I called last minute for a LiveScan for my school because the last place I had an appt at nearby told me that no one was in the office to do my scan even though I had called and made an appt the day before. Did my LiveScan here and I was in and out in 15 minutes! I came in at around 5.40pm and was helped right away. According to the LiveScan website they take walk-ins from 9am-6pm and appointments only from 6pm-9pm. Paid by debit card. The gentleman who helped me, Salah, was very patient and efficient. I was initially apprehensive to come here for my Livescan as the owner (?) was a bit aggressive on the phone. When I arrived, I was invited to sit down and wait while they finished helping another customer. When it was my turn, everything went smoothly. He was fast and efficient, though I admit I had a bit of trouble understanding what he was saying to me (oh well!). I was a bit taken aback by the cost to do the live scan, but I guess that's not really their fault. All things considered, I would come back if the need arose. read more

This location was recommended by the school district for LiveScan fingerprinting. My first visit, Salah did not properly fill out the paperwork, so the state of CA informed me I would have to go back. When I did, Salah tried to save money by submitting it as a re-submission instead of a first-time submission. Months later, the state of CA informed me that he should not have done that and that I would have to go back again for the fingerprinting at his expense. When I informed him of everything, his speaking was all over the place and upset. He demanded I show him what the state had commented about the two previous submissions he had messed up. I complied. Meanwhile, he told me I would have to pay the full price of fingerprinting. I calmly informed him that I had already paid but he hadn't done the job properly, so we needed to get it done right the third time and put an end to the process. He threatened charging me with even more than the normal price, swore at me, and when I continued to try to talk out the situation to get the fingerprinting submission that had not correctly completed the first two times, his voice rose and he told me to get the "F" out of the office. Since he was done talking, I had no choice but to go elsewhere. **To prove the point of how poor this treatment was, I came up with the plan of disputing what he had charged me via my credit card company. The company ruled in my favor. If you want to risk months wasted because of incompetence and then being sworn at and thrown out of the office, go right ahead and patronize this location. I will not take that chance in the future. read more

It costs $69 to do a lives-can here, $10 more compared to PSI testing center. People are nice and they open longer hours compared to other business but you do need to make an appointment if you are planning to come in after 6pm so they can arrange someone to stay after hour. read more

The owner, Salah, is a very nice guy and helpful. I get the idea that he is winding down his business a bit, as he gets closer to retirement age. So best to set an appointment rather than just stopping in. They do notary services, and also LiveScan background checks as well. I needed a LiveScan for a charity I was asked to join, and Salah was very patient as we struggled with difficult photo-fingerprint machine. read more
