The Disco Arepas were crispy golden loaded with toppings and served on a long wooden board, fun to look at and even better to eat. The Empanadas Voladoras were golden, perfectly fried and gone almost immediately. The Chaufa Rice was honestly some of the best I've had, packed with different meats that brought layers of flavor and texture to every bite, it all came together in the most satisfying way. And to round it all out, the Avocado Kale Salad was a really pleasant finish, the walnuts added a satisfying crunch, the cranberries brought a subtle sweetness and the creamy dressing tied it all together beautifully. Light but surprisingly indulgent in the best way The drinks were just as impressive. The Limonada de Zebra came served in the most adorable zebra head vessel, presentation was everything. The Lychee Martini was smooth and elegant and the Plantas Rojas was a beautifully icy, refreshing sip.
