I was in a bind and needed helium balloons pumped in my 3 ft decorative balloons. He charged me $10 for each which was a surprise but I still paid it. I'm sad because in less than 24 hours the balloons are already deflating. There is no hole so my guess is the balloons don't have pure helium. If you can go to the party store on vine. So we went here for a gender reveal party. We didn't want to find out. So we took the envelope with the gender to the owner and told him to put that color confetti in a black balloon for us to pop and also give us confetti poppers with that color. I made sure to tell him to remove all the stickers that showed the color of the confetti. But he was the pro after charging me $300 for balloons the least he can do is tell me that it wasn't advisable to set it up at that location. Which was a sunny area of my yard. Here they were available and price for helium was included--very fair! However going to pick up our order was disappointing. When I got there the morning of our party, I was asked to wait until their morning shipment arrived for one of the letters I had ordered--not okay!! This is exactly why I ordered one week in advance!
