The only party supply store open on Sundays! Really helped us out when we needed last minute chair rentals!!

I regret renting from this company - customer service is last on their list. Clara did not disclose the disclaimers to me when I got her estimate or even talk to me about them. If I had known I would never have agreed to rent furniture from them. They delivered the tables and chairs an hour and a half late the day of my party as my guests were arriving. Only then did I see there were many unreasonable disclaimers. It seemed purposeful that she kept that information from me during the 2 weeks we texted about party arrangements. In all that time she could not even get my name right despite the fact that I corrected her 3 times in the text. Never apologized or acknowledged that she was even partly at fault. She was unprofessional and rude. Find a new job Clara - customer service is definitely not your thing. read more

Cute little store I drove by for years and never noticed. Good at selling Helium balloons for parties. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store looks a little messy but they are efficient and help you get exactly what you need for parties. I will come back to prepare for many more parties. read more

So happy to see this small business still open and offering great service in a convenient location. Clara is so friendly and helpful and prices are very reasonable. If you need any party supplies or rental of equipment please stop in or call and you will be happy you did. read more

This place is my go to for any rentals! They are fairly priced and super nice! Since moving to Burbank, I have always rented from them and will continue to do so. It's family owned so anytime I can support a small family business I'm all for it! They offer all your party needs. Tables, chairs, table cloths, canopies, heaters, balloons amongst other things. They provide local delivery for a fee that includes pick up the next day. All around convenient and amazing service. read more

Staff is always helpful and very kind. We have used them a few times over the last couple of years, and recently when we received a last minute cancellation. Highly recommend. read more

Great - super prices, very organized and very helpful! They have been in business over 20 years so I know it is legit! Will rent from them again. read more

I tend to leave things for the last minute and Burbank Party Supplies has saved me every time. They make pick up and drop off very easy. We've rented tables and chairs (for adults and kids) and although they're not brand-new or bright and shiny they do the trick as long as you use tablecloths! read more

Amazing place. Super welcoming and accommodating, always anyone should rent from here. I would definitely go here again and again

I'm from Arizona but had a surprise bday party for my daughter at an Airbnb in Burbank. I called several party rental companies but Clara & Luis had great customer service and competitive pricing! I highly recommend their company for your party rental needs!! Thanks Clara & Luis!! read more

Really like that there's no minimum required to rent from this party supply place. In these Covid times, I'm not having big parties so appreciate being able to rent just two tables and a fed chairs. Price is fair too. Just know the tables and chairs are fairly dirty and scuffed. Plan to have thick table clothes and don't expect these to look great. read more

Clara the owner really worked with me. She is nice and friendly. We rented the white resin chair, tables and white linens. Planning a party use this place for rentals. Will give this place 2 thumbs up! read more

Customer service from the woman owner is poor and the chairs are beat up. Made me not want to return.

Over price place not recommended other business charges less and includes dropping off and picking up. They want to charge for everything extra Not good. Will not go to them read more

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for Clara and everyone at Burbank party supplies. We were throwing my mom a surprise birthday party and my original vendor bailed on me four days before the event. I called first thing in the next morning and Clara was a god send. She helped me create an order in less than five minutes. She was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We did our due diligence of research of finding the best pricing and they were in the top of best pricing. We rented tables, chairs and linens and they set them up perfectly. We were so lucky that they were able to accommodate us on such short notice. We will forever be grateful and will now only use burbank party rentals for our party needs. Thank you Clara and Luis! read more

Fantastic prices and very smooth drop-off & pick-up. We will absolutely use them again and again!

This place is awesome called and since the beginning they were great and accomplished. I don't live near the area but needed tables and chairs in Burbank and glad I reserved these with them. Left me at ease since the beginning. I didn't have to come in at all. The equipment was in great shape and the staff who dropped them off and picked up on a weekend just friendly. If you are in need of equipment in there area just try them out. I would definitely get there service read more

I got 6 big round tables delivered, with chairs (white foldable), plus linens (nice green linen for our ninja turtle party)... and 3 kids tables and chairs. They dropped it off the day before the party, helped set up, and even were kind enough to help my dad and me move things around to accommodate the seating. The delivery man was very kind and patient and professional. His assistant was nice too. The price was great, well worth the value... it was about $250 or so? I've used them twice now and been happy both times. Also they're the only ones in town who are always stocked up on sparkles candles. The skinny ones and the torch looking ones. And finally, they make piñatas. They got some in stock, but also do orders a week in advance or so. I couldn't use that service this time because my party was so last minute but I was glad that they came through with the seating! read more

The owners of Burbank Party Supplies are so friendly and nice that you forget why you came here in the first place! The little store is quite magical, really. My son -- who's into Yu-Gi-Oh at the moment --would absolutely be "over the moon" if he saw all its themed party supplies and favors. Anyway, the tables and chairs which we've rented TWICE already, were basic and straightforward. Their rental prices are so reasonable and inexpensive that you don't need to go anywhere else to do a price comparison. Make sure you show them your receipt when you pick up the rental items, or they won't release their products to you! That's their emphasized policy. read more

This place reminds me of the party supply store in my tiny suburban hometown-- kind of dark with lots of stuff lining the walls, but pretty much everything you'd need for your party. I really like that it's family run-- the husband and wife were both there on a Sunday, ready to help out. I got balloons and a bunch of random stuff, and it was all decently priced. I'm mostly excited that they rent out "bubble machines" for under $20 a day-- makes me wish I had some kind of party to justify renting one, cuz it sounds so fun (if messy-- they were talking about how the soap kind of goes everywhere.) I don't need balloons often, nor do I throw many parties, but I'll happily come here when I do. The price is right, plus the owners are really nice and friendly, and it's nice to feel connected to a local business when you're going about your day. It's not the craziest selection, but they had every color balloon and two kinds of Batman mylar balloons, so for the service I'm giving them a full five stars. :-) read more

I was throwing a baby shower for a friend of mine and was in desperate need of some quick balloons to sorta spruce the place up a bit. My friend recommended that I go to this place, and to avoid Party City. I'm totally glad that I did. 20 balloons were less than 20 bucks. You can't beat that. The owners of the shop are so kind and nice, she walked me to my car and helped put them inside for me when she didn't have to. I was sad to hear that they aren't really going to be doing party supplies anymore because places like Party City are taking away business for them. They are going to concentrate on party rentals now because that's where the money is coming in. People, you should always support your local stores and steer clear of the mainstream stores if you can. The prices are so good here that I would shop here anytime over other stores. So sad that I just found out about them too, because I would have done a lot more of my shopping there if I could have. read more

Very easy to call and set up party rentals from. They do a great job setting up and tear down. I've used them a few times and plan to keep using them. read more

Rented from Burbank party several years ago. Came back now for an August 19 event. Everything was perfect. They delivered tables, chairs, tablecloths -- all clean in perfect condition. Set everything up. Picked everything up at the early hour I requested. Will use them and recommend to everyone. Did I mention they are reasonable, helpful, polite and really nice. While planning a celebration of life and trying to figure out linens. I felt overwhelmed by all the options online and not knowing what would work for table size we were using or the quality. I decided to try out Burbank Party. BEST decision! Super helpful and friendly. It reminded me how important it is to support local businesses! Will definitely return! read more

Amazing experience! Had to relocate our son's first birthday party due to rain and they were recommended by the venue. Literally contacted them 36 hours before the party and they made it HAPPEN. Straight forward & fair pricing. Top notch correspondence. Painless delivery & pickup. Literally could not ask for more. THANK YOU Luis & Clara! read more

Friendly and helpful, nice to support a local business.

This company was recommended to me by my friend expecting to give great customer service. Unfortunately not. I have to forced out the person's name that I talked to before she gives me her name and expensive too. read more

Love their service. Professional delivery and competitive pricing. We used them for my daughters party for chair rentals and a few other items for the party. Highly recommend this party rental service. read more

Rented some high boy cocktail tables for a birthday event. It was $9 each to rent. We picked them up and good thing about them is that they are easy to break down and fit into your car. Prices are good but the quality was a little poor. Two of the tables keep wiggling the whole night as the table top was not stable on the base. They do offer covers for them but I used my own. Also they do delivery but the lady on the phone wasn't very helpful when trying to arrange that, so we just decided to pick up. Had to bring them back by 11am the next day. read more

I booked my reservation for table and chairs and was told that if I cancel one week prior I get my money back. Unfortunately has family emergency and yes for my money back but charged me $12 for canceling even with more then one week notice and paid with debit. Be careful ask before you book the read more

I called on the phone with lots of questions about renting some chairs and tables for my birthday party. I must say the lady who helped me over the phone was extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me and all my questions. I love good customer service and this is exactly why I will be renting from them. Thank you for caring about your customers! read more

After calling around to a few other places (and a little discouraged), I'm happy I continued my search for a place that would allow me to place a simple order of 10 cocktail tables to be delivered. All the the other businesses either wouldn't deliver because the order was not big enough or they wouldn't fulfill the order at all because it wasn't worth their time. BPS was totally different. Not only did they not scoff at my basic order, they were very pleasant about the whole thing. At $8 per table and a $40 delivery/pickup charge, they were super cheap as well. They won't assemble unless you specify (and prob pay extra, I assume), but if you just need the order dropped off (because you can't transport it in your car) and can do the manual labor yourself, then it's a steal. I also love that they had everything in stock so that my last-minute order wasn't a headache for them or me! It's a little difficult to understand them, but if you're just sticking to the basics of ordering without trying to complicate things with jokes or elaborate stories, you'll be fine. read more

The lady was nice when I rented the light, but when I got to the event the light I rented did not work. I tried explaining that to the lady. She saw that the bulb was burnt out upon my return of it, but she still refused to grant a refund or anything. The light bulb was probably old and they should have giving me a replacement light bulb just in case. I was very disappointed on the way they handled my situation. Money wasted down the tubes for a light that I never got to use for the party. I will never rent from them again. Very poor customer handling when things go wrong with their equipment. Just be aware. read more

The older lady with glasses called my friend the N word. I hope she is just an employee and I would be happy to take down this review if the owner handles this situation. But this is completely out of line, disrespectful, and vile behavior towards paying customers. People can be having a bad day and not use racial slurs. Extremely disappointing. read more
