I've been coming to Blend for years! My go-to is usually the churrasco but decided to switch it up and try the lomo saltado. The sauce was just how I like it, not too sweet and just right. The steak was tender and I devoured it right up. I also enjoyed the green sauce that they put on top of fries. Their happy hour menu is top tier. I love every single one of their frozen drinks. The service is a hit or miss. The busser was so quick to take away our dishes even when we were still working on it. He even took my godsister's margarita without her noticing, even though there was some left. I'd understand if they needed the table back and wanted us to wrap up but the dining room was pretty empty. She was the absolute best with everything; coordinating my event, texting, emails, calls and meetings to go over the menu and all the details, and demonstrating the space/rooms we rented. This WHOLE experience was top notch! I held my daughter's first birthday/baptism dinner here last month with about 30 of closest friends and family. It couldn't have been more perfect. First off, my event was from 4-7PM but thankfully they allowed the decorators to come way before hand to setup, I was also able to stop by the morning of to check on everything. They had custom menus on all the tables. Everything came out exactly how I had envisioned it! The food was amazing ... as always; I have been coming here for yearsssss. And the service was great. Nice ambiance. This was my second time at this location. The first time I was disappointed with the service, but this time I had excellent service and care from hostess, waitress, and other employees. Food was pretty good, but the entrees could have been better as far as flavor. The rice was also disappointing for a Spanish place. The lomo Saltado taquitos appetizer was flavorful but the homemade tortilla was too small for the amount of filling and it fell apart. The jack punch cocktail was pretty good. I recommend the empanada sampler. The pernil was good and moist, but I have had better. I will probably give another chance if I am in the area. read more

I came here for Mother's Day with my family. Our reservation was for 4:45pm. The host brought us to an outside table. The table was for 4 people but our party was 6. There was no way we were going to all fit. We asked her for another table that would accommodate all of us comfortably. The host brought us to another outdoor area in the back of the restaurant. This area looked like the forgotten about area. It wasn't very put together and no music was playing. We waited at least 10 minutes before anyone noticed that no one came over and greeted us. A few minutes more, the server finally came over to our table. We immediately ordered all our drinks, appetizers, and entrees. The drinks took awhile to come to the table. I know you're thinking its Mother's Day so it's busy but it wasn't. There were plenty of tables available. For our drinks, we ordered frozen Sangria's and a mango juice. The waters they brought to the table looked iffy so we ordered sparkling water as well. The appetizers came out and I absolutely fell in love with the arepa appetizer. However, I bit into it and I pulled out plastic. I sent my food back and they made me another one. Originally, I asked for no creme or Pico so when they brought it back it had everything on it so they had to make it again. Our entrees came out and all the food looked good. My skirt steak needed more seasoning. We ordered 3 sides of fries for the table and those came out last. They were really good though. Everyone enjoyed their food. My dad had I ordered the molten cake for dessert. It was very small but delicious. The menu was $70 per person and you got an appetizer and entree. Mother's got a free Sangria or champagne. I think it was very overpriced for what we got. Service also wasn't the best. This is my second time at Blend and the first time was much better. I wouldn't come back and eat here for a holiday. I've been to this Blend location multiple times and it is a solid spot for food and drinks. This time around I had their spicy margarita for my drink and it was perfect. For appetizers I had the arepa cup - that came with braised short rib and guacamole and cotija cheese and wow so so good- the meat was incredible . Next up was the mushroom flatbread and yummm so delicious. For entree I did the lomo saltado and this was okay, I've had better elsewhere, but I did try my husbands churrasco that came with skirt steak and that was oh so good - wish I'd gotten that. Overall this is a good spot for date night or special occasion or out with friends. It is a small space so I'd say no more than 4 people would be a good time. read more

This is the 3rd blend location I've been to now. The decor is nice and they have outdoor seating as well. The have DJ booth so I guess they play music too. Came on a Monday for lunch. They have daily brunch from 11am-4pm with special on drinks. Sangria wasn't the strongest thing and the wine..well it's wine that was good. For appetizers got corn which was good but not the best compared to others. Avocado tostadas was really good! Loved that. The guacamole & chips was tasty and had flavor. Service was bad tho. I like this blend, and I've been to two others so far. This is a great location, parking isn't too bad and the food was good. I had the guacamole which could have used some salt, the sunflower seeds they added to it does not add salt to the flavor so I'm not sure what that addition is about. The crispy chicken with fried rice and mango avocado salad was delicious, the texture and flavor of the chicken as well as the flavors in the fried rice ohhh it was so good. The service was friendly not very attentive but that's cool because it also wasn't a lack of service as well. It's beautiful inside and the music wasn't too loud. If you do not like dark chocolate do not get the chocolate cake it has a strong chocolate flavor but the ice cream does help to balance the strength of the chocolate flavor. read more

Came here to celebrate Valentine's Day, prix fixe menu was 2 courses for $90 per person, totaling up to $216 if you didn't get any other drinks/food. We had been originally seated at the back of the restaurant in a tight corner table and a waitress was nice enough to put us at a comfier 2 person booth. The service was great but not worth the money overall. It felt as if they were serving you fast so you can leave quicker. The music was too loud to talk to the person in front of you, my man said he couldn't hear himself think. The bill ended up being $308 with their 20% gratuity included. We got 2 additional drinks and a side on top of the prix fixe menu. The food was good but mediocre, weak drinks, and small portions. For $308 dollars I could've made everything we ate at home for not even half of what we paid.
