This is a great place to do your Taxes. Ricardo is fast and efficient. He work with me very well and did a great job with my Taxes. Within 1 hour it was done. I call around other Taxes places in Pasadena. When i called Ricardo, he answered all my questions and gave me immediately a quote. From now on, i will do my taxes with Ricardo every year. read more

Also known as Pasadena Live Scan. I needed a background check, among many other things, for a volunteer job, and with a big list of things for me to check off, going to Pasadena Live Scan and being able to check off the background check requirement so easily and quickly has given me a huge sigh of relief. There's a parking lot which was only 50% full on a weekday during lunch hour. It's a clean, respectful office that had two employees (including who I presume is the owner) and a waiting lobby in the building hallway. I was the only one there at the time, so I was greeted and taken care of in five-ish minutes. $18 for a live scan with fingerprints. Definitely will use this place again for all future needs. I'm very happy. read more

Second time I've come here! Everyone here is very professional. There was hardly a wait when I came. I did not make an appointment but I know that you can call and do that. After I walked in two other people came in right after me so depending on what they needed, it was at least 10 minutes for each person. The first time I came was to get some stuff notarized and second was for my livescan. Ricardo is very personable and professional. The Livescan was cheaper than many other places I checked ($67 total for DOJ and FBI). It is located upstairs, above the hair salon. Parking can be a little tricky since the lot is very small. No matter! This is my go to place for any of those needs! Thanks guys! read more

Such great service with such nice people working there. Would gladly go again.

Really easy services. I went in to get a paper notarized and they were super nice and very fast. The place is really affordable as well with the notary costing $15. You have to go upstairs and enter through the door on the second floor. Plenty of street parking available around it. read more

I called them before going to let them know i would be right over. The person on the phone said okay and then when I got there they were on lunch break and wouldn't even let me in. Really rude of the person on the phone to not mention it. When i told someone in person about this, they said,"Well, you didn't ask." and closed the door on my fucking face. The location is falling apart and the people are rude. Don't bother. read more

Needed Live Scan fingerprints and forgot to print form that was required. The owner printed it out for me and dis my finger prints quick close to 7 pm closing time. Great quick service! read more

Just what I needed. An unassuming, simple, no frills place to get new passport photos. There was no waiting, both employees were nice and professional and the gentleman took several extra photos because he thought there was too much light. A bit hard to find, the parking lot tends to be jammed, and it's on a second floor with stairs, so if you have any difficulty with stairs this might not be the best place for you. But I'd definitely recommend them. read more

Came as a walk-in for livescan. Quick, efficient, friendly, informative! Need I say more? Oh and best prices in town! Can't beat that!

It was a very nice and fast experience!!! Everyone is so helpful and nice..went in got taken care of super quick and out the door I went! I'm very pleased with the service! Ricardo and Jennifer are the absolute best!!!! So sweet thank you! read more

Staff friendly, wait time was reasonable, office was clean, lots of signage to locate office on the 2nd floor, quick service.

WooooW less than 10 minutes live scan service, also very helpful and friendly, live scan service price is 67.00$

So friendly and so fast! I can't believe I'd say getting fingerprinted was such a pleasure, but it was! Thank you, PLSS!

I called ahead of time to see if they take walk-ins and fortunately they do. The young lady on the phone was very helpful when answering my questions about their services and fees. I came in, she got me all set up, then a gentleman was very meticulous taking my finger prints for he live scan I needed done. All in under 10 minutes. They were courteous and efficient. Office is on the second floor. Parking in the building is very limited so plan for spending some time looking for street parking. read more

They are willing to travel to you, even meet you at a coffee place. They were so flexible with times and places. I highly recommend them.

Pretty good experience here. Had to get a document notarized, I was able to call the day of and coordinate to come in. My wife and I signed the papers and we paid $15. That was it. It's a no frills type of place which is all good. We did see a few people coming in who had to fill out their paperwork for a live scan so you'd want to make sure you have all the forms filled out beforehand if you want to be efficient with your time read more

Super nice people. Great and fast service. Perfect place to go for your passport photos. It was a redo from a place that did a terrible job. So happy I went here :) read more

Called to get pricing for livescan. The person who answered kept telling me that I work for a residential facility, even after I explained exactly where I work. I passed on this company for being rude before I even got in the door. read more

This is the second time I come to this location. First time, I needed passport pictures and Mr. Caal's professionalism and efficiency was remarkably fast. The second time, I needed to get paperwork notarized. Mr. Caal's patience to answer my questions in a kindly manner is the reason I will continue to return and leave such a good review. I drove from Thousand Oaks and it was worth the drive-clean workplace and amazing customer service. Thank you Mr. Caal for keeping your office open and such a positive attitude even through these hard times! read more

Ricardo did a great job on my taxes he's very helpfulness and friendly. And his prices are great

I am so incredibly impressed not just by the service provided by, but also the integrity of, the owners of this business. I had a LiveScan done a couple of weeks ago, and a week later, received a check in the mail accompanied by a letter from them explaining that I was being refunded for a slight overpayment. I never would have realized I overpaid in the first place, since Pasadena Live Scan Service charges so much less than another LiveScan business in Pasadena I had previously used. What nice people. Highly recommended. read more

Needed to get my finger prints and needed to notarized a document. For both services that I needed, Pasadena Live Scan is efficient and affordable and it was all done in 15 minutes! read more

I went to this place twice for fingerprinting. The service was great. I hope I won't need to get my fingerprints done again, but if I do, I will go to this place. read more

I came here to get my live scan and the service was incredible! They were very fast and efficient. I was out of there with a completed live scan within ten minutes. If you have ever had one of these done, you know they can be a huge headache, so save yourself one, and go to Ricardo's! read more

No hassle Live Scan here. Small office upstairs with a parking lot. Located a little east of Marengo, not right on the corner. There was once person in line in front of me and the whole process took no more than 15 min. Total cost was $77. read more

There was only one person ahead of me so my wait was no longer than five minutes but there were a couple people after me waiting and they probably had a 20 min wait. The whole live scan process takes ten min max. The worker/owner is very fast but every finger is included so it is takes a short amount of time. When I went the police had the street shut down due to some violence issue so I had to drive around the corner, but the place is easy to find, it's basically the only building in that spot (two story) Not the worst, but not the safest area. Their parking lot is tiny- I ended up having to park across the street. read more

Great service, and very fast. I understand sometimes he might get busy and not be able to rush people in and out but he tries his best. Good vibe here read more

I just got photos taken for a Japan visa here and it was really quick, easy, and inexpensive. The photos I needed had some pretty meticulous specifications but Jennifer helped me out and she was awesome. She was very courteous and patient and went out of her way to make sure that everything was just right. Thanks for some very professional service! read more

A fine place to get fingerprinted when jobs require such things...

Walked in, quick and easy livescan. Takes credit card. Nothing to complain about. Kind of a shady neighborhood but other then that super easy. read more

So glad this place is here in Pasadena, otherwise, I would have had to go out to San Gabriel Valley to get the visa photos. This is a great place to get your passport/visa photos, although they do other things such as live scan, notary services, and taxes. They're on the second floor. The staff is super friendly. As soon as I entered, greeted me with a smile, asked what I needed, and went right to the camera after. I got in and out within 5 minutes. By far, the fastest photo service I have had, and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend to the locals! read more

Love coming here. My whole family has been coming here for years. I like Mr. Ricardo's Professionalism and great service he always provides!

I took both of my girls to get their passport pictures. We had a great experience: convenient parking, no waiting, friendly person, each of my girls got a passport book with their two photos and it was only $8 per person. Thank you! read more

Parking space on the side and is located upstairs. Came here to take my passport picture, two for $8. Fast and easy.
