Misdelivered Package & Poor Customer Service I am very disappointed with FedEx. My package was marked as "Delivered" but it was not delivered to my address. Upon investigation of the photo that was included was clearly my package in front of the door without unit number on the picture. still can't find it. The driver left it at the wrong apartment number. I have filed a complaint with customer service, but they told me to file a claim online so I tried but couldn't make any claims. It is unacceptable for high-value items to be handled with such negligence. I expect better tracking and accuracy. read more

Absolutely terrible service from the FedEx driver delivering in Centennial 80111. This driver consistently fails to deliver packages properly never bringing them to the apartment door, leaving them out in unsecured areas instead of using the package room, and always rushing through deliveries with no care. To make matters worse, they are extremely rude. On multiple occasions, tracking has said my package was delivered when it was nowhere to be found. When I contact FedEx, I'm told that conveniently the driver didn't take a picture of where they left it. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. FedEx needs to address this issue immediately. If you live in this area, be prepared to lose packages or deal with the hassle of tracking them down because this driver clearly doesn't care about doing their job properly. read more

Not sure how poor their service can be, I had a package that the seller shipped via FedeX. They sent me two notices that my package would be delivered on days where the package was not even in my area. Today it said it was on the truck and I could track the truck to my street. I actually saw the truck stop at my house but no delivery. I tried chat but it was useless. Then I called they ignored my information and that fact that tracking stopped. Was told that package would be delivered by midnight. Then I tried Facebook no response from FedEx but a lot of bots trying to Phish me, so tried X got a person but again they ignored my information which included the truck number and said delivery today by 8 PM . Guess what 8PM I get a message that the package is delayed will be delivered tomorrow. So told twice today they were unable to actually check on the package. Chat and Facebook both useless. Calling gets a call center that cannot even track the truck but I could today until it stopped? read more

Came to ship a return package. The employee Rudy working the desk was very friendly and greeted me while he helped a client in front of me. Rudy helped with finding the right box to ship the item back in as I had discarded the old box. It was easy painless and great customer service. The parking is easy for customers and I'd definitely come back when needing to ship FedEX. read more

Although I was not more the 10' away from my front door and my doorbell is in good order, for the SECOND day driver wouldn't deliver package. Phone rep promised after first mis-delivery that the driver would leave the package even if I didn't come to the door--obviously driver didn't get the message! read more

I am a big fan of Chewy.com because of their products, prices and customer service. One problem. They use FedEx as their delivery provider, who ALWAYS fails to read and respect the shipping label request to leave the item inside my patio, which would involve one or two extra steps from the driver. The shipping label specifically says "Deliver Inside the Patio". Same label with the same request every time I order from Chewy. Same outcome thanks to FedEx. My carport area is somewhat busy and I am always concerned about theft, which is why I request it to be delivered on the patio. Either FedEx hires drivers that can't read, the drivers are too lazy to care or too overworked to notice. Whatever the case, I have already quit doing business with Chewy once a couple of years ago because of FedEx, and today I told them that I'm getting ready to move on for a second time, though I don't know why I should go with a lesser company just because FedEx can't do their job right. Today they left my order against a storage shed that was dripping melting snow all over it, leaving me a box that was soaked, filthy and literally 1 foot away from where it should have been delivered per the shipping label. I know, reading is hard. My preference is that Chewy provide an alternative shipping option, because the incompetence of FedEx is harming Chewy's otherwise great reputation. I have called to air my complaints with FedEx the last 2 times I bought from Chewy, but the minute I hang up I'm sure they get back to their Wordle game, or whatever they do at FedEx. I believe the Centennial location is where the drivers that poorly serve my area are based, so I'll leave this here, since addressing it on a corporate level or to whomever they have working the phones on the other side of the planet has never worked. read more

My mother's Christmas present arrived in this hub on Dec. 14. It is Christmas morning and I still don't have it. I called Fedex yesterday as I would have gone to the site and picked it up but the customer service rep I spoke to swore it was going to be delivered yesterday. So now the only thing my 86 year old mother wanted for Christmas is still sitting in the Fedex truck. Looking at all the other one start reviews I am wondering why this hub is still running. FedEx is terrible now. Estimated delivery times provided by company are never met, and there is a good chance they will cancel altogether and deliver it the next day or later. I remember when fedex used to be the quickest and a more professional service than the others. Not anymore. read more

Today, a delivery of two water bottles. But the driver didn't even come by even though they said they did. Claimed they couldn't deliver because we weren't home. We didn't need to be home for the delivery and, we were home. Lazy driver making excuses just to not do their job. Unfortunately, WAY too common with FedEx and when you call, you get a supervisor equally ambivalent about their job. I'm going to go to the store and buy them, but I'm going to still have FedEx deliver and then I'll return it. At least I can cost them, or the stores that use this sad excuse for a delivery service, some money; clearly the only thing they seem to care about because it isn't customer service. read more

Oh how far you have fallen fedex. I had a delivery scheduled for 12/23/2021 and took the day off to make sure I received it. It did not show. I was unable to be home on 12/26 when they attempted to deliver again. No door tag and this shipment required a direct or indirect signature. Rescheduled for 12/28 and once again I took time off work because of an incompetent company. I spoke with 5 different representatives and none of them would let me speak with a supervisor stating that was policy. So they put up a wall of representatives who refuse to assist you or are unable to assist you. It is the craziest thing I have ever encountered in the customer service industry. Not service at all. They literally said there was nothing they could do lol. read more

Every Saturday they refuse delivery and say "customer unavailable" even when I am on my front porch and they never arrived. Third week in a row now. Also, when they DO deliver it, the confirmation photo is so blurry you can't even tell which porch it's on. read more

FedEx has lost multiple packages of mine and been of really no help to locate them. Their drivers are not checking addresses and regularly leaving my packages at a neighbors home who is dealing with an ailing person at home in hospice care. The last thing they want to deal with is my package. Additionally, they are now leaving packages at my mailbox, despite my driveway being 1000 feet long and enabling even more theft than we've already been having. The drivers are noting "packages left on porch", and it's just false. No one here will handle the complaints or address the multiple ongoing issues. It's really disappointing since so many of us are relying on shipments instead of buying in stores for a variety of items due to COVID. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased an electronic adjustable desk from Vari desk that cost $1000. It came in three separate boxes. The FedEx delivery person left the small box at my front door and didn't even knock. I knew it was delivered because I happen to be tracking the package since I had somebody coming over to set it up. When I see that the other two packages were delivered and not outside my front door I looked down and lo and behold the FedEx driver left the other two very heavy packages at the bottom of the staircase on the first floor. I live on the third floor. What lazy disgusting service. Your job is to deliver packages to peoples homes and not to peoples stairwells. Thank God I was home it was just left there and anybody could've stolen it. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint as this is an egregious lack of service read more

Less than 1 star is applicable. Happened in Denver. I dropped a FedEx envelope in the drop box. They obviously received it. They left me a message on my phone with a charge issue. I promptly responded. The phone number that they directed me to is in El Salvador. I was told to go to their website to resolve the issue. Still no contact information there either. Phone number goes back to El Salvador. I found that my package is in transit. But will not be delivered. No idea where it is now. No options on the website to resolve my charge problem. Not the first time that this has happened. If I need something delivered overnight again, I'll be using other options read more

Probably the worst service i've ever received. Although I had my apartment number on the address, the driver decided to drop 7 boxes of almost 400 lbs total at the leasing office (about 0.3 miles away) even though it's an Ungated community and I paid for delivery at my front door. When I rushed there to ask him to take them to the front door as promised he didn't even let me finish my question "would you mind if..." he went yes I do mind they are heavy good luck and then walked away. Even more hell started right after that day (Saturday) with lies and mixed messages from the customer service who kept telling me for three days that the manager from the local facility will call you to arrange pickup to deliver my boxes to the front door. Nobody ever called and on the fourth day I had to buy a trolley and carry 7 boxes (~400lbs) myself. Terrible and unreliable company. read more
