He was also super respectful and sweet! Stanley Steemer cleaned my couch last time and did a less-than-stellar job. I had called Zerorez this time to give them a try and when the technician got here he gave me a price more than $100 higher than what the website said, and then argued with me about it. Needless to say, I sent him packing. Thank you SO much to Tony, Hiro, and the rest of the team! (I liked them so much they're coming back tomorrow to do some carpets for me!)

My beloved gold bangle was in need of polishing and regroving of the lines etched in. 3. I wanted a custom made Cross & bead gold bracelet that I had I my mind. Nobody makes them. Lastly I had a bag of gold rings to sell. I wanted to say that EVERY EMPLOYEE was beyond polite and professional. They listened to every one of my 'ask's' and immediately said yes. They told me to give them a couple of days on the design for the new bracelet for my approval. When I received their ideas, it was exactly what I wanted. A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request. I went to pay and they didn't charge me. Now THAT's customer service!! We will be back. Thank you all for your assistance
