If you are claiming that the recipient signed for the package, please provide: 1. The actual signature record; 2. The name of the person who allegedly signed; 3. The exact date and time the signature was obtained; 4. The location where the signature was obtained; 5. The complete Proof of Delivery record associated with the shipment. A delivery photograph, GPS coordinate, or a driver's confirmation does not establish that I personally received the package or signed for it. If no recipient signature exists and the package was instead left unattended, please confirm this explicitly in writing. Upon investigation of the photo that was included was clearly my package in front of the door without unit number on the picture. still can't find it. The driver left it at the wrong apartment number. I have filed a complaint with customer service, but they told me to file a claim online so I tried but couldn't make any claims.
