but seemed frazzled. I wonder if they don't have enough help. They did however have a random employee wandering around, taking posed pictures of the groups eating. It was super weird. I declined having the tables picture taken. She wasn't in a uniform, didn't have a name tag, had a plain old camera, and didn't introduce herself. We weren't even sure at first if she was just some weird lady taking pictures or worked there. I ended up with the lunch special, lasagna and a salad, and it was good. My mother ordered spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were really good. Edit: My sister happened to be there with her husband and daughter, they were seated in another section and she said the service in her section was horrible. Even though it was closing time there was a line to get in, but the hostess was very nice to us and we put our name on the list. It took about 20 minutes to get a table, but the kids were entertained by the games and the gift shop. Our waitress and the staff were amazing and so friendly!! I ordered the eggplant parmigiana my husband and kids all ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The only reason I cannot give the restaurant 5 stars is because the food was just average. I enjoyed the broccoli and the Alfredo that came with my meal, but I thought the adult portions were small for the price.
